Today I found out that, in a pinch, llamas are a substitute for machine guns. It took me a bit to figure out the magic/human dynamics, but once I did it was fun to play. No one element of this game really stood out to me as exceptional, but as a whole it was a cohesive, challenging, and enjoyable experience. After being nearly pushed to defeat, I was able to build llamas using my castle as a shield and reach the critical mass (~2) llamas to crush any enemy spawns and take down the enemy ship.

Thanks! I really appreciate that you've left a comment! And that you loved the llamas, of course! =D
This is actually a really fun game c':
The art is great, and the music is pretty good too!
The gameplay is solid (but kinda tough) but solid and overall it's a great jam entry.
There's something very satisfying about controlling rabbits that chuck projectile carrots. nice job!
This was really cute and fun! I thought it fit the theme fairly nice. It was somewhat challenging too. Though once you get a foothold, it's easy to snowball and overpower the AI which can be fun. The music was nice, I felt it fit with the action. Good game, I would love to see this worked on even more!
Fun game, extra star for c++)
I really liked, good job!!

Very well executed! I like the graphic style and the mechanics. They are challenging, but never unfair. I would have liked to have more levels und upgrades. I did not understand the mechanics about mana and people alltoghether, a quick introduction would have been nice here.
Another point to mention: the music is quite nice, but the soundeffects are way too loud compared to that. A good trick (when using sfml) is to create three slightliy different sounds (e.g. for taking damage) and choosing randomly one of them.
Also, +1 Star and a big bunch of respect for using c++ and SFML, which is not the easiest combination for a jam!

Thanks a lot! I know that the mana and people mechanic is not top clear, but I thought it would have been nice to let the player understand it! Maybe I was wrong xD
For the sound, i tried to lower the sound effects but i know they are still too loud, I'm sorry for that but I couldn't sound more time in that..
Thanks for the advices! And thanks for the +1 star for c++ and sfml, i'm really honored!

The wabbit that throws carrots is funny :) I would of preferred if the wabbit was holding a basket of carrot tho :P

Great job on the graphic :) Game was pretty hard at first. But with better resource management it definitely gets easier. C++ eh? Hope you pooled/destroyed your objects wisely ;).
Good Game :)
My kid loved you game! Beautiful menu background sound. It was very funny to play!

Love the main menu art and music. Love the humor in this game especially the wailing sacrificial kids :) Beat the game on the second attempt. It was a nice simple challenge to discover how to access the more powerful units.

Very fun, great job!
Pretty neat entry. A bit tricky to figure out at first (as there isn't really much time to play around and learn at that point), but once you get the hang of it it's rather pleasant, if maybe a bit too simple. The graphics weren't really top-notch, but they have their charm and serve the purpose well enough. Pretty neat game overall. ^^
Took some time to figure out, but eventually got a strategy going. The same was fairly difficult and took a few tries to win. Good job
Nice game! It was fun! Graphics are great too (especially the title screen)! Took some time to understand it but I got it! Sort of... I still don't know if I win by resisting the waves or somehow attacking their boat? (I can hear an explosion in the background, but not sure what's happening since is past screen) My strategy was just keep spawning animals and don't let enemy soldiers appear on screen xp
Anyways great entry!
Haha the rabbits <3. I didn't really know C++ could create games in 48 Hours.
