It's nice !
I really love the graphisms. But the gameplay is slow, it is really easy to get lost as all the rooms are looking like each other. The UI is great !
Great job ! I love the music and graphics. You did really well for a first-time.
The maniability isn't perfect, though, nor collisions.
Very nice game, even if it is a bit repetitive (The drinking sound is unsupportable to me :P)
Great game !
@jprogman This is fixed for the linux version. The windows build is coming tomorrow ;)
@FrozenCow Do you have some error messages in the console ?
What is your architecture ?
I'm getting some problems to build on windows :(
Ragzouken: I wanted to implement a better AI but ran out of time. In wich level is this jump ?
DaviDeMo: hit space when this happens :)
Thank you
I'm aware for the jump: it's a collision problem: sometimes, when a platform is too small, the player "enters" in the platform (don't know how to say it in english), wich cause the jump to be slowed down (But I don't see what gap you are talking about).
For the error after the second level, it is weird. It might be due to a bug in the "introduction" system. I will try to fix it. For the "PO" message, it's an encoding error due to the quick windows port. Anyway, thank's for your feedback !
And the "press space" thing was not volontary. It's just a way to force the level's intro to skip, because it is freezing. It is also available when the intro is working ;)
Miltage: I will try to make a post-ld version :)
This is original, but the pixels are going too fast for me :)
The game has been removed.
This is a good game. I like the idea :)
The controls were a bit hard to master in the beginning but after that, there were fine :)
Windows link is up now :)
I was having a few problems with the libraries I'm using.
Yes, it was a typo I made because on my keyboard (french AZERTY), the A is a Q. I'm correcting it :)
But for the rest of the controls, it seems to me that A and D to move, shift for running and space for jumping are pretty standart.
Hey, thank you all for the nice comments :D
@Blearn: You need to have Allegro 5 installed in order to compile or run the game. I lacked the time to make a static build (but I am currently trying to do it), so if you want to run the game, you need to follow these instructions: http://wiki.allegro.cc/index.php?title=Ubuntu_and_Allegro_5
The game is pretty good, although a bit difficult :)
Very fun game ! The aliens' voice is awesome !
Very fun game ! :)
Also, FYI, the linux version does not work. It freezes on startup.
HAHAHAHA ! Minimalistic, indeed :)
This game is just awesome !
