Wow, it's Neuromancer all over again! Remember hacking away on the Amiga .. or was it C64?
Very nice interface! Love that you pick up items automatically..
Foon → Ludum Dare Explorer → Users → postmodestie

Wow, it's Neuromancer all over again! Remember hacking away on the Amiga .. or was it C64?
Very nice interface! Love that you pick up items automatically..
Very simple but nice polish and fx!
Haha! Very enjoyable!
One pixel .. ha! Couldn't move much and the interaction was a non-interaction .. sounded like shooting though..
Great take on RTS! Super execution! Oups, just realized i never got me a bomb..
Rated pretty high, but mostly because it looks so cute and i like the genre in principle.
Haha! Ludum Ware rules!
and funny to see this fighting cat again, i remember it from another very sophisticated LD platformer-fight entry ..?
Initially i was confused what to do but it is pretty self-explanatory :) good work!
Strangly entertaining in a corny and reactive way! :D The style reminds me of an Android game, Robot Wizard..
Really beautiful style and good game! Loved the look of the Dragon-bird thingy at the beginning as well as the main character.
beautiful!
brutal! :)
Mario as enemy - yeah! I like how he looks like a commander sending the troops..
Yes, it is a very nice concept and execution! Like the graphics! With more enemies and such this could be something!
Liked the quotes :) and the old-skoolish look
Simple & enjoyable. First entry i played till the end i think :) Congrats!
It's great that you have a nice splash-screen, but do we really have to wait till it's finished? ;)
Not bad, cool twist of the mechanics!
Pity you didn't manage a 1 player version, just a dull one (puch for random seconds etc) would be an improvement. AI is easier to build than one thinks!
This sir, is genius! it would profit, in my humble opinion, from a better title! With more content/goals this would be awesome!
yeah, may the SpaceDentist franchise prosper! Aesthetically it reminds me of a bunch of old-skool games..
Great feel, but it needs a game to go with it ;)
Very very enjoyable, but it would be great if there where some dangers, or maybe i didn't play long enough (3-4 levels).
Hm, i don't like to try a game when it's on Kongregate, i feel kinda used. But it a nice game, considering the time..
Nice! Very entertaining, and i second Sean Noonan regarding more 'minigames', i guess.
Nice and simple, but hard alone. And it's great to have a optional 2 player-possibility in a game!
As for a LD entry, it would have indeed benefited from less repetitiveness, as stated before..
I think i get it!
It is slow, maybe you would like to reduce the number of hunters, besides that it plays very well. But after a while it gets repetitive..
Brings back memories of Rambo III, i think. :)
LibGDX rulez!
why no web build? could do with some animations, i don't like to see a character moving aroung without a moving animation.. but maybe it's floating, hard to tell with this kind of 'style' :)
Haha! loaded so long i almost gave up, but it worked. On a sidenote, one standard fail in gamedev is to use 'z' for control, cause it will nortoriously be somewhere else on another localisation .. read it even in the LD-tips i think ;)
But nice work over all!
Good game! Played till lvl 8, that one is really hard. Very good execution congrats!
Remembers me of some old skool reflection games.. daring though, to use procedural content for a puzzler ;)
Do you really think spamming Kongregate with the basest of all FPS is necessary? But to be honest, i think i'll do it too! ;) Anyway, contrary to the previous comments i don't see any achievement here (FPS in Unity is the simplest thing, you get all the code ready). But it is a game developed and published, so congrats!
Didn't quite get all the subtleties of the mechanics but like the idea and the execution..
Windows Firefox audio works. Was nice to read and play, but ended apruptly after the incident, maybe i didn't get it all, skimming through the text..
Very Christian indeed! :) I like moral games though.
What is Yolo?
Very nice! Simple and, as stated before, well executed in all departements! Funny: the ship colors reminded me of CGA-graphics. :)
interestion idea, but even if i had twitter .. but don't stop the innovations!
Cool crossbow!
I new a dog once who did this..
Kudos for the idea + execution, i really got attached to the white-ish look of the bullet, but the audio caused a marital dispute ;)
Good experience but rather short. I would have liked to determine the speed of the NPC-dialogs myself, but as it is that compelling and short it didn't matter and i finished it.
It reminded me of the evergreen Ikari, which is a good thing :)
Wow!
I just have to mention the humor, which is .. humorous :) Everything else is also very pleasant!
Very hard! Looks tasty :) I could go for a cookie - wait, not till xmas :D
Haha! Fun actually..
Nice feel and humorous. poor me.. :)
There is some good writing, but it's also full of cliches, like the god thing etc. and it is not much of a story, but judging from the comments you got the mood right, even if the game aspect is lacking - only two choices? If anything it shows that you hit the right spot, that is storytelling nontheless..
in Update():
if(Input.GetKeyDown(KeyCode.Escape)) {
Application.Quit();
}
Just saying :)
Reminds me of Typing of the Death, very neat. Good graphics!! Too hard!! (For me) SFII rulez!
People who see in darkness as opposed to light, that is nice! Or as the Corsean say: &%$/(&$§
Good game! Always liked beat-em-ups where you can shoot - and speaking of: i toggled shoot in the beginning and ran into a mag .. got a 'blueish' screen with timer and kinda the mag, and couldn't do nothing more.. after that i abstained form picking them up..
