I found a bug. You can just stay at one place and shoot and "hero" will not move. Very fun idea, though.

Great idea but I'm not sure if there is a score or a win condition. Also it can use some screen shakes ;)

PS: I'm tweeting about the games I play, here is this one: https://twitter.com/TheAntonSem/status/1511058830095962116

@lichead-studio I was afraid of that happening... Thanks for the feedback.

@antonsem I meant to add screen shake but ran out of time. The closest thing to a score is how close to zero you got the timer. Technically you can "win" if the timer runs out but the defeat message will show up anyways because the hero always wins. Thanks for the feedback.

It was a decently fun game. Although it kind of breaks when you can run around, get in a corner and shoot to avoid the recoil. Maybe if you can't control Dr. Tantalus, then you'd have to think a lot more. When the bomb went off, there was a fail message, but you already addressed that. The gameplay was simple to grasp with a brief, but effective guide at the top. The contrast on the force field makes it hard to see where you're placing it. It's a fun concept, and you did a good job at executing it.

A funny interpretation of the theme with the plot armor of the hero. Placing traps was fun but controlling Dr. Tantulus felt unnecessary and also broke the game when I was shooting the "hero".

I see, so the hero is meant to always win? I got this message which wasn't clear if it was a mistake or intentional. If it was intentional, it probably would've been good to be more clear to make the joke more obvious

Overall, the gameplay felt a bit too simple, but it was also funny just shooting the hero point blank, so I enjoyed that :P

Very cool take on the theme! Had fun with this one.

Funny concept (which could have fit another commonly seen theme like "You're not the hero"). I enjoyed taking my time to put the traps as diabolically as possible, and then see the hero making hours to getting out of it. However, as mentionned by the first comment, you can also put nothing, wait in a corner for the hero to come and shoot him for 5 minutes. But I think this is a minor bug to fix :) Or maybe you could remove the feature of controlling someone at the end, and just observe the effect of your traps. Could be fun as well!

Awesome idea for a game! It was fun to try it out. At first, I was surprised that the enemy is not dying, but then I remember that this is a hero with plot armor XD
