Corrupt file :(
Sorry about that, it's been updated using the "reach" profile.
Great Innovation!
I must say, this is the best one I have played so far!
Awesome Job!
Wow, very fun, though the employee got stuck in the ceiling for some reason.
Awesome job!
Thanks for all the constructive criticism everyone.
Sadly we didn't get enough time to play test as much as we would have liked :(
I agree that the levels and a bit of the game play need some work.
Music needs to be added as well.
I love how each level teaches you how to use a different feature.
Graphics are awesome! I got frustrated on the level with the platform that moves up and down, the ball kept on getting stuck(disappear) into the ramp. Had to keep restarting because of it, until it annoyed me enough it wasn't fun anymore.
Besides that bug it was the best 3D Ludum Game I've played so far, by a long shot!
When I got to the house nothing happened! I walked off the screen on the right and then disappeared. I could move left and right but couldn't see myself, or get hit by wolves.
The controls were very hard to get used to, I suggest making up jump. It would make it feel more natural.
The teleporting was confusing.
I love it!
Yes, sadly I wasn't able to make it as long as I wanted to :(
For those of you who try to run it but it just doesn't start:
You probably don't have the XNA 4.0 Framework installed.
Link is above description.
If that doesn't work let me know.
Thanks for playing my game everyone :)
Lol, it must be an all girl school? Since there are about 100 women restrooms per 1 mens restroom. I think I also saw some drinking fountains on lockers and doors :)
I loved the shadows! It gives the game a "fear" effect. Not knowing where the enemy is. Loved it.
It could have used instructions in game. (since I forgot to read the description till now :)
I love it, but it's too hard. I got frustrated and quit. Awesome work!
The music got annoying really fast.
It would have been nice to have a hot-key to buy ammo, it was difficult to shoot, then move your mouse to the bottom right of the screen, then aim again and shoot.
I love the graphics, great job!
Are you supposed to just be able to mash the keyboard like crazy? Didn't provide much difficulty(except tiring my fingers :)
Very addicting!
The talking got annoying though.
Great job!
It takes a bit to understand how to play but once you do, it's very addicting! This is the only game so far that I have played that held my attention for longer than 10 mins. Then all of a sudden it was 2 hours later.
Great job, I would love to play a post compo version!
It was highly lacking in giving the user info, I didn't understand what the pumps were until my last 5 mins of playing. You should put names on the items that you can build so we know what they are/do.
I loved how you could take over other ships by boarding them.
Only problem I could see was when you took over a large ship then your build menu covered part of the ship, so you couldn't modify the top :(
I'm amazed at how much you got done in 48 hours!
Great job, by far my favorite so far :)
I started in a room with no way out :(
I love the take on the theme!
Link broken :(
I agree, looks nice but a little boring.
This is a cool idea! But I did find it hard to loose, even when I tried to lose.
When it asked me if I wanted to play the tutorial the yes and no buttons didn't do anything! So it couldn't play :(
Wow, one of my favorites so far! I love what you did with the theme!
Nice job.
Love the art and sounds.
I did have a hard time reading the geek void bubbles. Too fast!
Nice entry!
It was really hard to squish the aliens sometimes, mostly when they got closer to you. Because of that I got frustrated and quit.
I found the controls extremely confusing at first, but once I understood them the game got fun!
It also feels like an old nes game.
Nice work!
Nice work, love the art!
Actually it does stop, well unless there is a bug I am not aware of.
I am already working on a post-compo version with additional levels and plants.
Hopefully I will have some time tomorrow to get a harder version out for you all!
Very addicting, nice work.
I did find it annoying having the hit box so different from the ship graphic.
Music went along with it very well!
Wow, I love the game mechanic.
Great job!
Music was awesome, I did have a hard time playing because something seemed to "take control" of my character, which was very frustrating.
I love the game mechanic. It's very polished, one of the only games that feels "Complete", short but Complete.
More levels please!
Awesome game!
One time I started I tried to create a guy and it failed, but then all the enemies guys were going backwards.
It fixed itself as soon as I successfully created a guy.
For a while, after running over a few hippies, there was nothing, I just wandered around looking for hippies.
It also got a little repetitive.
Throwing that hat is just so satisfying!
I love it!
When I got to the level where you "Find Documents" they just fell off the screen, and then none of the graphics matched the physics, sadly I couldn't proceed :(
I love the hat throwing mechanic though!
The sound effects were too loud compared to the background music!
Very much like Dr Mario, interesting twist.
Very weird, btw when it was full screen it cut off the right and bottom, which made it confusing.
Game never loaded :(
I got the Unity load screen but the progress bar never moved.
Had fun with this one, I had no idea that the mug would go over the enemies, lost my streak because of it :(
Great job!
I couldn't figure out how to kill the robot. He just kept smashing me.
I also liked how you introduced the dial tone into the robots scream.
Nice job!
Couldn't play: Got error: "Failed to initialize player's 3D settings"
GeeItSomeLaldy: I definitely see why you would think that. It is super hard. But no it IS possible.
My tip to anyone having a hard time beating it would be:
Spin your ship all the was around until it's pointing left, then you can move left, slow down, etc.
I hope to get a game play video of my brother Nathan playing it, proving that it is possible. He is super good at it, way better than me(Justin)
Just yesterday he beat it only using the Up Arrow button, freaking crazy!
Very interesting idea, but I really didn't know how to control it. The only reason that I beat the levels I did was because I randomly pressed buttons and got lucky.
Sadly I got stuck on the Weapons level, the door would open then close immediately, way too fast for me to get through.
Loved it, up to that point anyways.
Windows version didn't work for me. the 64 bit version never opened and the 32 bit opened just to crash and close at the splash screen.
