Ahah, nice one. Luckily, I won on the first try, it never happened again... Simple and effective gameplay, and nice to see the repercussion of our choices on her face. About the theme, yes, the more surgeries, the worse face you get. However, in the gameplay, it's the other way around: the more sugeries, the better chances you have to win the price and to get good jobs. From this point of view, I felt a little bit troubled. I even tried not to do any surgery to see if finally, good karma happens to me. Maybe it would have been nice to dig into this aspect, to give more consistency to your message :)

As always, I really liked your game. As always, the graphics are awesome, the music is nice, the game is fun to play and precisely balanced. I could spend a lot of time on it, trying to improve my score. But as always, I found that the way you treat the theme is a little bit straightforward. I don't feel you use it to get out from your comfort zone, trying to consider new concepts, gameplay mechanisms, controls, etc. From this point of view, I prefered what you've down on your last LD !

Great game, very impressive. Cool interpretation of the theme, nice graphics, simple and efficient controls. Special mention for the audio. As already said, the game is difficult to read at the end, but hey, that's the point. Maybe just a quibble: I wonder if it's really possible to get good, and if it's still fun on the middle-term. Or is it 'just' a good Ludum game?

However, I would not be surprised to see it in the top rated at the end.

Indeed, everything is so simple, and yet, very effective. The graphics, the sound design, the gameplay, and the link to the theme. Actually, for this last one, I had to read the other comments to truly understand what you meant. This will be my main criticism. It would have been nice to see an ending, like you planned initially. But other than that, it's all good to me! I agree that more gameplay would have broke the spirit of contemplative pigeon simulator.

Very nice game, congrats! Everything has been said in previous comments: at the first stage, disappointment, until the upgrades appear and the story evolves...then, after few games, a feeling of routine, getting worse and worse, just like Bob. By stopping counting the weeks, you made me think that no end was scripted. And finally, BAM, a final cutscene. IMO, one of the greatest game design I've tried in this LD ! Like others, I didn't really get the choice of the music. And also, you made my computer suffer!

Good concept: many characters but one controller. The level design of this kind of game is not easy, and you're doing well. Proposition: You can reverse the concept, start with 3 or more characters. Great game, with a big potential ! It made me think of a mashup between Super Hot and Monument Valley :) I admire this kind of game because it requires a great skill in level design. In my opinion, the major default is the controls. Or maybe that was on purpose? I felt more frustated than challenged when missing a platform (and to be honest, I rage quit at level 9)... Also, IMO you're not completely in the theme. I understood your attempt, the more dimensions, the harder. But in your game, I didn't feel the increase of difficulty as a worsening state. Actually, it's the opposite! However, I really enjoyed it, especially the effort on the level design, and the two types of levels : platform-oriented and labyrinth. Special mention for the sound design, well elaborated (maybe after 20 levels, I would turn it off though...) Thank you!

Super hard, but fun to play ! I liked the graphics, and the originality of gameplay regarding a classical shoot them up. I also felt a good sense of balance in the gameplay, as sometimes, even when I wanted to focus on avoiding the asteroids, I couldn't help myself but collect the coins, putting myself in danger. Well done! However, I'm not completely sure you respected the theme. I understand that the more you have asteroids, the harder it gets. But in your game, since the beginning, I felt completely surrounded by obstacles. I don't have any sense of gradation in worsenity. I guess an initial phase with less asteroids would have done the trick :)

The purpose of our proposal was precisely to increase the excitement as much as possible to make it fall back later, we tried to go through both extremes. We tried to recreate a little hype feeling that comes up with the game promises, the trailers, etc. etc. which is often accompanied by disappointments (aka No Man's Sky or Watch Dogs)

Awesome graphics and animation as usual. The goal is clear to me, a kind of lemmings with no other tool than yourself. The degree of mastery in gameplay and level design is always impressive. The theme is well respected (though not especially treated with originality), as you really need to make sacrifice in order to reach the end of a level. I felt a little bit frustrated with the flight, but as the message said it, I guess it's on purpose. Still a nice entry !

In the end it is true that doing 2 or 3 parts hurts the finger;) At the beginning we had thought of a turn-based system but with the addition of a chronometer we think that it will accentuate the notion of stress of not being able to be present everywhere at once.

