Nice idea and fun for a while. A bit sluggish controls. Nice graphics! :)

Nice idea and fun for a while. A bit sluggish controls. Nice graphics! :)
I didn't realise it was a cyclic world until second session. A bit confused what the keys are for, but nice work anyway. A bit short.
Thanks, that really means a lot!! =)
I just gave it my all and manage to make 173 jumps, beat that! Should tweak the difficulty since this took a long time and felt like grinding in the middle with no action. But the gameflow is there at least =)
No problem, it is our fault that we screwed up so the help screen is not the first thing you see when you start. At the menu, you can select help by pressing down or up, which will give you some hints, but I will give you the short version.
1. You got a population, when it reaches zero you lose. When low you can use the first mouth piece on key 1 and eat the small and the big planet, not the black hole and the asteroid.
2. You are being chased by Krakken. To get away from him, you will have to use the third mouth piece on key 3 and suck up two black holes to make a jump forward and put more distance between you.
3. For every jump you make, Krakken becomes faster. To keep him at bay, you will have to use the second mouth piece on key 2 to upgrade your engine by eating the small or big planet, not asteroid or black hole.
Nice one. I hade fun just roaming between planets. Didn't quite get where to deliver the animals. Nice space simulator with no sound, actually pretty accurate. ;)
The controls lacked a bit of ..control and was a bit too sensitive.
Just love the sound and the intro. The controls was a bit hard when playing on a keyboard but great work!
A bit repetative. I experienced an emergent (i think) use of the enemies that they helped me cross a few gaps when I learned where to land. Nice music and ambitious sfx, I really like that. :) Nice sense of humor to it as well. Nice done!
I really liked this! The opening cut-scene is great with neat graphics. The music also works very nice with everything. Good gameplay, very nicely done.
Very, very nice work! Had some issues with the collision detection at high speed but that's just minor stuff. Gameplay is good, I actually enjoy the surprises that differ from the original (like the Piranha plant is unblocked by you standing on the pipe and the jumping over the flag). It really lacks a soundtrack.
I would like to see that instead of dragging people from each planet, you simply click the planet when in range. Gets so fiddly when trying to drag in two stages for the transfer. Better to get in range and click.
Ambitious project, however, it is a bit too rough right now to be enjoyable. Impressive to go all out Web-based =)
Hope that you can rewind and play the creation instead of just showing the final map. Cool that you dared to make this concept for a compo.
Good idea, but it lacks feedback. For instance how much health the opponent has. I wasn't able to get very far, evolved into a fat cat and was a sitting duck haha.
But when I evolved my max health was like 5000 but i still just had my current health. Need some form of healing option otherwise you will just bleed out in the long run.
I will have to get back to this and spend a bit more time, seems like I'm missing out a lot on the game.
A good start and base for future work. Not to nitpick, but how much premade assets can you use for a compo entry? Just curious because I was unsure when I made my entry if you even were allowed to use free sound effects, which turned out to be a pain in the ass because I had to fix by myself instead.
The dialog system was a pain, too much of the punching and petting, but still a good idea thats need some work done. A bit confusing with the inheritance, since for example, a one eyed and a three eyed could have a two-eyed child.
Way to go at making a really iconic intro screen, really catches your eye!
Very cool concept, really stressful to get the best cells. The bullet-speed should be faster, as of right now A LOT of the bullets miss the big targets even if they are almost the only one. Should also be able to preserve some mass if you want to divide cells.
Great game, really cool and love the graphic style!
Solid arena shooter, need some variation in the block properties. As now, all you will ever need is shooter blocks, as they will act as shield and guns. It would be more interesting if for example the normal block could take more hits. Then you have the defense/offense ratio to think about.
The timer is way to strict, there is no room at all for exploration. Listening for the slime was a good effect, something to explore more perhaps.
Thank you very much =) If you get stuck, try to some extra button combinations. I tried to mimic what you have to do in real life, so think in words what you want to do and try to express that with the controls.
@TheSheep: Not sure what to do about that, java shouldn't be relevant at all for this. Made a quick search and it could be related with your java runtime installation or something alike. Sorry, don't think I can help you on that one.