Nice, old-skool feel with new ideas, but it would benefit from an easier beginning, with less bullets on screen :)
Reminds me of Marble Madness, i don't know why.. super!
Reminds me of gauntlet .. good memories ..
good looking, bad behaving ;) reminds me of the nonsense of Monkey Island 2, despite everyone loving it :D
Cool, but a little fast, i wonder if you do frame-independent movement (delta-time)? scored 6600 something ..
I'm not the puzzle type, but this was entertaining! Great story/mood!
Wow, nice twist on Pirates! I like how you came up with a different shootin mechanism. That really could be something if continued.
I've seen another interation of this mechanics in this LD, but yours plays somehow smoother .. maybe it's the music :)
Nice, a bit short though..
Very good idea! I love political/innovative games. Pity you didn't manage a 1 pl mode. Beides of that good execution - haha, get it get it!!??
Haha! I always like moral choices and it is educational how you implemented them - like everybody can relate to the big themes, only .. it is too obvious what you expect the player to answer, the moral highground being the PC, educated, egalitarian, atheistic vegetarian which is the ideal of our time.
But that leaves half the world (U.S.) outside of the scope, because they have .. other morals. And that's the problem with morality - it is politics, unless you are dead sure that you are right. But this would lead to war. Anyway, i didn't mind ;)
And i would even have explored your open-mindedness via the subtleties of the endings more .. if i would have been able to hear/understand them..
Nice setting too!
Wing Commander rulez! Great execution and the voice action really topped the mood to 100%! The great thing with WC though is, that it does not have 'roll' controls ;)
Great idea and game, but the controls were intolerable from the beginning, starting with an autojump if you hold up, etc. and why do i have to release up for space etc.?
i imagine it works better with a pad..
Like it but i totally disagreed with the constant screen-shaking..
You incriminate someone and all you get is a change in ranking? That won't wash .. just one sentence would have been enough! Nice anyway!
I would think that it could be easy to make procedurally generated levels..?
You created hell of an atmosphere, sound not to mention least! Great experience with the rift! I wondered if there would be some OV entries, kudos to you for making the non-hydra option! I myself chickened out of making something for the rift, after experiencing the hard, but rewarding work for the VR Jam.
Checkpoints! But fun!
FANTASTIC! The title tune is a great interpretation! Very good graphics, solid gameplay! My favorit!
But as stated elsewhere, 'z' is the worst choice for a button, because it is flipped with 'y' on many localisations(me = german). Funny that so many devs still use it, this is already the third installation in this jam that i experienced..
Well QWERTZ is nada :) Like the fourth entry i encountered this LD :D BUT: One only has to switch the layout, no big deal, especially in windows..
But it is an interesting and beautiful game. The screen shakes a bit much..
Nice. But the poor mice! ;)
nice graphics. but you can't normally steer a boat while it is not moving ;)
i quite didn't get what the small while m m are..
freezed by cucumber on orange..
It hung itself after some shots. Needs really much fixing in almost every department!
Pleasant experience! Nice graphics. I like references.. un jeu d'image-temps, so to say ;)
Interesting experience, touching like Charles Dickens. And very good execution!
Congrats on finishing a game! ;)
Reminds me somehow of Gauntlet..
I like the graphics and it is really funny to control. More explaining, i.e. how to finish the level wouldn't hurt though..
Excelsior!
The graphics are nice, the lack of proper sounds diminish the atmosphere a bit indeed. And it needs some getting used to.
Wow, the asthetics blew me away! One of the reasons why i learned a little chinese (forgot everything).
IMO it was relatively easy to end, so i played it twice, for 'both' endings. Great!
Is there some relevant folklore innit, i guess so?
Nice execution, i like the circles closing in, and the gfx style in general..
Very good looking for a catch(?)-game.. like the font too
I like the trick you did with the background, never thought of that! A cylinder, how quaint..
Good theme capture but too short for a game.
no sound on Firefox/Windows
Great ball game! And that's said from someone who really doesn't care for soccer ;) great job on the AI too! One of my favorits!
Very funny art style, trashy and some other bits like the paintings..
Funny and self-explanatory :) i guess..
Very nice! Would profit from alternate routes, which would reward exploring higher grounds (i take from the comments that there are none).
Wow! That was fun! Liked the style of the in-between text too..
Like the Stronghold feel, but unfortunately i always ran out of water, no matter how much wells i built..
Maybe some instruction would be helpful? I can't rate cause i don't understand .. your pitch ;)
Haha @Sarma..
Really interesting! So you get to see a score if you finish prematurely, but you get nothing if you finish the game - which is presumably very short?
Other than that great idea!
And i had even sound on Firefox..
Like the graphics!
you don't see much games with 1 and 2 player option. didn't test the latter though, might be more engaging, but how are you supposed to play against a human with this bullet speed?
fun game, graphics a bit shaky..
Not much of a game but very pleasant!
A bit hard to discern the dark-blue obstacles from the black background..
Cool!
Thanks to all for playing! The quizes influence the end result as you score higher and get a different evaluation in the end text.
Very nice, enjoy the drops a lot; pity you couldn't finish the character animation.. :)
