For the car part I figured out a trick: start running from the very left side of the car, they won't shoot you.
Doesn't work for me, unfortunately.

Yeah, I beat it. =)
In second level:
a) Try to create one big creature. 5x is very good. Than create solo creatures and try to survive. Do not collect more evo-points !]
b) Choose "spray" active skill. Create 13 solo creatures, than use spray to boost you score and try to survive.

My idea was that you play with insect and have weapons such as sting, proboscis, mandibles etc. in inventory. But I didn't have time to implement inventory (