I loved the physics and how the ship breaks apart. Great job!
My daughter loved playing this game with me.
It is highly confusing(unless you actually read the instructions lol)
Great job!
Nice use of the theme I suggested "You are your own Bullet" great work!
Didn't like the key bindings at all.
Would have been much better if you went with one of the standards like Arrow Keys or WASD!
ZQSD made it too hard to play.
It was a bit confusing at first. I didn't know what to do. I think the biggest issue was I lost but I didn't know that I lost, so I was trying to figure out how to play after I had already died.
Once I restarted I figured out that the spiders shoot webs and you have to aim.
I suggest at least adding a description on how to play the game would have been good.
And a "Game Over" screen and/or text would have done wonders.
Once I figured it out it was pretty fun.
The difficulty wasn't too bad until about 10 minutes in then it just got insane, there was no way to defeat the horde of Insects.
Overall I loved it!
Great job!
I like the graphics, animation and how you built the tutorial.
I hope you do a post compo version, I would love to play it for longer.
Wow, pleasantly surprised.
I started playing and got sucked in. Time just disappeared.
I love how simple the game looks on the outside, yet it's much more complicated once you get started.
I love the art it's great!
Music was good.
I think this is my favorite so far!
Great job!
Simple, Beautiful, Unique.
I did get annoyed of the laggy music, it kept on getting worse and worse until I finally muted it.
Great work!
Definitely one of the nicest looking and feeling games.
I didn't find it that challenging sadly.
Nice work!
I really liked this one, really hard to get them all. I got stuck :)
One of my favorites though!
I love zelda style games!
I liked the mechanics, smashing mummies was fun.
It would have felt way better with sound effects.
Nice work!
Sadly this game isn't finished, but I really love this art style.
Nice work!
I look forward to a post compo version!
Fun little game, nice pixel art, and music.
Found it strange that guys would jump on your weapon and stand there, hehe.
Nice work!
Wow, best one I've played so far! I love the pixel art and the animations!
Beautiful artwork!
You should keep working on it!
It's a great start!
Nice pixel art, I found the sounds startling. It's silent then all of a sudden BOOM! loud noise. Also may need a tutorial, a little hard to use at first.
Honestly I felt a little bored. I think it was because it wasn't that difficult. If it was a bit harder it would have been much more interesting, for me at least.
Great work!
Wow, I really liked this one. Very simple, yet fun!
The music really played into the mood, I love it.
Great job!
Simple, yet fun.
I love the artwork on this game!
Very Beautiful!
The controls were a bit strange, had a hard time controlling the fish.
Beautiful game, not much game play to it though.
The Zombies just stood outside in a row and never moved, I assume that's a bug?
Fun little game.
I had an issue where I couldn't get rid of any tables or chefs, so eventually I filled the entire room. I then tried to buy more chefs and the game is stuck. I have closed it and the music is still playing, lol. Time to kill it with task manager. :)
Great job!
I like the pixel art. I found that you can't skip the repeating dialog a little annoying. It's actually what killed it for me.
I love the idea behind this game. I never thought a game about making games would be this fun.
I'm in. I wont have the full 48 hours, but I should have a good chunk of time to finish something. Good luck everyone.
First days progress: 2018-08-11_08-42-39.gif
I hope I have time to finish. I will have to cut a few features for sure :(
This game made me think more than a lot of the other games, but it did get impossible eventually, my only hope was to wait and see if a certain tile would drop or else I couldn't win. But then I ran out of patience. Great job though!
Honestly, wow, this is amazing. I love how the planet get sadder and sadder the more buildings you build. The art is awesome, the sound effects were great. My only complain would be the music that plays at first can get a little annoying. But otherwise, this was an awesome entry. Thanks so much for making it!
I love how you can go all the way around the planet. Really cool!
I love the pixel art, nice work!
Simple yet fun. Great job!
I love the artwork! Great job!
I really liked this one, I just wish there were more levels. Hint, Hint... :)
Fun little game, I was very confused until I found out you pickup and drag animals with right mouse. Then it was much easier. Towards the end I did drop some cooked plates down, and they were eaten, but didn't disapear like the others did, which was confusing.
Great job, one of the few games that actually held my attention to the end, nice work!
Some of the options got repetitive, could have used more variety. One of the more polished games I have played. Good job!
That is a lot of different systems to build over one weekend. Great job. I love how well it plays into the Theme, you have to sacrifice some people to save others. Nice work!
It was really hard to remember what character did what at first. I would suggest adding something, like in the top right of the screen, for what the current character can do. I failed over and over and over until I finally memorized which characters did what. Then it got a little easier.
I like it, great job!
Interesting little game, it did start to get a little boring towards the end, but I blame the simulation time. If that was faster I would have liked it better. I'm also happy that the music didn't get annoying. Nice work!
Nice job, I really liked how the Flubbies start out with no abilities and you had to upgrade them with cards. It took me a second to realize that you can upgrade a group of them based on the circle. Cool idea. Awesome entry!
I really loved the graphics on this one. I did find it hard when you were on the edge of the screen, it was really hard to aim then. Nice work!
Nice work. I love the cool effect you are using.
I like the graphics, but would have preferred a goal :) Nice work.
I honestly didn't think I would have any fun with a "Math" game. But I did! It was loads of fun. I love how the stones drop in value as you push them, adding an extra bit to the game. Great job!
I really loved the art and the music. The music made the mood really good. Awesome job!
I liked the crafting mechanics. Since it's in Unity I highly suggest you make an HTML5 version and throw it up somewhere. You will get a lot more plays if you do. Good work.
Love the artwork!
