Great work! Loads of fun! Love the artwork.
Addictive game! Nice graphics and physics, I liked it
There are obviously tons of "object stacking" games in this jam, and it's interesting to me to see the wide range of approaches and themes people have come up with. Unfortunately, I can't play/rate this particular one since it won't load for me (Firefox on Linux). But props for the creative premise!
Hey @3lstmsinatrenchcoat, we've added native builds (including Linux) :)
Thank you everyone for the lovely comments! :)
Thanks for the Linux build!
This version of an "object stacking" game seems a bit more complex than some of the others I've seen (i.e. with monetary values, object damage, and explosions), and it has a pretty concrete theme (unlike, say, stacking abstract "blocks" or tetrominos, which I've seen a couple times). It's fun, like all of these games tend to be, but maybe has a bit more personality than many. And I like the Ikea-esque furniture names.
@3lstmsinatrenchcoat thanks! :smiley:
Oh man, this game perfectly sums up what happens every time I have to change apartments and move my stuff (with the exception of exploding. It usually doesn't explode.)
It's surprisingly fun! The physics engine works well, collisions are logical (you can't just throw a TV at a table and hope it won't break  ), art style is really good and overall feeling of the game is just lovely. Very, very good! Only the green font of furniture's price was kinda hard to read, but that's a detail.
Yeah, and the sounds make the whole thing surprisingly hilarious (i lost it at the "wow" sound in the background).
Pretty good, I think it is the best of these types of stacking games I played so far.
Wonderful game, loved the physics and destruction! Solid gameplay loop
Haha this was so creative and so much fun to play!!!!! it was super chaotic but in a really good way!
Exellent, looks like my amazon delivery man. Great Job.
Now I know two things. 1. I'm not capable to transport ikea furnitue. 2. This game is pretty good and simple.
Love names of objects, and this small raytracing shadow effect. It's polished and fun to play. I got 2k$ and 10m score.
@st00nsa 10m is pretty high, thanks for playing our game!
This is so fun and full of 'game-feel'! The interactions are juicy, challenging and there is just so much feedback that it feels amazing to play. It's well polished, fits the theme well and quite addictive; I'll definitely be returning to beat my highscore.
I'd love to see this made into a mobile game, well done! :)
Very fun game! I enjoyed the game and the physics! Had fun playing it on stream! :D
Love the explosion!
@dannyk1994 Do you have footage because i fell asleep and i didn't watch you play our game :(
@adriankrawczyk Unfortunately I don't apologies, it is a great entry though! :)
That's sad, i would love to see you reacting to our game, if i didn't have school today i would probably stayed longer to watch it :(
Hahahahah! Too fun! After playing carefully the first time then I just started hucking crap into the box and had a blast.
Great work.
Great Game , realy fun to play
Weirdly swedish indeed! Some furniture really swings around a lot when you take it out of the menu, and it seems like it takes a few nudges for it to register it into the truck as well.
But other than that, awesome game!
Fun enough for the game! Very nice job for the stacking furniture game-play designing . The physical engine system is also perfectly fit the intuition. Thank you for your game :)
Tricky but very fun and polished :) I think some sort of upgrades you can use your cash on would be cool (like to buy back some hp, or unlock taller objects, or something like that). Art and music are both great too. Also, nice lava lamp :D
Here's my best score across my attempts:
Screenshot from 2021-10-06-2.png
Awesome game! It made it into the second part of my let's play series: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e5X9Ha1_nE8
Really fun game, the grabbing was a little bit crazy sometimes but it only added to the chaos, so I actually liked it
:D The whole grab mechanics remind me of my own game ^^.
The game is addictively cool! Can't stop playing ^^. I thought this is an easy game but it eventually got harder and the urge to beat my own highscore was definitely there.
I love the pixel art and the concept behind the game and the theme is well met.
Good job! Keep it up!
Thanks for submitting this!
Very interesting mechanics, and very addictive gameplay!
@tory Thank you very much for showcasing our game on stream, sadly i don't understand russian enough for getting all feedback you gave us, but i'm glad that you enjoyed our game (atleast i believe so from watching the stream :) ).