Well the controls keep changing, so some times they will do something sometimes they will not.
For those who get stuck on the bag part, a hint would be that you would like to "PUT DOWN your arm" and then "GRAB something in the bag".
I could post a walkthrough if more people seem to get stuck on this. The idea for the prelude was that there was supposed to be UI-hints for what keys to press, but I skipped that part and let it be a safe exploration instead.
Dammit, and the best part IMHO is final action scene =) Hopefully people will get past the tedious running and enjoy the last part, otherwise I will have to upload a tweaked version.
Yeah, the controls will most likely be a matter of taste, some will like it, others won't. I put up a walkthrough for those that those who get stuck or just want to get it over.
The action scenes might be a bit hard, I have only playtested it by myself so I can't really tell how difficult it really is.
I can make a new version tomorrow where you can select scenes, for those who want to skip some parts to see the rest.
Good mood going on. Excellent work with the music and graphics, it was very vivid.
Great game! Good variety of puzzles and mechanics. The graphics are so clean and beautiful. It felt however not logical that you cant drop two levels unless you already are standing on something. Other than that, all was straight forward.
Well thought out and good puzzles. Some a bit tricky, but not impossible.
Had a dark moody tone to it. It felt interesting. Would like to see the mutation circumstances expanded beyond changing color.
It was really hard to know if you combined something or not. You couldn't really separate seeds either if they spawned at the same place. Looks however as you put a lot of variety into it. Really liked the intro screen =)
I actually enjoyed the last scene, it had a great mood to it.
It was a bit too hectic to even know what was happening with your ship. Maybe ease up on the tempo instead and take it slower? Nice and fluent graphics, like the neon theme =)
Really interesting to see the different creatures appear.
It had some interesting tactics too it. A bit unbalanced since they just swarmed and no chance to keep them at bay. But I liked the idea that what manages to survive gives a boost, you should explore that more.
I missed to read the instructions first, so it was a bit confusing what I was supposed to shoot. The puddle had a really bad position since you had to place the mouse just precisely at the border, if you went outside you lost control.
Good crisp and smooth graphics, liked that!
A bit slowpaced, but the satisfaction when you make an perfect aim is godlike =) Got stuck on one of the latter levels, three planets and one sun. Too difficult and random to make that shot.
Love the intro music, it was really good. It can become really good with some tweaking. Did not like that I had to press the turrets for them to fire, rather macro manage or something instead. The turrets could perhaps have a fire zone instead of a line.
It would also be nice if you could pan around and zoom, had a hard time seeing the blocks when the plan buttons blocked the view.
Simply hilarious =) Great work with the organic growth and pixel art!
Only issue I got with the normal gameplay is that it is almost like playing who wants to be a millionaire, but without the life lines =) Something to help you get up to the higher levels.
Really liked this one. The atmosphere is really creepy and dark, like the evil twin of Lemmings. I missed some cooperations, right now you just sacrife all the others for the one supreme being.
Good idea, but I had no idea what I was doing. No clue what made something a fit ant. Need to tune down the chaos a bit.
Way to aggressive robots and the fuel last forever. Still, this looks like the beginning of a really awesome game.
One component in the future to make it work, is that perhaps when refueling, you also replicate yourself into lets say 4 copies based on what you have + new parts. The replicates are your lifes. That will make into a true evolution as a bad robot will never be able to survive long enough to replicate. If all of the robots/replicates were bad, then you will go extinct =)
Awesome work with the voice over. Loved every bit of it =)
A preview of the a selected evolution would be nice. Especially since the bigger body blocks off some of the DNA.
A nice polished arcade shooter, perfectly executed. Only issue I got with it is that it got to crowded, couldn't really move around that much, especially at the end. Which is bad since it makes you a sitting duck when they start shooting.
Great humor, had a blast with it =)
Solid puzzle game, A bit hard though. The UI was a bit confusing, for example it looks like you could select one of the four blocks and that the arrows were redo and undo.
Beautiful graphics. Lovely sense of humor, especially the sign up in the air =) I was wondering why you didn't write the points for the third level, but that is because you hardly reach it haha.
