Hi, you really did a great job on the graphics. Though the sounds could have been better (at least for a game that does that much with sounds). I liked the gameplay itself but it was kind of hard for me.

I figured out quite fast, what to do (and where to shoot). Unfortunately the game closes after i destroyed the alien ship, so no ending scene, credits or score for me. :-(
More levels would have been great, also so Music could have given the game some nice touch as well as some more particle effects.
The always displayed notice for Fullscreen is not neccesary and distracts me a little bit.
Nevertheless a nice game which fits the theme in multiple ways!

Nice idea, but it was not clear to me what to do. There are some dissonant notes in the music and some glitches in the jump/collision detection but the idea seems interesting. I liked robinson cruso and games like stranded :)

Nice game. I kind of like the gameplay mechanic which works really great.
The pixel style works great with the sound and the gameplay, it feels really retro. :D
Two things I miss: Restarting in a specific (already reached) level and a tetris like endless mode (probably where new blocks keep spamming from the ground.
Great game. The graphics and the gameplay are great but I miss some sound. For hit sounds and so on you could use SFXR or BFXR. For music you could give Autrotracker (http://www.ludumdare.com/compo/2011/12/13/if-you-find-it-hard-to-make-music-read-this/) a try.
You want to improve the fun? Try adding some 'juice'. For example screen shake if you hit an enemy and so on.

Great Game! I like your graphics style (though i find it confusing on which tile i am standing and where the other blocks on the maps are).
Sorry to say, but the music did not fit the gameplay. It reminds me of some holiday at some nice beach and not of some deep see diving operation with some hazards.
But otherwise it is a great game with a solid gameplay!

Hi there, I kind of like the graphics & art Style of your game. Especially Shooting out the arrows looks nice.
Don't take the following too serious, this are rather some tips than real criticismn:
There are some glitches when the player gets hit by enemies (sometimes the player is correctly pushed away, sometimes "teleported")
I really miss some background music and some sound effects (enemy digging out, walking, praying).
A tutorial could have been nice because it took me some time to realize i have to pray at the statues.
Some "Juice" like particle effects would also have been nice.
A second level would have been great!
But overall it is a great game!
Looks great and had some fun with it.
Unfortunately it crashes if you click too fast. :(

@thx4nothing: We added another build (top, Failsafe build) which doesn't use certain features (namely the clouds on the surface).
Do you have an Intel graphics chipset? It seems that there are some problems involved. If you've got the time, try updating to the latest graphics drivers.

I personally cannot comply about the controls (worked good for me) but one or two checkpoints would have been nice since doing all the things at the start of the level again is repetetive if not quite boring.

nice game you created. I like the pixel style and though the texts are a little bit long to read they are quite funny.
I noticed some bugs:
the gold will be stored if the player's x position is at the right side of the map. y position is not changed so you can store your gold under the earth.
I also do have qwerty (qwertz as for the german layout) but i had to press the q-key.
Gravity also feels a little bit strong and junping is not possible as accurate as i would have liked it.
But it is a great Game!

I had some issues with Balance. I came very quickly into some situations where i had no s(t)orage space left to buy new resources.

Wow, this is intense! One of the best entries this LD! Though I personally do not like point & clic adventures, this one pulled me inside a whole world and i will definitely play it again.

Since you directly asked for things to improve: the scenery could be a little bit more active, e.g. the lamp flickering or some fireflies on the first day. But this is criticism on a very very high level which will not be in the score.

Great Game. Though the isometric Camera seems not perfectly suited for this arcade type of game (some ideas: Lines and points to a base plane (e.g. like in Homeworld) to make it clear where the shots/enemies are) and though some sound Effects for shooting and exploding enemies would have been nice, this is a great game. The graphics itself are very sweet and the worlds are designed with much love! I really like it!

Some tutorial would have been nice to know what to do and what not to do. I sometimes had some graphic glitches with the tiles (probably some float positioning on an int pixel grid?).

Great Idea! The terrain generation works well and the graphics for the planet are very nice. As you mentioned in your Postmorem, for a game some more features & actual gameplay would have been nice, but as a simulator this looks really great.
I tryed some procedural terrain generation myself some months ago (2d though, search "intelligent design gamejolt" if you are interested ).
This is an interesting and still emerging field with lots of possibilities for good games and even better tech demos. ;)

Awesome plattformer! rotating and translating the levels is a nice idea though i do not quite get the connected worlds theme. Nevertheless it is a nice game with just sweet audio and graphics! Especially the particle Effects are very well made!