As a swe, i can confirm this is how you pack your stuff when getting out of "the weirdly Swedish looking company"
10/10 great game!
Haha spot on, this matches my struggle packing furniture into the car perfectly ;)

@dj-depressive Good job! I hope we Reach 20 m, and knowing my own game it won't be easy!
This is a really fun one! I like the graphics and the controls of the game, this can have someone hooked for hours!
Was very fun to play. Earn a lot of money, but at the end I just had to make everything explode. Really nice nice entry. Graphics are good and the sound effects make it very funny. Congrats <3
So fun! Great graphics and full of character. I love how everything has a Swedish name, and the gas canisters are iconic! At first I didn't get that you were supposed to drag the items off the menu so I screwed my first run right off the bat. xd Pretty much a perfect entry!
Pretty addictive gameplay. Totally fits the theme. On another note I had weird issues with the sound getting noisy (like a white noise). Great game nonetheless !
That's strange @sherwood, what OS and browser this happening on, if I may ask?
@kornel I think it is an issue with apple or safari. I just tried with another game and had the same problem. Nothing to do with your build apparently :)
I heard from few people that web games work much better on apple using firefox - that might help :)
topikea.PNG
GG!! got an score of 5.8m after like 20 tries. :yum:
Incredibly fun tiny game, which I can describe as a totally accurate loader simulator.
Got the record! record.PNG
@bjakubowski our first over 20 m record. Congratulations!
Przechwytywanie.PNG Almost 24m. Nice game! I very liked it!
very innovative desing on tower building/balancing genre! finally you are able to correct your unfortunate placements by destroying them! that is quite nice and strategizable   keep up the good work
This game is such a similar idea to my game!! I love it!! The breakableness of everything is my favourite part :3
It's super fun and hilarious to see the objects just flying around. It's also amazingly fun to just smash items together >.> I wasn't very good at actually stacking items, but it was really fun!!
It sounds really great and the graphics look really cute! Overall well done everyone <3
Thanks for submitting it for me to try \o/
@sarah Thank you for playing our game and showcasing it on a stream! I'm very glad that you have enjoyed it and thank you for leaving great feedback!
It was a bit of a pain playing it with touchpad, because goods spinned madly. But in spite of it I had so much fun! It's a solid entry with an addictive gameplay.
Fun to play! Nice allusion to Ikea, with all these weird model names, and "strudy" build quality :) Pretty funny!
Very sveedish, very najs. Nice game, good theme fit, very hard. I wish it registered my top height, not the height when i explode. Otherwise, very well made! I like the slots, they provide replayability
@kevlanche I'm glad that you've enjoyed it and thank you sooo much, hope you keep up with doing awesome streams!
Sad I didnt get a chance to play this on my stream, but after seeing HonestDan try it out, I wanted to see what sort of high score I could get! With how hectic it can be and the very sensitive controls, Im pretty sure Id come nowhere close to this 25.08m high score while streaming haha:
Unstable.png
I love the pixel art and the feedback when you hover over the buttons or take damage. The bonus timer is nice so you have an incentive to cautiously move faster. It was a bit confusing when items would break despite being super careful with placing items down but added that extra challenge when it would make things unbalanced. Really enjoyed this entry, great job :)
@elysiagriffin I can't express how shocked i am right now. I mean, i wanted you to play my game while you were streaming but i thought to myself "well she has hundreds of games to check and she is so big and great streamer that i probably won't have my chance". And now i'm soooo happy that not only did you check it out, you have also reached a mile stone in highscores and you have beaten everyone else on the leaderboard. I'm so glad that you have enjoyed and left awesome and professional feedback. Hope we will see each other on LD50 stream and i will be able to see your reaction to our game. Thank you once more and keep up with doing incredible streams and being a excellent gamer!
A great twist on a tower stacking game, really clever. I loved the Swedish furniture company theme, and the fact that dragging stuff carelessly destroyed things was just a stroke of genius. This could definitely become a popular mobile game!
Really top entry. The physics were something to get used to I would say but not a complaint. Had a lot of fun playing this. Great stuff.
