Great game! My first 5/5 overall. Excellent level design. My only wish is that it was longer :-P. I vote for the next ludum dare theme to be "sequels" so you can make a sequel to this :D

I agree with Endurion. The map is VERY large! Other than that good job. I found the treasure and Won! :D
Probably my favourite game so far. It took a while, but I beat it! I have two small suggestions to make it even better; 1: Don't restart the music all the time. When you play many times the restarts gets annoying. 2: lock the win screen in place for a few seconds. I beat it many times but though I lost since I was spam clicking and the win screen dissappeared immediately and the game reset (as if I had lost)
That was fun! Beat all 13 levels. The music was perfect for the theme & graphics are very nice. If I had to find something to complain about it would be the controls. I got stuck trying to round corners quite a few times. Although it might be fatigue from the long weekend. Anyway, gj!
I really like the look and feel of it. You probably already know about this, but I found a bug while playing; If you take a sphere and instantly run back to the previous room you will be trapped there. Then if you go back one more room you fall through the ground.
Nice game! The connection to the theme is a bit far fetched but it works :-p. My only real complaint is that while playing the game a small textbox kept appearing next to my mouse. Remove the " title="10 Seconds and The Wizard" " part from your html file and it's much better imo.
Nice! The music and level design was good. The color palette was excellent! The only thing that felt strange was the hitbox when you attacked. It felt kind of small (compared to the animation).
Wow, that is challenging. I like it. I especially like the art style!
That was fun! One thing I miss though is my score on the screen after you beat the boss. It said I could go, but didn't tell me how well I did
Nice game. Simple, but there is nothing wrong with that.
I completely agree with laserbeam. Pressing "R" to restart or something similar would be much appreciated. Another thing; it would be nice to see my score on the end screen. I think I had 4 or 5 seconds left, but I'm not sure. Games like these demands that you do them again and again to beat your highscore, but I don't know what my highscore is :-P
Fun! I like how the music intensifies as you become faster. To answer your question: i got to 200. Not sure if thats good or not..
Incredible sense of polish for such a short development time. Controls were great. The aesthetic is awesome. I only played single player, but it seems the gameplay actually has some depth to it.
Don't really see how it is related to the theme though. Still, best game I played so far.
The game felt very nice. It felt like the gun actually had an impact. However; I miss a purpose in the game. I got to level 20 or so and it didn't seem like much of a difference to level 1, except bigger. I'd like to see a pre-determined set of levels (not randomly generated) and level 15 or so could be a boss. Then it would be a solid short little game :-)
Very good looking game. Probably the best looking game I've played so far (out of ~20). Unfortunately it has a few glitches that make it hard to play. First and foremost; it seems the depth isn't properly reset when you "replay", so you are instantly overrun with mines. Secondly, and this is an issue since you see it as a mobile game, I can't get it to work on my phone (iPhone 4S, iOS 7.0). The menu works, but I can't move the player ingame.
@607 thank you for the feedback! :-) Resetting should absolutely cost gold. Can't believe I didn't think of that. Automatic respawn is a good idea too.
The music was generated with "SoundHelix" (http://www.soundhelix.com/). Quite an amazing tool. You give it a random number and it generates a midi file
Thank you for the feedback everyone!
@pkenney, that is the most thorough review/feedback I have ever gotten on a game :D. Thank you so much!
@Somfunambulist you are supposed to destroy the flat dark block. Then destroy the lighter block that looks a little like a "u". This should let the small 2 wide block fall down into the lava. You can then jump onto it, connect to it and sail to the exit. Alternatively, you can cheat and use the "+" key to skip the level ;-)
Cool atomsphere. I enjoyed it, even though it was a bit short.
Everyone seems to think it's hard, but I beat it on the first try. My secret; I cheated! I jumped over two of the bosses. The spinning fish gave be quite the boost which made me fly for a while.
Funny ending, as the spinning fish came just as the text said it might come :D. Good first entry.
This is going to be a repeat of what everybody else said; but excellent atmosphere! The ambience/music was great. I did not really like the "jump" sfx though. I hope you'll continue work on this :-). Looking forward to exploring beneath the surface
Awesome sound effects :D
In the navy! Simple game but fun
Excellent visuals and cool interpretation of the theme. Good job!
I have now rated 18 games, and this is my favourite! Very simple, yet really fun mechanic. Clean visuals. Good audio, although the sfx when you hit the wall is quite loud compared to the bg music. My only gripe is that the game is short. I was just getting into it when it ended :-(.
You should consider making this a full game imo! What you have now works very well as a demo. Add a few mechanics and 15 more levels or so and I'd call that a good, full game.
I dug until I got $150k. I guess it doesn't end?