Nicely done, it all had a sharp pristine feel to it. Only thing is the music which was to loud and repetetive. Other than that it was all good.
As said before, EVO for SNES must have been your inspiration here =) The one major fault with this is the game design. Being forced down into the pit with enemies spawning everywhere and no real chance to defend yourself is a bit harsh.
The pixelart was really good. The hearts could have used some extra work since I couldn't really tell how much health I had left.
All in all, good job, it was a solid effort =)
First playthrough I thought it was just a random dog so I had no idea what was going on. After reading the spoiler, the mood was much greater. It a simple mechanic but it gives the same companion feeling that Ico and Shadow of Colossus has. Well done on setting the mood. The music is very subtle and I liked the tunes when showing emotions.
A good idea, its just a bit to chaotic right now. Haven't tried 2-players but i guess thats were this one shines. Too bad the AI killed itself a lot of times. Maybe make it more structured, so that it is not so completely random?
A few sound effects could have done such much more for this game. Still a solid take on the theme!
Restarting from scratch when I die really put me off, especially when I tried to explore a jump into another screen and fell into spikes. Just reset the player with the powerups at the house instead. The sprint had a really nice speed to it, good that that one was the first powerup.
Actually wanted it to be more smartass against me when I lost.
Music is a bit repetative, I know the pain of finding something that works when you have no clue about music =P Nice art style by going for just 1 bit!
Intense game, every shoot really counted and sometimes you just had to take a little beating for the perfect shoot. Great potential in this one!
Great game design!
Superb execution. Though it was a rather step difficulty. Might wanna have simpler levels for the first two, just so you start to get the hang of it. The graphics has a really nice flow to it.
Would like to be able to look ahead a bit more so you can plan your jumps. Now it is just a gamble.
I found the sound, but kept hitting a wall, so I did not know how to continue. The stereo sound worked quite well.
It has a good start to it atleast =)
Interesting puzzle / art tool. Nice to see another type of minimalism art in this contest.
Nice flow and good gameplay design. Keep it up!
Ah that is because I am not done yet =) Should put that in the description.
Thank you all for the comments and feedback. As requested there is now a toggle button for the music in the upper right corner, something that I know should have been there from the beginning =P I blame exhaustion for that one hehe.
For those of you that don't think this fits the theme well, would you mind explaining why you feel that? And what would have made it fit the theme better according to you?
My take on it is that this is a like a theater play, with just an empty stage, props and a few actors. It intends to play more on your imagination than what you actually see and read. So what you see and hear is minimal, but the world you experience is enourmous.
@Enzo
I leave it up to you to figure out the answers yourself. Feel free to speculate any theories you have here =)
Btw, speaking about The Bridge, did you stick around long enough to see the end credit? There is a small hint on what happens with the bridge just before that.
If you got stuck after the first dialog, then you simply need to click the darkness in the middle. A blue border shows when you hover over things that are clickable.
Thanks for trying anyway =)
@dalbinblue:
Thank you very much for that review, that meant a lot to me! It looks like I have accomplished what I wanted on how this is perceived. Really glad that all the details came through after you had thought about it for a while =)
This had a good serene tune to it. It felt organic. Also, don't know if it was intentional, but the movement was not entirely linear, instead it had a pulsating feel to it, which in this case fits really good. Could see this turn into sort-of zen runner where you kinda dance forward without a care in the world.
Good use of the physics. Nice variation achieved within 48 hours.
I couldn't run it. Menu and reset hotkey works, but nothing else happens.
Abstract to say the least...
Impressive for just an hour work
Combos and tricks would make it more interesting, instead of just trying to survive.
Great use of technology, could turn out to be a interesting browser game engine here.
I wiped out at level 10 =\ Awesome game and concept! Really liked this one. I said What Da Faq?! out loud when you started doing slides midair.
Just rotating the lines made such big difference visually. Good work on that one!
Star-rating on success and level selection would have made so much for this one. But it is a good start to work with =)
AMAZING! This is a perfect arcade game, you simply nailed that intense feeling when everything turns into chaos. You should definatly takes this to the next level, it will be a great success. Think smartphones and something like that.
