The atmosphere is great. I kinda wish there was some gameplay though. I had the same problem with my game also so I'm not really one to talk.

Hey thanks! Fixed the windows link. Yeah I agree. There are many things I wish I could adjust or change, but I know I'm speaking to the choir here.
Well if your screen went black then you completed it. So since you THINK you completed it then you probably didn't.
Hint - there is a bridge that appears when you put the 'key' in the altar.
Thank you for the compliments about the atmosphere.
Also, I would make the player faster, but it would totally break the 'terminal logs' that you see in the top left.
Well my dropbox public folder got suspended. haha "excessive bandwidth use" I'm working on a solution meow. Shouldn't be long.
Alright. Links fixed!
hahahaha. Thanks man! I really appreciate that actually!! I am terribly sorry for that. I am fixing it as we speak. I can do that right? Fix stuff like that? I'll see what I can do about movement speed while I'm at it.
Honestly this is some very good feedback. I do apologize for the slow movement, and GIANT loading times. I'm not experienced at games AT ALL so I really love that people are just playing my games, no matter how crappy it is. I am really excited for the next LD when I can hopefully do better I'm kinda in a facepalm moment. All this feedback seems very obvious. Why didn't I think of it at the time.
ALRIGHT! Load times have been slaughtered. Thanks Shigor!
@Winterblood
Thank you for the feedback. :) I have definitely learned a lot from this.
@Raptor
Its alright. I don't think your missing anything spectacular. :)
@caranha
I do wish I would have made the area a bit smaller. I could have make the distance you must travel smaller without making the area seem smaller.
Hmmm I'll take a look at that.
I liked it! Very interesting concept! I'm not sure what the others are talking about.
Yes the game is a little rough. It ran slow on my pc, (quad 3.4) so I understand how it might be unplayable on laptops.
I agree that it doesn't really fit the theme, but that doesn't mean it wasn't a good game. I wish there were more levels! It seems like there is a lot you can do with that idea.
Really cool! Great simple concept. I feel there is definitely more you could add to this game to make it a little bigger and more rewarding.
Interesting...Im glad there was only one of those zombies because It just destroyed me. Had 2 hp by the end when I beat the boss. It was ok. I don't think it was too innovative but hey, there is something to be said about playing it all the way through :)
Very unoriginal farming game. But well implemented! The innovation wasn't really there but its still a fun type of game.
Really liked this! Very interesting and different imo! Fun to play, graphics were very nice. Audio was good. My only beef is a better tutorial at the start to explain things better would have been nice. Also everything ran fine for me. win7 64bit.
It was fun but I didn't think it was as fun as some others said here. Maybe I just suck at the game but it was very difficult for me. Maybe I just didn't get it haha Good humor though :)
Fairly nice. No real issues besides the fact that this game has been done a lot already. :/
Awesome game, hilarious story. Headbutting vikings? Makes perfect sense.
Really interesting sort of level up mechanic (the shrinking). Pretty fun. The fact that you can't shoot and move made things really interesting. Nice choice there I think. Graphics were actually pretty well done. Audio was nice aswell.
I think it would have been cool if you would have done the shrinking a bit differently. More of a metroidvania style I think would have cooler.
Like stated above, definitely could improve in some areas. Boomerang got stuck on almost anything. The game was really difficult. Windows changed sizes a lot. Nice work on the story though!
Pretty fun. I don't know how I feel about the timer. I think if you took away the timer and added some levels along with some sort of size goal for each level then it would be more fun. That is just my opinion though. :) Besides that pretty good for your first LD!!
Really great idea. These games piss me off beyond belief even when the words are correctly spelled. Great polish though.
Really couldn't get my head around the controls. I think it was that the bee would turn faster depending on what direction I was moving to. It made it feel like there was some sort of physics involved. :/ maybe it was just me.
I couldn't figure out how to play. It looked like it might be fun and im sure its very innovative. But its a stretch for me to give a 4 star on Innovativeness when I couldn't figure out how to move my little orbiting thing from the first planet. I like the idea of sling shotting as described in previous comments but....again...pressed lots of buttons but couldn't figure it out.
Really fun! An interesting take on the metroidvania style. Permadeath was very punishing but made it more intense. Rock hard.
