I wanted to find another shop, but I couldn't find one :(. Nice little game in theory, I think it needs a little gamification, and maybe a map.

I didn't like the punch/pet dialog component. I'm not a dialog person, so this game was a miss for me, the visuals are bloody great though. I liked the little hints at infidelity also.
I had a go at it, I'm not sure what I'm doing except when I upgrade. Is there anything I'm missing?
Pretty nice and simple. It'd be nice if your spawns would move with you without having to repress the movement keys.
Doesn't really follow the theme. Controls were hard, game didn't feel very fun as a game, BUT HOT DARN WAS IT GREAT! Music was fantastic, art is amazing.
Nice take on the theme, and integrating evolution into a story based game.
Kind of went quite slow, I think it'd be a lot more interesting if the elements grew and mutated their bounding boxes. Now that'd be evolution :D.
I bugged out, on I believe the 5th level. My thoughts, 'yep that's a crazy game idea alright'. :D
I didn't quite get what to do. I placed the bones in the little miners path, and also not in the miners path and I failed both times. Maybe it's a quip on creationists, not believing either way. haha
Pretty ambitious, I think you bit a bit more than you could chew. Glad you tried :D
Same error
Wololoooo. Nice. AoE reference?
Nice intro. Controls were clunky and didn't work sometimes.
@Oreganik
I completely agree, I didn't have the full 48 hours, I had ~20 hours of work over the weekend and would have loved to actually put some elbow grease on it, sadly I spent the majority of my time trying to get the game to scale up/down on web. It doesn't even do that properly, as @DWallin found.
It looks like a really great game, I stopped playing during the 1 bit area due to frustration with the clunky controls. Screen shots make me want to play more though.
Nice graphics. I think there needs to be a gameplay element which discourages covering. Perhaps a cover timer?
Lots of content, nice graphics. I don't see how it fits with the theme really.
Well put together, nice art, music, sounds. Very hard though.
Best puzzler I've seen so far. And darn good use of the theme, 5/5.
Congrats on the first game in ten years. I know how it feels.
Really polished, looks, feels and plays fantastically. I keep coming back to this one to play again. Really difficult as it goes on. I love the ricochet potatoes.
Pygame executables are really annoying to create, good luck, I have never had the luck to create one.
The game doesn't crash in Firefox. Firefox just doesn't allow to play multiple audio streams of the same audio data(not sure how to explain it). Anyway, the game is entirely about combining snake with a music board synth, playing the game with firefox isn't playing the game.
Everything looks so wonderful! If you worked a bit more on your coding you'd have a fantastic game on your hands.
This game also works in windows if you have python 2.7 and pygame installed. The game is really difficult, I couldn't get past the bit where your core shifts into four places. I'm glad you have in there all the basics for a game. Amazing you completed a tower defense in 48 hours, well done.
Oh my god, the people explode? How utterly macabre. I thought it was going to be like frogger, but it's like frogger on meth.
I really like the character art in this. A lot(minus the fire wizard, was totally not expecting that). The game feels unfinished. I hope your coding skills increase to the level of your art, and you win a LD.
A game made in .bat, I have never seen this before... There are a few bugs, I encountered, such as:
echo 1.) Meet with him in person.
echo 2.) Go to the robbery site.
echo.
set /p var=Set Command:
if %var%==1 goto RobberySite
if %var%==2 goto Meethiminperson
Otherwise everything worked just as planned, I didn't get a good ending however.
I really love RPGs that semi play themselves. Fun to watch them, I wish there was a game like this, but with talents and customization.
Favourite one so far has been "ON", sadly when I went to take a screenshot it reset the painting :(. Very cool stuff. Literally the theme.
Could you please put up a guide on how to play the game. I have no idea how to open the game, I have tried putting the .swf into my browser, but I just get a blank page.
So pretty, the graphics are the real standout. Best themed graphics I've seen.
Game gives me a blank screen. Unable to open it :(.
This is cool. I like the concept.
Best direct take on rock paper scissors in a game, I've seen. Although it does get testing later on, it has some really good feedback.
SHUT UP AND TAKE MY MONEY!
Wow, really cool. One of the standouts for me so far. Really polished. Great stuff.
The game just kind of ended... I didn't attack the wolf and the wolf didn't attack me. The animations for this were superb.
All around nice entry. Very solid.
Weird control scheme, takes awhile to get a hang of. Really unique beat-em-up / puzzle. Shame you couldn't get the music flowing better.

Tried it out, could not for the life of me understand what was going on. Reminded me a lot of a tamagotchi.
Guitar hero for the keyboard.
Hillarious. I found it really likable. Bookmarked.
I really, really like the idea. And might steal it for another project. Again really nice idea.
Nice entry, good seeing an AGDG'er going into LD48!
Music did wonders for the mood. Simple concept, and pulled off well :D.
When I first opened it up I thought it was speaking giberish. Audio was great, but it didn't feel very gamey. Nice graphics, transitions, everything really, just no gamey feel.
Really ambitious, it's good to see that you got the cars to waypoint.
You made SOMETHING. You know, I've been programming for five years, and in those five years the amount of time I've spent on programming which resulted in nothing made is roughly %95 of the time.
Prototype after prototype, giving up on a project to move to another, which I'd give up and move to another. All wastes. You've made SOMETHING, if every time you sat down and worked it was toward a completed project, then you're better than me, you're better than 9/10 of every amature game dev. The keynote of this very Ludum Dare was about submitting something. http://www.ludumdare.com/compo/2013/04/24/welcome-to-ludum-dare-26/#more-228094
Oh yes, very much do what netguy204 is saying. Do a postmortem, I would love to read it. But it would still be most beneficial to you.
The music fits into this game brilliantly. The game is very simple, and fits the theme perfectly. The game gets progressively harder as you play, all of the elements are introduced to you in a single screen. Very stylish. I wonder how you achieved the music syncing up with the pieces entering the field so well.
Keep on getting error messages when trying to play it. Real shame, because it looks/sounds really quite fantastic.

So glad you fixed your entry. :D. Played it immediately. Was very impressed.
Fucking great sounds. Fucking great.
Really great, mate. Only one complaint, the birds are annoying.
I really, really liked that this game could play itself if you had infinite life. Solid entry :D.
Quite well made, could really use a reset button.
So I think I'll be one of the few who actually finished this... Twice. So that says something about the game. The design was really good, level design was pretty darn great, I took a run at doing some sections in reverse and they're a lot funner going down than up. Going fast in this game felt good, I've told you this already, but I have to emphasize it. If you ever revisit these mechanics I think they'd make a decent "Descent" game.