Excellent work! =)
Btw, there seems to be a bug that difficulty remains when you retry after you died
The difficulty seems to have stuck now on hard always
This is a solid entry. The interface looks really sleak and the game has a good fast pace to it.
This one played by itself =) Really nice visuals, even though I had no idea what was going on.
Super polished and awesome combat. Dead simply but very deep dynamic. I really like how you had to be two persons to defeat the giants, really put the partnership in focus. Totally rad!
Switchy was a good concept, needs to be arcade-ified for more fast paced action.
There are just too many enemies which makes the flow limp throughout the game.
Looks really cool. Would like to see more expansion of the actual mechanics (complex - simple), right now I had no idea what was going on.
Cool, the leaderboard should have been on the frontpage =)
Too much trial and error. Didnt feel like i got a fair chance of figuring out by myself. The music had a nice beat.
Nice work! You really captured the essence of boss fights, good move with the autofire. Also like the dialog from the hero, gave it a cool personality.
Nice idea and I like how you explored it deeply and how it got more and more complex This deserves a good spot among the physics-environment-puzzle-games alá portal that is all the rage nowadays. Great work!
Well this was something different haha ^^. Nice one!
Nice puzzle shooter
All hail the potato king!!
Some interesting mechanics going on here.
Sweet ship controls, it had a nice feel to it. Sound effects were also really good.
Simple and nice idea, just need the fancy polishing and you can make this one take off =)
No idea what I was doing, but that didnt matter =) Cute little box pets ^^ But i might have killed him, never saw what happened when it restarted suddenly
The dynamics this game created was truly inspiring. This is an actual stealth game compared to many other big titles. It created real cause and effect when you tried to infiltrate. Only thing I missed was some feedback whether I was in focus mode or not. It seemed like focus mode stayed on for a short while and then turned off by itself?
Great game none the less. Loved the graphics and the motion blur!
Definitely need some kind of feedback about the progress.
I so didn't wanna play this one =( Eerie as hell. Go stressed out by how slow you were walking and the candle that started to wither away.
Liked how the dialog was interupted all the time.
Great move with the passanger. I didn't however really get into it. Need some kind of urgency to get involved with it. Now it just felt like button mashing until you crashed. Maybe some feedback from the crew telling you whats need to be done? It would make a contrast to the passenger atleast.
Needs some twist or a hook to keep going.
Footsteps were really loud and broke the really nice atmosphere. A bit repetetive, would have been nice to see how much progres you have made. Still an excellent entry and really like the minimal sprites.
The dialog felt completely fluid, good job on that. I did however feel a bit uneasy at the stereotypical portrait, I would rather have seen a scenario that was free from any type of bias. Could have fleshed out the relationship between the victim and the murderer more instead of a random act of violence.
But then again, it would probably not be as provoking as it is right now.
All in all, excellent work!
Real experience from cold blooded murder?
This one actually felt disturbing when you started cutting yourself. I liked the concept of minimize the senses, could be explored much more.
Smooth graphics. An interesting concept and good for those who like puzzles. However the different hazards makes it hard to explore, to much trial and error. Great game none the less, Im impressed!
The gigantic planet was a nice twist when it almost wiped me out hehe.
Nice flow to it. Needs something of an obstacle or danger though, as it was right now, you could just relax and take it slowly and play on forever.
Loved the feeling when the ball got stuck and teared apart the bricks! Great stuff!
Sometimes, they came so far apart that I didn't get a chance to compare them. Other than that it is a solid game concept!
Extremely good balance in the game. It took some effort to beat the computer actually. Really nice work. I usually suck at RTS which is why I like these simplified ones.
Seems like an interesting idea, unfortunatly i could not test it with another person, so I do not know how it will play out in a real game session.
Smart and novel idea. The graphical style is also very good and everything feels like a road sign.
First shoot-em up in a while that actually tries to make sure you are dead :P Got killed in many cheap shots, worst one was one shooting me from the behind after the ship left the screen. Didn't come very far but i looks like you put a lot of content into this, kudos on that!
