Great game! On Ubuntu chrome at least the HTML5 page scrolls down the game with the arrow inputs so you can't really play it on there - otherwise it works well.
This was fun! The graphics are really well done, with nice little animations and supporting audio that made everything feel grounded and alive.
Loved tinkering with the systems. I never got super far, my best run I probably got through four shipments of food before I lost it. I wasn't very good at the multitasking I guess! My grandson has zero initiative, but at least he's obedient.
Something was sapping my money... I'd collect a bit for food, then get to the telephone, but then realize I had zero! Was I paying my grandson or something? Whatever that one piece was I missed it.
Really nice total package here - sick idea, strong implementation, fun time.
Oh a small technical note: I played the flash version in firefox because I ran into the following problem trying to launch the PC version on Windows 7: https://imgur.com/a/RNxtJ
I'm not able to run the windows version. Something about missing dll file :(

Hah, as before you've delivered a complete and polished game. The art is top-notch. As we speak, my grandson is watching TV while my cats are mauling my dead body in the next room. You seem to know how to get *game feel* just right. The music is solid, and the sound effects are cute.
The one frustrating thing was something taking my money and I couldn't figure out what it was, resulting in a number of trips with cash in hand to the phone, but then not enough to buy new items by the time I'd arrived.
All in all, excellent work!

Great game! Gameplay was good - amazing pixel art. Lots of polish. Love that you took the time to do a proper tutorial. Everything realy came together well.
Pretty fun! Would've liked some conclusion or maybe a time as a score. I was able to get all the fridge/bowl/litter upgrades but the cats just keep coming haha. I ended up putting litter boxes near the trash and bowls near the fridge but I wonder if I could have spaced the cats out better in separate rooms, otherwise I didn't really have a big reason to go to the rooms on the left. good job!

As always, I really liked your game. As always, the graphics are awesome, the music is nice, the game is fun to play and precisely balanced. I could spend a lot of time on it, trying to improve my score. But as always, I found that the way you treat the theme is a little bit straightforward. I don't feel you use it to get out from your comfort zone, trying to consider new concepts, gameplay mechanisms, controls, etc. From this point of view, I prefered what you've down on your last LD !
@gaming-night> you're right! On this one, I tried to focus on art & animations and not on the gameplay side. I'd definitely like to experiment more on that side on future LD :)
Great crisp graphics and sounds. HTML5 version is a little frustrating because the arrow keys and spacebar do scrolling and paging of the entire web page. I might come back to this later and try to do even better.

I don't usually like hectic gameplay like this, but it was surprisingly fun and nice. Very hard too. I like how cats always do something and create that chaos, that you can't keep track of it, but have to focus on one task at a time.
Wow! So similar to my entry! But really love your graphics! (Could only get the HTML 5 version to work so I couldn't hear the sound) Got quite stressful when they started to attack me! Beautifully done! The grandson was a great addition and quite amusing.

Hi there ! o/ What an amazingly great work once again... Design is really top notch as always, and really fun. Sound design adds some fun and music sounds nice (even if i turned it off after some a while). Very challenging, it takes some time to master the gameplay. The game keeps you busy anytime and it took me some time to understand how to manage this mess. The gameplay is really smart and difficulty quite well balanced. I spent more than 1 (or 2) hour (!) playing it to finally buy all the possible stuff, then I bought dozens of cats and fishes boxes in a row. Then died fast but I felt that there was no game win :] I had some slowdowns while playing, and it gets slow if you have really too many cats but I think you can only die at this point. Very good looking, interesting and fun entry. Awesome job ! Cheers !

this was the best game i have played so far - really well done - very funny game - awesome!
I ended up getting overrun with cats after a while, died, and had a good chuckle. I like the game but wish there were some more objectives beyond survival; at a certain point you end up with practically unlimited money and it becomes simply a matter of time before you can't fill the food bowls/get cans to the fridge fast enough and the cats end up insta-killing you. Graphics are fantastic and dialogue is pretty funny, mechanics solid and smooth otherwise.

Loved this one, such a great polished game. Enjoyed playing a lot more then I expected before I started which was a nice surprise. The game got pretty hectic with all the cats and trying to manage everything but it was lots of fun. Most polished graphics I've seen so far this Ludum Dare.