Great Game! At first it feels kind of rushed and an easier learningcurve (perhaps unlock different enemies with time) but after i figured the controls its really funny!
Nice Game! I likt Tower Defence Games and the idea with "rings" and moving towers is nice. I would have liked to see some upgrades or a remaining Lives counter.

Did you try the web version? It can be that you browser wants to do some context menu stuff. This is a simple Checkbox in Unity (which I simply forgot). A bugfixed version is now available (which should be ok with the rules I hope).

The missing pathfinding is a great drawback of WorldGate. As for LD29 we messed with an external C# Library which was ... well ok when you don't mind glitches. I would have expected Unity to come with an builtin pathfinding and guess what, they do. But only for 3D.
Due to time constraints we were not able to implement a proper pathfinding.
Hi, thank you very much for your feedback! This was not the Unity4.6 Beta but some bug in our GUI. There was an overlaying panel, which prohibited clicks on the button. This is fixed by now.
Hm, did your team finish the sarcophagus or did they got killed? This Message should only be shown iff all your three team members got killed, which will instantly set you to the headquarters and the debriefing.
Thank you for the feedback. Time was clearly one of our major problems, since we planned way to much to finish. Different Graphics for the soldiers, as well as a tutorial for the headquarters map, pathfinding and so on. We hope it is fun anyway. ;)

Nice Game, i kind of like it. The music plus sfx works great (though hard left/right panning sounds strange on headphones -- not on normal speakers)) and the art by itself is just neat!

Hi there, nice Entry. The Controls are kind of complicated, since i cannot determinde the balls direction when it is turning fast. Some easy learning curve or a ingame tutorial would have been nice here.
Also i think the music does not suit the gameplay very well. It is some relaxing "slow down" music, while the gameplay is kind of fastpaced and you rely on proper timing.

Wow, what an experience! The sparse Sound is super awesome and convey a great mood together with the visuals. I like the effects of the shot and the fireflies are great, as well as the snowman and the enemies! Lots of polish and juice!
I had some glitches (cracking, buzzing) with sound late in the game, Win8.1 64bit via a Focusrite 2i2 interface.

You really got the feel of those FF titles! The music is super awesome (I really dig it, thx for offering an extra download!) and graphics and visual effects are also very good.
The battlesystem hast some inherent depth after you get used to it.
One suggestion would be to make units change position by drag&drop, this would feel more natural to me, but does (of course) not affect playability.
The Speedup button is a great advantage!

It often happened for me that i slided into a black square that was just leaving the tile i wanted to go to. Proglably this could be programmed to be more in a player friendly way.
Also (at least on my widescreen monitory) i had the problem, that i had quite long time to see the blocks coming in from left or right, but the time to react to blocks from top/bottom is quite short.
Nevertheless a great game. Did i mention the cool soundtrack?

Performance (at least on my machine) was undoubtedly better with native build versions (at least for large enemy/bullet numbers. There was not much time for optimization and I expect a bottlenec especially at list and collision handling.

The game was nice to play but as Empyrealhell pointed out it would've been better to implement actual terminal shortcuts like tab for auto-completion or up to access the history.

Very nice game. cool graphics and the speed up-curve is just right.
The only thing to mention for me (to improve) is, that you don't see your score on the gameover screen. As it gets kind of fast at the end of the game, you don't have the time to look at your score and as it is not displayed on the gameover screen i couldn't tell my exact score.

I had some problems to determine when an object on a certain lane disappears. so sometimes i crashed into one stone or tree horizontally. This might be to long fading times.

Two things to improve: Its hard to spot the player (at least on my crappy laptop-screen) since it is not that distinguishable from the background and also not animated.
German Layouts have z in a very odd position for games. 'x' and 'c' would work great on all keyboards (but this is of course no reason for a downvote).

nice game, esp. for 48 hours. gameplay is nice, but gets a little bit hectic, when you try to do things with more than one gladiator at one time.
I like the variety of different enemies and how they react different on attacks (snowmen melt, yes! :D)
Truly awesome, Galdis incoming! I really like the robot with it's bed and pillow! Super awesome story! graphics are also very nice and +1 for audio voicings.
Controls though felt a little bit "floaty" but problably this is what it should be like on a distant planet with no gravity.

Nice Game, i kind of like the graphical style and the audio.
Some more feedback would have been helpful, like i did not always know, in which "mode" the crowd (or single individuals) are. for example, look at gods will be watching, there you can estimate how nervous people are by looking at their movement.