Well executed. Some nice sound effects are the only thing missing to make it feel more alive. Great use of boxes for the entire game!
Reminds me of the good ol' C64 days.
Mustache physics, the newest addition to cry-engine ^^
It was hard to see and all of the sudden you had an red ball in your face. And you died so easily. Cool lightning!
It was hard to get a grasp of what was going on. Reminded me of old c64 game called Archon.
Remind me of desktop dungeon.
Nice graph porn ^^
Awesome, the game just kept going and throwing new stuff at me all the time. Great implementation and a very unique experience!
This is an impressive game you managed to do within 48 hours. It had a lot of different aspects to it.
Nice graphics with the energy readings!
I like how you kept the flapping mechanic even in the menu. Also the music cracked me up.
Well, this one is hard to test out without any opponents, so cannot say anything about the balance and strategy of the game. Looked very clean and simple.
Didn't try this on a touch device, but I like the flick behavior of the buttons. Could definitly see this turn into a good mobile puzzle game. Need to crank up the puzzles and the atmosphere a bit and then you are set!
This gave me a Wario party feeling, really hectic
A wellrounded entry. Nice risk-reward factor in it, though the pacing was kinda slow.
Great sense of esthetics. Thought it just gonna be a simple game, but the powerups added a great range of dynamics, especially in the last level as combines evading with dogfighting.
Really could spin on the theme. Nice flashback to the past when popups could ruin your life ^^
Why oh why is the restart button behind the dialog =) Hard game, couldnt pass the first level.
No sound played for me, so I cant rate you on that unfortunatly.
Very polished actually. Well rounded in all aspects.
This was wierd, why did it spin 360 degrees when changing turns? =)
The quick version of 7DaysFPS =)
Awesome music! Really goes well with beat from the light.
The four assed beast enters the stage
Nice effort for just making this within 5 hours.
Was a bit for my screen at first, good thing that I could zoom out and it worked alright =)
Looks really nice, and seems to be a alot to it. I just can't make any progress, is there a way to keep the stuff you get? If so, it has to be made clearer.
I have played, Majoras Mask, thats why I was looking for the rewind =) Anyways I managed to beat it now and great fun actually, well done!
The dungeons were kinda annoying though...
Like that the time powerup just freeze time instead of adding, gives more of an urgency that way. Great art, sound and polish, especially for only 5 hours.
You got the feeling down with all the ambient going on at the scene. Didn't manage to diffuse the bomb, realize that it is random, but have no idea what type of clues I should be looking for. Only the model name gives me a hint, but no idea on how to use it. Really good game none the less, well done!
It's a bit overwhelming I guess at first. I had plans of making you unlock new thoughts, so that there are not to much in the beginning. But I had do drop that feature in favor of time.
Buy yourself more time by stalling the conversation (Another 10 seconds to think). But be careful, some responses barely stalls your pending death.
I will post a walkthrough later on, but for now I want to see how far people manage to get.
@kirbtytails7;
What ending showed up? Nothing in the code looks off atleast for initial part of the game.
@:Pitzik
Yeah, I should perhaps add some more instructions on how the game works. Just wanted to see first how intuitive it was.
@Zelun
Thanks a lot for that! Made a mistake in the styling, but it should be fixed now!
So I've put up a partial walktrough now, so you can atleast live to see another day =)
------------------------------------
Starting line for the review contest
------------------------------------
The primary dialogs only matters in the beginning when you are stalling for more time. After that they will mostly say the same thing.
So logically, SS should be somewhere right in between those endings ;)
A bit short and the natures version of zebra rushing the river works fine here also so there isn't any strategy really. Just go in a horde, rush and leave the slow behind. But I do like this one, and would like to the see the mechanic expanded a bit. Than it would be an interesting and dynamic action puzzle =) Great style btw! Also captured dots gets recaptured over and over again, which was a bit tedious.
Trying to wrap my head around the concept and it goes strangely meta in order to fit the theme. Not sure if that works out alright. Nice work with really making you look left and right all the time
Nice intro and game over screen =) Nice difficulty ramp, a bit slow in the beginning but after that it picks up.
