That was fun playing against myself.

The game don't say who wins. :(
As I remember you should be able to make multiples turn to eat in some situations, but I was not able to. :(

More interesting than I thought it would be... but I find it odd that no rules are enforced and that any player can move any piece and jump any other piece. So, all you have to do is start taking your opponent's pieces and jumping his own pieces on your move.

Then again, maybe that's part of the strategy and you should both be doing that.

Checkers was the first game I tried to write in C. I remember the rules being a thorny mess to code.

I laughed out loud when I made my first move. Heh, I need to go find a chessboard, a lazy susan, and a double set of black checkers to do this in real life.

I don't think it would stand up to tournament play, though.

Really great idea. Me and Amanda really got a kick out of playing each other in it. Even though we still aren't quite sure who won.