Wow, this is deep. I can imagine that there are many complex algorithms working in the back that make this game very interesting.
I really dig that graphics (particles, overlay, sprites, animations) as well as the retro sound, which is truly awesome.
There were some minor bugs when i got stuck in a corner but i always got free. Controls feel very intuitive and direct (which is a good thing).
The game totally reminds me of Hotline Miami as well but in a completely different scenario. Very nice entry!

It's sometimes very confusing where you're currently heading thanks to the frequent zooms but once you get the hang of it you can finish the levels after figuring out the best sequence.

Didn't really run in Chrome 43 (beta). For every key or click you did you had to wait about a second.

Very well executed! I like the graphic style and the mechanics. They are challenging, but never unfair. I would have liked to have more levels und upgrades. I did not understand the mechanics about mana and people alltoghether, a quick introduction would have been nice here.
Another point to mention: the music is quite nice, but the soundeffects are way too loud compared to that. A good trick (when using sfml) is to create three slightliy different sounds (e.g. for taking damage) and choosing randomly one of them.
Also, +1 Star and a big bunch of respect for using c++ and SFML, which is not the easiest combination for a jam!

I really like the concept. This is like Minecraft meets Zen Gardening. I would have loved more levels.
If you would color the stones a little bit differently it would be easier for the eye to determine the shape (for the statue the player is sculpting as well as for the "template"). The Background is also very nice.

nice game. I like the idea and it gets quite tough quickly. It took me some time to realize that the blobs mean just the color and that the shape is irrelevant then. I had minor performance issues on my laptop starting in level 4 but the game was still playable. the core mechanic is well executed and really nice.

70MB download size is large, but it was worth it. The core mechanics are well executed and it is quite satisfyingto crush a bunch of enemies with a big car *diabolic laughter*. The graphics style is very nice.
The Music is well done, though the shooting sound is a little bit weak.
The idea to use the color of the shirts as a health bar is brilliant and works great, even in crowded levels.
I had some minor graphic glitches in level 2, but they disappeared again.
All in all: nice game!
The graphics are super nice and the conrols feel just right. The story behind the game is cool, but I would like to see it also in game.
The sound was also well execured, but some improvements on levels (backgroundmusic vs sfx) would be nice .
The collision detection is a little bit unfair for the player, but that could easily be tweaked.

Very well done. I had some problems with the WebGL build, but the download (wow, 60MB Size) did work.
The Controls are not as direct and responsive as I would have liked them (especially roll and jump start with some small delay, for attack it is not always clear if i had hit the boss).
The Art on the other hand is very well executed. graphics and animations are super cute, they remind me of some of the worms games by team17.

This is a neat game! I like the simple concept of the world shifting which is executed perfectly. It is very nice visualized. The collision mechanic got me stuck two times (when i jumped on a shifting plattform) but thats no big problem.

Very nice game with a lot of content for a gamejam. not bad! The core mechanics work well and it was fun, going through the different levels. The controls feel not 100% precise but that's no big problem for me. On my display everything was very dark and hard to see.

Very nice idea! I like the mechanics and the soundtrack! Learning the basic mechanics is quite hard, but after some tries, you get the timing. Playing with a touchpad is quite impossible, but with a hardware mouse it is ok. I think, this could also work nice on mobile devices!

Very nice game! The puzzles are great and the graphics are also very clear and the controls are intuitive. We played this as a two-player game, one controlling the mouse and one the keyboard, which was quite some fun. The music seems a little bit repetitive and it would be nice if mute would stay the same even on a level change (I know this can be quite hard using unity)
Very nice 2player experience. Coop games are very rare, but mostly good to play. We played and made it to fourth place in highscores.
Switching caracters is not very intuitive (try adding a small animation or particle effect) and we switched characters by accident.
Music, soundeffects, graphics, animations, leveldesign and balancing are on a very high level. Well done!

My first LD game (we worked as a team of two programmers) was ugly as hell, had broken collision, a lot of glitches and bugs, that made it literally unplayable. But hey, four months later for the next LD, we tried again and hat lots of fun. And that's what LD is about! Have fun creating a game!

I had a strange bug with the clone attack. I spawned some clones and after roughly 10 seconds, suddenly the screen was totally filled with them.

Great entry! I like the tension (dark graphic style and music) your game builds from the first second. The level design and the checkpoints are fair, so I always knew it was my fault, I died.
If I should give some advice, the controls could feel a little bit more directly. Movement is like walking and sliding on ice. On the other hand, the design of the levels uses that, so thats not a bad thing per se, just personal flavor.

Another thing to improve: Just restart the level with space (instead of grabbing the mouse and clicking two buttons). ;)