Nice smooth graphics. Needs some checkpoints or restart, it was really annoying to start over just because there is a fake dead end in the track, no way to avoid that unless you fail and remember it next time.
Beautiful presentation. Clean and lush and really huge amount of levels. Top marks!
Good and innovative. Needs some tweaking as of now it seems like a real long drag to finish a match. This has HUUUGE multiplayer potential =)
I actually kinda liked the super small window =) Nice work the music and the game is really smooth. Good job!
Great first entry! Some mechanics seem to be broke from sometimes, like not spawning correctly and such. Also some levels you barely reached the goal before restarting.
The music had cool bass sound which I liked. Nice touch with the music going more irratic when you are about to flicker back. Great art btw! Good job! =)
For the love of God, change the yellow background or change the font to black, my eyes burn haha =) Good idea, would have liked to place multiple pellets instead of one at a time. Some basic sound effects would have helped a lot also. Really nice pixelart!
Excellent and unique. Could perhaps make it clearer that the "please, end, no more etc" is the game over screen. It was truly stressful and you really had to read the words in your head. Never experienced a story where you actually have to act it out yourself. Amazing work!!
Nice work with the retro look!
Great visuals, flow and mechanics. A bit hard though to read the instructions as stuff is happening at the same time.
Needs more movement like rolling, strafing, dodging. Otherwise there is no really tactic for killing enemies. Sound is excellent, loved the spinning laser. So if you make each room more varied (different enemies, traps...), more powerups and movement, and then you have a really awesome game on your hands! =)
Nice artwork and mood. Will have to get back to this one more properly
Holy crap, this was hilarious =D I have to nitpick a bit about the sound, since a lot of them are premade samples (Wilhelm scream for example). But this is an awesome game. Extremelly well done! Had a really good laugh. Only thing is that I did'nt realized click = seconds, so I just hammered away at first.
A twist on classic chain reaction games. Really solid game. Music feels right and good presentation. Only issue I have is there is no sense of progress on repetition for all the following levels. I stopped around level 22 since I didn't know how much was left. So if you add variation and a sense of progress to an end, it will be a very good game. Good job!
Nice clean graphics! Would rather have seen some different mechanic instead of random 5 digits. Something like wheels to spin until they click or such. This didnt quite get the safe cracking feeling. Sound would have helped a lot with the atmosphere.
Scrolling and animation was super smooth, I like that. Also like the graphical style. Nice idea with the counting!
Dat dark synth!! Made my stomach drop from uneasiness. Loved the tempo this one had, as well as it was slowly progressing. The music made a superb job of telling what is going on and setting the mood. Kudos! I really like this one =)
Would have liked to be able to move around in the combat stage. Lava was a bit hard to separate from gold and I often killed myself on it. Nice idea though!
It actually got a bit nerve wrecking at the end, when I only had one heart left and was looking for more. Good concept. Just needs to add more pressure on the player so it becomes more hectic.
Awesome pixel art and animation! Impressive that you manage to make all that art within 48 hours.
Confusing and chaotic, but I like it =) Gameplay is more of a watch and see in honest, but that is something that can be tweaked around to fix it. Maybe not having such a long mission, or a better understanding of what is going to happen.
I struggled to manage to get a hit on anyone. Also pure luck that I discovered you could smash the doors. Other than that it is quite well rounded, I can see this becoming a nice little arcade game.
Short game. Second stage I just took a chance that I was supposed to stop the balls, which seems to be right since I won?
A nice little "Choose your own adventure" game =) The writing is quite good, so no worries about that.
Web version is a bit off for me on some details, like the price and upgrade points that I see in the screenshot. Game as otherwise clean, simple and soothing, Kinda like the "plan then execute" formula.
This is a good start. An RTS where the real resource actually is time. However, the music got on my nerves, and not being able to control spawned people was frustrating. So if you work hard on the control and concept, this one can be really good!
Haha, love that bullet physics you got going on!