The game is looks really good, and the digging mechanic is quite fun. Unfortunately there is no real purpose to dig. I'd like to see maybe purchaseable upgrades for the digging tool. Perhaps inhabitants on the planets fire at you and you have to fire back somehow. I don't really know. it looks promising, but the game needs more to really be a "game".
I really like it, but good lord it's incredibly difficult!
Small feature request; I would like to be able to restart the game without the mouse.
That was fun :-) larouxn said exactly what i feel; art was basic, but the gameplay was actually really good.
Dude, what is up with your color palette? :P
Really nice game. Excellent fit to the theme and great game overall. Not a big fan of the graphics but it worked.
Great game! Quite simple, but it seems most great LD games are simple. I can imagine this being a ton of fun as a multiplayer game. Imagine yelling at your friends in the couch to "stop stealing my f#ยค"ing guys" :-). If you have any plans of post-LD work, I highly suggest looking into getting gamepad+multiplayer support. Theres room for multiple maps, powerups and more as well if you feel like turning it into a full game. I'd probably buy it as I'm a big fan of couch-multiplayer games.
Good game in almost all aspects. Sound and graphics are great. It fits the theme as well. The thing that's a bit lacking is the gameplay (it becomes kind of repetitive). The pumpkin is a good step in the right direction. Some enemy variety as well would really improve this game I feel.
The coolest game I've tried so far. As Blobo said, a sniper weapon is pretty conventional, but the gravity field thing is really unique (at least afaik :-).
Some feedback regarding the level structure : I would like to have seen a really easy level for each gravity bubble type. At first I was really confused as to which color did what. Even the help on the startscreen doesn't cover it. So something like the first level only having a blue bubble, and the second only having a purple one. Then you can take what is currently the first level as the third one. This should teach the player the rules without overwhelming him/her.
Also, I beat the game (I think) and got back to the first level. I guess the goal of the game is to gather as many points as possible. While it does add to the length of the game, I don't think it really benefits from it. Better keep it short and sweet in my option.
Reading my review now I sound quite negative :-P but I'm not! It was a good game! Sound, controls and graphics are good. And the idea is excellent! We have enough platformers in LD, it's nice to see something new.
The only game I've given a 5 in mood this LD! Great game. Very intteresting interpretation of the theme :-)
Got it running on explorer. Quite good, a bit hard to feel that you were in control; like intentionally blocking of enemies, to me they were all over the place
Pretty good game. The mechanic is fun and controls are solid. Fits the theme well too!
One thing though - after I beat the boss(?) the game crashed.
"Invoking error handler due to
uncaught exception: 16204368 - Exception catching is disabled, this exception cannot be caught. Compile with -s DISABLE_EXCEPTION_CATCHING=0 or DISABLE_EXCEPTION_CATCHING=2 to catch." UnityConfig.js:74:4
There was nothing more descriptive in the console unfortunately. Running firefox on Windows 8. Hope that helps
The spellcasting reminds me of magica, kinda cool idea but a long way to go
I'm not really sure what I just played. Almost felt like holding/pressing left/right didn't do anything. Some sort of tutorial where there isn't tons of stuff on the screen would be nice.
The music was really good though!
It's remarkable how close this game is to one of the ideas my group had while brainstorming at the beginning of this LD :-)
The game plays great, and both graphics & sound are excellent. Theme adaptation is perfect! Perhaps it got a little to difficult early on though. Add a few more easy waves at the beginning and you've got yourself a solid game!
Nice! I had a hard time not taking damage which made it hard to get anywhere though.
Great game! Bonuis points for actually teaching me about the weapons before diving (heh) into the difficult levels. Many LD games skip the tutorial part for some reason.
Controls were great, weapon &enemy variety was great, graphics was great & sound was good. I also really like that you managed to add an optional "hard mode" with the pearls. My only real negative feedback is that I'm not sure how unconventional guns are as weapons. I guess they are underwater bubble-blasting guns, but still :).
So much potential here! Multiple abilities, good sound, really nice graphics and solid controls. However the game is crippled by the levels. I beat all of them and honestly they were basically the same. An unorganized mess of platforms and characters moving about. Also, there doesn't seem to be and real difficulty curve. It begins "kinda hard" and then just stays there.
Also, it is really overwhelming to be given 6 abilities at the start of the game. The game needs at least 6 more levels, and each level should unlock one ability. Teach the player why the various abilities are useful and how they interact. I beat the game more or less only by using the super jump as I felt no need to use anything else. Perhaps I could have beaten it easier using some of the other abilities, but the game hadn't taught me to use them! After the various mechanics have been explained you can throw out the big levels filled with enemies.
TL;DR: really good game in all aspects except level design and pacing.
This game looks like it's really good but I'm sad to say I really can't figure it out. I installed solar panels on ~half the houses and then ran out of money. How do you earn money?
The game looks great and I love these types of games, but some sort of tutorial is sorely needed because currently it is just confusing.