Nice idea! Could have been implemented a bit better though I think. The fly moving around made things VERY frustrating for me. Especially when the fly would fly out of the level. I would have to restart the level because I couldn't even see the fly. I would have liked to see some levels instead of a more sandboxy room.
Like others said, for being unfinished this was surprisingly satisfying.
Not bad! Some decent level design. Pretty good for learning a new engine.
Yeah agreed. Same mechanic as ayim. Still a good game though! Nicely implemented. Auto restart is definitely a must.
Really cool idea. Ran just fine for me but I'm on a quad 3.5 hehe. My only problem is the pushing blocks. Sometimes the blocks would get on top of the light worlds and some times it would push blocks when I didn't want it to. It seemed to push blocks and light worlds even when I wasn't next to them.
Very nice procedural generation! It would have made the game much better for me if I had a reason to pick up the coins, besides to beat the game. Each level was just a race to the heart for me.
Really weird game. The sound played when the asteroid was being created made me cringe. I had to turn my sound off to even play the game. That sound was literally painful for me. :/ Interesting that you're generating levels though. :) That is different than what most people do.
Love the different planets! Added some much needed variety. Also loved the sheep. Took me a bit to realize the squares were experience, but wasn't a huge issue. I figured it out eventually.
Interesting! Loved the art style.
I was also surprised how satisfying it was to guide myself with landmarks. I had to read the comments here before I realized that the red box was my goal not my current location. After that though it was pretty fun! To make it better you might add more things to do and find while you're traveling between each shaman but I understand that would be hard to do in a short time. Also player collision was weird but never bad enough to take anything away from the game.
I liked the converting mechanic. Like said above it appears in a lot of rts games but its interesting when its the main mechanic. I definitely think it could be nurtured into something more. It was quite hard when the antibodies came in, maybe introduce them in a bit easier level. They destroyed me at first. Also once my strategy breaks down and I start losing I feel as if there is no way to get control back. Typically once I made a mistake I just waited until the level restarted. Not really sure how to fix that. But cool game! I like it. :)
The ants scared the shit out of me. No joke. But pretty fun! Some things. You should be able to move while in air. Also the player only jumps when you let go of the space bar. I'm sure others have said that though up above.
Player movement felt great. Sometimes the inertia carried over when it shouldn't have but that is a problem I've ran into also so I don't blame you. The eyes were a good touch. Nice level design. Fun game here.
Nice game. Interesting idea. Could be a little more frantic I think. More things to dodge and avoid. Maybe more rewards to encourage taking risks. The best part was when the food came and I knew I would die if I didn't get it soon.
Thank you! Only three words and still a great compliment. :)
huh. I will definitely state that explicitly. :)
Yeah agreed. Might revisit this someday. lol I didn't actually think about the rules when picking music. I can remove it if necessary. You can rate me low on music if you like I didn't make it so I'm not offended :)
@strega Thanks about the 3D tech. The parallaxing is a pretty cool effect I think.
Thanks jon! It could really be something with some work.
woah! So many responses!
@demonpants
Thank you! A settings screen with camera speed will definitely be added. Good point about the visual feedback. For a while there was an audio cue but it got really annoying really fast. A less annoying visual cue will be added. Also you got me thinking about the planet shrinking. Its there because we want the game to be a quick, frantic, action game and removing it would make it more of a puzzle game I think.
@Brassawiking
I agree! We had thought about that but for some reason never did it. Definitely need to change that.
@Trylle
Maybe not your game haha :) Frantic is what I want this game to be so in a sense that is a compliment for me even if its not your game.
@Jeremias
:o Thank you! This is only our second LD so that is a huge compliment.
Giving planets weight and inertia would create a very interesting feel to the game, especially on a touchpad! The game is severely lacking in the audio. There is alot that can be added there with audio cues and music. There are still a lot of mechanics that can be added.
@R3ason
Thank you! We were working on a zomming in and out but never got it functioning properly so just scraped it for the zooming down at the beginning of the level. :) If we continue with this idea we will definitely add that.
@Lidfrid
I'm not quite sure what you mean thats its impossible?
@Jedi
Thanks for the feedback. The controls could definitely use some work. Clicking is definitely an option but there are some issues with that. We would classify it as an action puzzle game so we might need to rework some levels to keep that in mind. :)
The game actually felt quite nice. Maybe a bit unoriginal but the controls responded nicely. A way to tell which is the front and which is the back of your tank would have been nice.