Whew, that's not easy.... this is a spectacular game! Bonus points for the leaderboard, I always appreciate a good leaderboard. 😁
Screenshot 2021-10-08 151506.png
I really did like this game. It was fun to play and i like the reference to Ikea. The only thing that bothers me was that some Furniture had real "Names" from Ikea, and some didn't lol. But that's just me and did not influence anything on the vote! Great game!
@chuchugeralt i still don't know what they mean cause i didn't implement them i have to check
Well, the leaderboard aspect was something that bought me, unfortunately I wasn't able to get good enough score >,
fun game and fits perfectly the theme!! I would suggest that the momentum the things have once you start dragging would be lower, because I kept moving them to fast and kicking everything xD good job!!
@macron You know, its 72 hours to make a game, there is no time to fix everything :(
Interesting, so this is why stuff gets broken when delivered at home XD Nice job guys, this is fun!
Everything got fineuntil I put this TV with too much motivation ^^ Got fired in one turn XD. Fun game, collisions are buggy sometime but it had a bit of unstability ^^/ Well done guys!
SO, on my quest to beat my own high score, I was disappointed that the game refused to move higher up the screen until I added more items on the bottom and definitely cost me my new PB as I could only get to 24m lol >:v
Unstable2.png
Really solid entry - I've got only one question.
Why do I must ship explosives XD
Amazing game! I played for a long time, but I couldn't get past 13m. Good job.
@elysiagriffin oh that's new, didn't happen to us in testing at all, thanks for mentioning this
@elysiagriffin Im really sorry i know how dissapointed i would feel if i got this height and couldnt get past that because of a bug.
That didn't happen once while we were testing and i don't know what is causing it :( Does it always happen on this height or was it only an one time glitch?
@fis Someone has to do it am i right? :)
Great game! Almost found it more fun to smash the furniture to bits (really appreciated that each piece actually breaks apart), but once I got that outta my system I found it very satisfying getting a good ol' stack going. My main critique was that the font was sometimes very hard to read, especially the price above each object, which made it a little challenging to plan out which pieces to take (assuming that price correlates to size). Would love to see a version with some of these minor tweaks, because its got a lotta potential. Keep stacking!
https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/444356333496565779/896290705796915240/unknown.png Reigning third place leaderboard champion here. I had a great time with the game, I love how the furniture breaks by specific parts, and getting to see all the swedish furniture names. Gameplay was unique and enjoyable. It felt at times like some furniture was getting sent out into the play area with too much force but I think that might've been on my end. Great game!
@idan9000 Thank you! It was good to see you enjoy the game on stream and congratulations on your #3 in leaderboard.
That's a great idea @laurari!
This one is fun! Every time I hear that "Wow!" I smile haha

An addicting enjoyable game where explosion goes Michael Bay and all of a sudden your tower of furniture is ruined. How dare that 1 canister ruin my day. 10/10 would play again. I find it relatively difficult to go higher by just using 1 single pillar of furnitures. Maybe some others with more patience might be able to do it, I certainly can't - still a very fun game though, so yea, great Jam game, well done!
Nice take on the stacking theme. Trying to not blow a TV up with a gas tank definitely upped the stakes more than the "put this shape on top of another shape." Audio is great, art is engaging and gameplay is super smooth. Only complaint is the amount of springiness on pulling an item into the game area, it felt like it forced me to move slower that I'd like, by which time the object would rotate more than I'd prefer. But that's a SUPER small gripe for an otherwise fantastic entry.
I think I can barely enter the leaderboard? Playing with touchpad is almost a hard mode, I think :)
ikea.png
I really like how, not only the object have durability, but it also is very clearly displayed for us, it's a nice detail.
PS: I was about to ask if IIILII meant something but I think one of the comments above already explained it (unless they're wrong, who knows)
@atmospherium Yea i also think that the starting velocity is too high and it takes time to learn.
@wendel-scardua It's a fake logo of some Swedish furniture company and also a reference to a "is this loss" meme.
