I am unsure as to what I should be doing. An objective marker or list might've been nice. I really like the terrain though.
I'm very confused as to what I should be doing. I died on the second day and I have no clue why. Some sort of explanation or tutorial would be nice
Really nice game. Loved the hand-drawn art style and the music. Really relaxing with a nice story
Really enjoyable game. Love the gameboy colour scheme and theme.
I loved the art and music in this game. Its really nice. Can get abit repetitive after awhile though and I would've loved to be able to interact or fight in some way (other than providing the 'boosts').
Was a pretty good game. Found the controls a little hard to handle at times. After one play through and hitting retry the game broke which was disappointing, but still a fun game
Love the music and simple gameplay. I played for quite awhile and enjoyed it thoroughly.
Interesting game but I found it difficult to actually make out who the killer was from their stories. Different investigation stages would've been nice.
Abit difficult to work out how the game works and its controls. Wasnt too sure of what the end goal was.
Loved this game. Happily played it for quite a bit. Loved the wave type defense style.
Nice game. Love the SFX, well done. Alittle unsure why 'z' was jump but I worked it out.
The game itself was pretty good, but the mechanic of being out in the dark too long didn't work. I would have a torch and be in the radius of the campfire and still die very quickly.
Really nice game. Thoroughly enjoyed it. Great atmosphere and funny storylines. Managed to kill everyone first try
An absolutely chaotic game. Trying to keep track of everything is a good challenge as well as trying to manage everyones needs. Pretty good game overall but takes a bit of getting used to
Really nice game. Well done with the art and audio. Some performance issues with the WebGL version but still enjoyable.
Fun arcade style game. Got stuck in a rail but other than that quite enjoyable.
Really interesting take on the theme. The game itself is pretty fun.
Pretty good game. I really enjoyed it. The only thing I'd like to add is difficulty options. It was fun but I never found myself about to die.
Nice puzzle game. I'm a bit unsure of how the harpoon works. Is it every second move that it gets shot out?
This is amazing. Really well done and polished game. The art style is great. I also love a lil bit of a speedrun
Pretty good game. The controls were quite difficult though (I suggest changing it to something more common such as 'w' or space to jump). The mechanics overall was good though and worked well. Some death animations for enemies would've been nice (I was hacking at already dead enemies for a bit). Other than that, it was enjoyable.
Interesting puzzle game. The NPCs moved a bit slow, would've been easier to understand and manage what was going on if NPCs moved straight away. Enjoyable overall
Nice short platformer game. There were times where jump didnt work (I'd recommend adding coyote time or something).
Heaps of fun, fast paced duck-hunt like game. I love the style and chaos of it all
@ubershmekel Thanks. I would've liked to add more content but I didnt really have a lot of time in the 2 days. I might work on it post-jam
@liammasters Thanks for the feedback. Audio really isn't my strong point. I've got to work on it.
@crowvax Thanks.
@impbox Thanks for the great feedback. There were a few things I would've liked to fix/add but didnt really have the time. I would really like to work on this after the jam to improve the audio, player controller and expand on the gameplay more.
@onnofal Thanks for the detailed feedback. Jumping up those stairs is a bit annoying. Glad to see you liked it otherwise though
Thanks everyone for the feedback. @generalsturgeon @rngames @rakart Character movement is definitely something I'll work on. A lot of people had some issues with it and even playing myself I found that getting up stairs was annoying. I put a bit more time into art this time so I'm glad you liked it.
@mighty-mufflon-games Glad you liked the art and ending transition. Thanks
@popdaddygames Thanks so much for the detailed feedback as well as the QA testing on stream. Really helped me find some bugs and have a few more ideas for the future development of the game. I appreciate it.
@yorsh Yeah the character controller needs a few fixes, glad to see you enjoyed it otherwise though.
@lelulagames Thanks. Sound design isn't my expertise and is something I definitely have to work on. Glad to see you still enjoyed it.
@versatilesponge Sorry about that! The way Unity's old input system is setup it works off of specific keys.
@smilewood @atmctype Yeah the collision bug as well as the general feel of the character controller is something I have to work on. Thanks for the great feedback :)
Actually a pretty fun game. Loved the upgrades and the challenge of the very slow turns at the start. Difficult to tell if there are rocks in oil when you have lots of upgrades. Guess it adds a bit of a challenege/risk.
I liked this small puzzle game. It was a bit annoying trying to get objects to rotate correctly and that the size it increases by is a fixed increment, but overall it was quite enjoyable
I was very confused as to what to do. A tutorial would've been nice or a better explanation of how to play.
Simple and enjoyable. Gets repetitive quickly though. Would've liked some animation or powerups to spice it up a bit
Alright game. It would be nice if the game had some puzzle element or something other than just clicking. I was able to finish the game by just clicking boxes and buying pickaxe.
Interesting fighting game. I was a bit unsure of how both attacking and defending worked. I was often unsure if I landed hits or if I blocked correctly.
The idea is good and the game is enjoyable but at times the controls are a bit clunky. Some kind of invincibility would be good while attacking too.
@ivysly Yeah, if the web version isnt played fullscreen it seems to have some input issues. It's due to the mouse not being locked.
@sir-onionknight Movement on standalone builds, as well as webgl (just not as well), seem to be smooth for me. That in mind I've only tested the Windows build. Audio is definitely not my strength and I do have to agree that some audio cues would've been great or some other visual cues.
Decent game. Music, art and gameplay were pretty good. There were a few bugs/unusual things I found such as hitting the sides of moving platforms is a bit glitchy and moving the opposite direction to a moving platform while against its side causes you to stick to it.
(Played WebGL build). Controls were quite clunky and I was unsure how to suck up ghost (controls info would be good). Rotating the player was really slow. I was a bit unsure of what I had to achieve/do. The art and audio were really good though. I can see it becoming a better game post-jam
This game is great. Heaps of fun. Could play this for a while. Love the music, love the art. Really well done
(Played Web version) Pretty good. A few issues with controls. Mouse wasnt locked so it would exit the window. Crouching and moving (ctrl+w) causes the tab to close (Chrome). Other than that, great job.