Pleasant game, I like this kind of puzzle mechanics, where you have to show some skills on level design. Your game is promising on this side, even if it's short. For our defense, here is our initial thoughts regarding the theme: as a live streamer, you literally share your life to earn money (that is to say, your life is currency). But as viewers get more and more accustomed to and bored by your 'driving routine' videos, you have to build up more thrilling and crazy moments, which leads you to illegal actions, like destroying urban stuff and killing pedestrians. This is the infernal circle of the streamer.

Very pleasant platformer! I loved the main mechanic. As mentioned in a previous comment, not sure how far you can take it, but it seems pretty obvious to me that a lot of upgrades could be imagined. A little bit disappointed by the fact that "start with nothing" brings you to a level editor, I'm a lazy man, I wanted more levels :) But of course this a jam, and I still measure how much work it required to make it. Level design is particularly hard to balance...

I liked the animation and music synchronized with the bpm. Great effect! However I didn't really understand the gameplay. What I did was to alternatively press the left and right keys until I reach 50 of stamina, then I stopped, waiting for it to refill up to 100, and finally I started to press again. By doing that I reached a score of 8689. I didn't get at that time why the music stopped neither (as I was still pedaling). I don't know if it's a good score, I guess not, since I didn't really understood what I was doing :) I tried to pedal in rhythm with the music, I didn't perceived an improvement of my score. P.S.: I did find the secret room, the best music in my opinion!

Being able to choose a player is clearly a good idea and add some replay value, but apparently the efficiency of the gun is not the same for each avatar (it seems to me that Phaser is clearly better than Agent noir for instance). The mini-map is a very good feature, essential actually. Adding some music would have been nice for the mood, but I see that you are in the compo category, so I know it's not so easy to produce all this by yourself in such a small amount of time. Also, I didn't really get how you caught the theme, I understand you have to conquer the territory, but what is "it" you keep alive?

Finally, for you to know, I had a weird collision bug several times, exiting me out of the map, and making me restart the game (a pause menu allowing you to quit or restart would also be nice!)

As a minesweeper lover, I was happy to try this 3D-enhanced version. Nice achievement. Gameplay is smooth, and letting the bomb counting itself is definitly the proper way to do. Like other comments, I found it would be nice to rotate, but in my opinion, the first next upgrade to do is to allow player to mark the bomb positions with a right click (and then player cannot misclick on it anymore). Also, I'm not sure I liked the fact that clicking on a treasure completely removes the layer. In order to go deeper, I would rather have let the player finish the layer, that is to say uncover all blocks but mines. Thanks anyway for the good time!

One thing I particularly liked is the upgrade system, which makes us want to come back again and again, with new features. The game is pretty hard though, the yellow cubes are really heavy, even if it is balanced by the possibility to move them whenever you want (in our version, once the object is dropped, you can't move it anymore). All in all, it's funny to see how different a unique game concept can be declined when it is left to two different teams.

The main interest of the submission to me is obviously the mmo aspect. Very impressive indeed ! And very refreshing game, as being able to play with other players in a Ludum is pretty rare (however I have to mention the fact that I was all alone on the server when I played ahah). I really enjoy the originality of the idea in this context, not to mention the very neat implementation, with neat graphics and audio. Congrats!

Funny concept (which could have fit another commonly seen theme like "You're not the hero"). I enjoyed taking my time to put the traps as diabolically as possible, and then see the hero making hours to getting out of it. However, as mentionned by the first comment, you can also put nothing, wait in a corner for the hero to come and shoot him for 5 minutes. But I think this is a minor bug to fix :) Or maybe you could remove the feature of controlling someone at the end, and just observe the effect of your traps. Could be fun as well!

Like others said, great experience, nice graphics and sound and atmosphere. I particularly liked the contrast between the carboard style of the city and the realistic aspect of the sea, the player, the fire, water, etc. The whole thing resonates like a nihilistic experience to me, people get on fire, that's not good or wrong, that's just it, you can try to do something but eventually can't win, so you may as well take look at the sunset with a cool lounge music in your ears :) I like it!

Very moody game, I enjoyed it a lot! I love point and click games, so it's nice to have a good representative here. Graphics and sounds are neats. The only thing is that it seems quite buggy. The game is quite simple but fun to play, with a unique gameplay (also had two different controls in two sessions, one with the whole keyboard, and one with the arrows + WASD, the second one felt more DDR-ish but brings some variety). I'm proud of being able to sold something to a dog :)