@adriankrawczyk I did get the IKEAish logo, what I missed was the loss reference (until I saw dwid28's comment)
Thanks for submitting to my stream - I had fun with this one! Here's my screenshot for the leaderboard:
unstable_high_score.png
Putting my ability to tetris things to the test! It was fun seeing how high I could go, and I was able to make it to 8 meters, but the game is fun to both build things, and sometimes intentionally destroy things, it's fun to rotate the pieces by swinging them, the graphics were nice and the music was worked well with the game, great game!
@ladymistleaf Thank you so much for trying out our game!!
ikeaMasters.png
I return with Highscores! really good stacking game with good funky physics!
Hey guys! Great work, really well finished. I loved the simple idea and crisp pixel art.
I was really very bad at this game. But after practicing for a bit... I was still bad. But at least I got a non-negative score
A lot of polish here, and the humor is great too! A great entry all around!
also also, the music vaguely reminded me of this one Catherine track: https://youtu.be/-QEZ-zQXOAo
That's a very interesing take on the "stack objects" genre, great game, I haad aa bit of a hard time picking the alling items on some random moments. Other than that, incredibly fun, a lot of detail went on how items break and iteract with each other. Really well done!
Great Entry, bang on theme, explosions and things breaking. Nice variety of items and I'm glad the bigger ones could be partially broken. Also liked the little grinding particles when items rub together.
Suggestions would be that having both height and money as metrics seems a bit redundant and confusing. The money leans more into developing this into a full game but for this jam I feel like you could have cut it out. Same with the time pressure to load. For a game with this level of polish I would like a sound control menu.
@laurenceogden Yes i we do something more with this game cash will get its purpouse. And we wanted sound control menu but we didn't have enough time :(
Unstable.png
22.92m LETS GOOOO haha had a lot of fun with this! Would be cool to be able to spend your money to rerandomize your options or some other ways to spend your money
The sound effects were great too!
@itsboats Lets go its a height that even i as the creator can't do. Thank you for playing our game on stream, leaving feedback and your highscore.
Икея, икея, икея нахожусь?
@xpoho Please speak english so i can understand you.
wow what a game i liked it
Really fun, man that initial velocity on the objects when you first click and drag kept killing me haha
Nice Ikea commercial
Anyway, a very nice and fun to play stacking game. Things breaking on impact makes it harder but funnier and more on theme.
I've uploaded my playthrough to YouTube, if you'd like to check it out it's here!
https://youtu.be/QYqyUUsrJcI
@joeshanahan Thats an awesome and a really professional video! Thank you sooo much.
Very nice! Good idea, and the whole atmosphere of it makes me want to play more. I will definitely try again as soon as I have a bit of time!
the game is nice but was a bit hard
Very satisfying. I did not even try to load furniture, I constantly threw them on the floor. Wish there was an endless game mode.
Great job! It's quite fun to juggle the furniture the right way without being too fast. I think the difficulty is very good for a "possibly endless" game.
Awesome game! I had a great time playing it. The graphic for all objects are rally well done and the music sounds so good. Great job! I think, not bad for my first try :P
Bez tytułu.png
As others have said, this was really enjoyable. I wanted to keep going for high scores, but my strategy was blocked. I tried just putting all big blocky shapes in a single vertical column, and when it reached the top of the screen, the camera did not move up, so I couldn't go any higher.
Maybe that's intended so we have to fill out more of a base? I was kinda bummed but I guess that's fair haha.
Excellent work! Great game with a lot of polish and some real value adding details (such as prop damage). I was absolutely terrible at it. I loved the Seinfeld-esque intro music and enjoyed the game overall!
I love the idea of this game combo counter was also a good choice it prevents me from playing like a baby (which is haaard lol), must admit in the end I couldn't resist voluntarily destroying everything. well done guys!
I'm obsessed with the game! It was phenomenal for genre like tower-making! So cool music and graphics!

I will start my stream about 9pm Uk time. Hope to see you there. https://www.twitch.tv/thesoulselector
I played this on stream tonight. https://www.twitch.tv/videos/1179627561
Easy and a game that I could see myself get easily addicted to. Super good graphics and really fun physics. Got some really cool moments with last second clutches in order to keep my tower steady.
