This is so addicting...
An excellent game. Quite vast and spectacular, and the game's atmosphere is amazing. The only downside I can think of is that the game gets repetitive, but since each road has many different places to visit, it is barely noticeable.
Interesting game, but shooting is a bit difficult to aim precisely. But that narrator voice...
Quite a great game, in fact. This is coming from the #5 top scorer, and though at times you can practically leave the cannons idle, an enemy always finds a way to sneak around... and because YOGO life, one enemy makes all the difference!
Quite fun, but I was one of the poor souls who chose Offense...
Relatively short and not too long, but pretty good! Is there a different ending? I got the "bad" one, and I'm pretty sure I never used my bullet, but I couldn't fire it at the end, I thought that's what you had to do. Still, a decent game, even though the controls could be tighter.
It does seem to have an interesting concept behind it, but I got far by mashing space. Some more level variety would've made this game pretty good, but the basic mechanics all seem to be there.
Quite interesting, as a matter of fact. There's the amazement of seeing the asteroids, the shock of having one pass right by you... all in all, a great game. Had a hard time connecting it with the theme, though.
Addictingly fun! If I had more time, I'd keep playing until I read all the witty dialogue. Not particularly an original concept, but the execution is great.
An interesting concept, and quite unique - a one key platformer where you can control which direction you go in. The instructions are somewhat hard to understand, but it is all in all good.
This game is quite entertaining and addictive, yet also difficult. I've played it time and time again to try to get that artifact, and I'll likely keep trying. The dialogue is witty. I never did understand what those bright flashes were, though...
A truly great game, and multiplayer even!
A rather different survival game. It is somewhat difficult to understand or play well, but it is intriguing to see how long you can survive, and what use you'll make of your limited actions.
Brilliant! If there was only some sort of way to add variety each time and have more goals, it'd be perfect!
An amazing game... it's short, so it has plenty of replayability. Purple chests are the purple best.
It's interesting, similar to one of those endlessly looping gif things... at any rate however, it is much too long and difficult to complete in one playthrough. Still, it is an enjoyable experience.
Yeah, a tutorial would've made this easier... at any rate, to progress, you need to shoot robots, then use the money you gained to buy more ammo, and repeat until you can buy upgrades. It gets easier after a few upgrades, but at the start missing a shot usually means a game over.
As per the music getting annoying: Yes I know, I didn't have time to make a mute button, sorry. I tried to make a way to get ammo simpler, but players could game the system (keep shooting at a stunned robot continually while buying ammo and he couldn't move). But thanks for your input ;)
I officially have the most mixed reviews ever.
A simple game, a bit fun, and quite unforgiving...
It does seem to be a little horror game thing, but it's quite hard to play. That being said though, a pig chased by bacon makes for a great story.
Absolutely amazing. It's as if the creator thought of everything you could do and made an outcome for it...
One of the most amazing multiple-endings story games I have ever played. Most games like this one SAY there is no good ending or bad ending, but when you either have a million dollars or fell down a hole, the "real" ending is pretty clearcut. And then there's this game.
All of the endings are good, all of them interesting, all of them hilarious... truly an amazing game.
Well done sir.
Quite an interesting and fun music game! The one-life system makes it difficult, but because you start at the beginning of the short little tune, it doesn't take long to catch up :3
A truly brilliant game... with its gameplay, meaning, story, tone, and all, it definetely stands out.
Your first thought of this game may be that it is weird - but life is probably still weirder than this. If anything, it's an amazing little experiment. Text goes off the screen a few times, though.
All of the individual little pieces in this game come together to make this amazing game, though it doesn't have too mich of a goal besides "get samples."
Vengeance for Pluto!
An interesting concept and a good execution. A bit hard to get the controls, yet the game is impressive.
Hard to grasp at first, but quite fun when you do.
Somewhat difficult to control, but otherwise cool game.
Wow, smbe. That is... something.
You wouldn't have happened to download it from a strange sounding e-mail, did you? ;)
Thanks for all the support, everyone! This game accidentally became a rage game... oops :P
If I were to add a mode for wusses (read as: easy mode) what do you think I could do? Decrease letter spawn rate? Decrease speed? Decrease probability of an exe/bad download/bad url?
Yep.
I even had a few people try it out, and most could beat it... if it took them a while.
I agree it's quite hard, and I have made an easier version but I can't post it up here for rules reasons.
Awesome atmosphere, awesome feel, awesome graphics! Would love to play a full version of this game someday.
Cool concept and nice execution. However, it does require a bit of waiting at first.
Awesome game, especially in such a short timeframe!
I really quite liked it. Seems simple enough, yet some concepts (the bad bottom bit) could have been explained better. It mislead me into thinking it was easy, and overall it's quite good.
Cute fox, interesting mechanics. The only thing I would recommend is making the game over screen shorter - I wanna get back and retry quickly! Overall, good game.
Great game! A real page turner, if you catch my drift.
This is a really cool resource management game where you're always losing, just at varying speeds.
What this game does, it does well. I would've liked to see some interactivity between the slides, like having Clampy react if you use certain pictures after the other.
I like the idea of having a movement-based limit instead of a timer-based one. I would've loved to see more mechanics that played with this idea, but given the development time constraints, this game is pretty good.
Really enjoyed the game: just wondering, are there other "justice is served endings" besides [SPOILERS] the one you get from finding the knife-related texts on her phone?
As someone who also made a game called Power Struggle, I feel compelled to review this game.
It's a fun bullet hell, and collecting the green bits is pretty rewarding. The only issue is that it's hard to do that and keep track of all the bullets. If you had a short period of invincibility, it would be more manageable.
That said, great job!
178.74 high score. This game is pretty great, the sound effects make it really satisfying. My game was cut short when some rioter shot me from offscreen and I couldn't do anything about it, but it was still a really fun experience.
👏 Don't 👏 say 👏 you're 👏 a 👏 true 👏 gamer 👏 unless 👏 you've 👏 beaten 👏 this 👏 game 👏 without 👏 eating 👏 the 👏 Powerbar 👏
Thanks Stephen! And if you don't have anyone to play with, remember the State is always with you.
@zelos Win10 has problems with fullscreen, and the game forces fullscreen when it starts up. I'm updating the game with the ability to toggle fullscreen, and hopefully it'll work now.
I dig your Mad Duck profile picture!
Still blackscreening? That's really strange, especially given that I tested this game on my Win10. Unfortunately, I have no idea what could be causing it at the moment now that fullscreen is off by default...
Thanks for the feedback, @huvaakoodia! Glad you enjoyed the game, and the Resistance will be sure to change some of their tactics if there's ever an updated version.
@dino-jr Right-clicking takes you to the instructions, you have to left-click and hold A for the game to start. The little icons on the menu screen should be lighting up as you do it.
Real fun game: just wanted to say that it's pretty easy to walk into a wall and fall off the level.
