Nope, not built in VB but in C#. :D

As i said, you can try running it with mono but i am not
sure whether it will work.

Though the source code is released under GPL. you can try adapting it to any platform you want.

Tried it a few times with a few different programs (Torque 2D, Torsion, C++, Gimp) and every time it crashes without creating output files (GDI+ error). Maybe I need some VB redistributables?