Cool puzzle and like the music. A bit hard at times, but really rewarding when you manage to solve a tricky one. Could definitely work well for a touch as you already have done =) Theme is a bit weak though, just felt like an average timer going on.
Cute, stylish and well rounded. Good music too!
Smooth visuals, and I like how it is more score based than trying to survive for a change. Nice touch with the music and how it ends with the game.
The humor felt kinda forced, laughed at the "short" name though =) Lost exactly at the last part, but don't feel like going over from the start again. Would rather just restarted that level.
No idea how I am supposed to know where a fairy is. Cool effects both visual and audio wise. You could push the mood even further I think. Nice work!
Sorry, for being off topic, but what ending did you get in my competition? You wrote rank G which doesn't exist :P
The battles are way too confusing and I can only manage the first enemy. I need like a video or something to understand how it should play. That or a controller maybe.
That escalated... strangely haha =) Could become a really wacky stealth game. Sounds would be the next big thing to add at least.
Short and simple, I kinda liked it =) Good job! Music was really adding to the mood.
Too bad I keep losing my grip so I cant listen to chariots of fire in peace =)
Really crisp and clean graphics. Gameplay had an oldschool platformer feel to it.
Really nice graphical style. But the walls are really annoying at blocking my view.
Love the music! It made the pace really nice and arcade-y. Extremly well executed. I saw a bug though, where your vision suddenly disappeared. Anyhow, well done and good work!
A great entry. Only thing is that 10 seconds scale very poorly when the number of soldiers grow. But I like how you made different units with unique properties, really good design on that part.
Holy crap, that was intense. Excellent game design. Only the wall jumping needs some more tweaking, especially when you jump on the same wall. Good job!
Needs some difficulty tweaking. Now it is way to easy just to spam arrows for ever. Good visuals! Some sound would have been nice also.
This could be a really good mobile game if you polish it more =)Sound is definitely needed.
Will have to finish this later on, but the constant same walk after you teleport was annoying. Great music and visuals, and seems to be a good story.
Well rounded in all aspects. Only thing is it seems like you have a lot of ideas with this, but it is not as accessible for us players. I just couldn't get a real grasp of what was going on and what I was supposed to do. Good job otherwise!
Good clean idea, needs some polish. Nice use of the theme. Could be cool to play on a mobile =)
Nice concept. The music however felt misplaced, metal-ish doesn't go well with the presentation you have there.
Superb game! Loved all the pulsating animations you managed to squeeze into everything. Saw a presentation about that and they called it "Juice", to make it juicy. Really intense and my pulse went up the last levels.
The game is basically rock paper scissors. Aim beats cover, suppressive beats aim, and cover beats suppressive. There is some twists to it, but that is how you go about the game.
A bit to pixel perfect for the jumps and the a bit to stiff controls. Besides that, this was very well done and a solid gameplay. Really made you think about the levels!
Nice effects and style.
Really liked the feeling of being above humanity and not letting yourself be used as a tool. Well done with the mood!
Good job! A bit chaotic at first, but then in the end I got into it. Interesting game, sort base building without enemies but with a timer. A bit annoying to be clicking a lot to send resources.
The song is really catchy =)
The intro was really good. But not having hitpoints or checkpoints made me give up on the boss.
The aesthetics are really good. I like how handle it all very abstract.
A bit passive gameplay, but it is a solid foundation to work on.
Not entirely sure I understood what happened.
The graphics are really cheerful and the harpoon mechanic was interesting. Music felt a bit off with the rest of the game though. Good job!
The graphics are really nice and lively.
Great sense of mood and atmosphere!
I really like the idea of collecting a really huge bunch of random things to throw =) Can be a game with many easter eggs in it.
This one really made me go WTF a couple of times hahaha.
Really well done! I got stuck in the upper right with the black holes and didn't figured out how to pass.
Some improvements:
1. Don't restart when you die. If you die then you always want to make some changes.
2. Make sure it is deterministic. It fells a bit random at sometimes if the runner makes it or not.
Superb work with this one!
I couldn't buy anything or get into the shower room, so I can't really rate this one. Graphics and idea looks good though.
A nice twist on a arena brawler!
