Quite fun! I enjoyed getting in a car, finding my way blocked by mobs and baiting them out the way before drifting around them and flying past yelling "punked!" but I also found a few frustrating situations where I had 1 tile wide areas to get through with mobs inside that I could just do nothing about - no room to bait them away and no ability to barge through. Once I ended up backed into a corner that I could not get out of because of the fact the mobs are blocking and you have no attack of your own.

I think it would be a really cool future feature if your guy could learn some skills that might help with this - maybe nothing that can kill a mob because that would change the core of the game but some sort of push back skills or 1 turn stuns that have large cool downs just so you don't always feel like there was nothing you could of done and it was all RNG.

I did like it and would like to see more :D

It's really hard to grasp the game at the beginning (perhaps a tutorial?). Anyway, nice job!

Hi, I liked the randomly generated map and car randomness :). I hoped that I can kill ennemies with the car (like in GTA 1) but not :(. Feel free to look and vote for our entry also made with Godot Engine: https://ldjam.com/events/ludum-dare/41/way-out

I like this! The cars have good controls and the burst-like movement of the enemies means there is a lot more space in moving strategically compared to if they would just move continously.

It does feel perhaps slightly too random - sometimes the goal was much easier to get to than other times, and a lot of the time it was quicker to just go there directly than to mess around with getting a car.

Cute game, the graphics are nice and it gives off a nice mood. The minimap is very small and it's a bit hard to see, and the maps seem huge in comparison. The driving is fun, when trying to avoid enemies. It reminds me of the driving parts in half life 2 :) It would've been nice to have music in the main game as well and not just in the main menu, though.

cool music in menu, would be great in the game aswell

I can see the two genres you were going for, but better level generation and more interesting monsters in the roguelike part could make the racing part so much better. As is, the levels are what's holding this game design back.

I kinda expected I'll be able to run enemies over once I have a car, so I got killed trying to kill them :D anyway, nice work, controls of the cars are great, maybe a bit hard to maneuver in the narrow corridors of the map. And yeah, love the music, just realized I left the game open listening to it for about 15 minutes

Nice work, it would be better if we could use the car to kill the enemies. nice graphics nice mood. Good work guys!

I like the terrain generation. I found going on foot was always faster because since the level is jaggy the car always get stuck on a wall and is swarmed by monsters.
