Thank you all for the comments :)
The game is very unfinished right now, which I blame on my being too ambitious with the idea in the first place. I then had to cut out a lot of half-finished features. Maybe if I'd had a half-an-hour more, I would've been able to have tooltips for the building's costs and functions.
A fun game, although it wasn't at once apparent that you had to aim for the shapes, rather than avoiding them.
It was a good game, but the window was far too tall for my display, so I couldn't finish it.
When I first looked at the screenshot, I thought it said "I peed, run!"
The game was pretty good, though a bigger view would have been nice. I kept overshooting platforms.
It was quite good, but the display was too tall for my monitor.
Arrows + p? Not exactly comfortable controls. Good game though.
A short, fun art game
Awesome game, if a bit buggy
It's a fun playable game. It kept me entertained for a while.
I too had a bit of trouble figuring out what determined the next domino, but I figured it out fairly quickly.
Overall, good job. My best score was 13
A cool little chess variant. I could have used a quick ingame help file though.
Nice little minigamegame :D
I had fun.
@fferro It was probably your computer lagging.
On some levels with lots of entities, the game can drag to a quarter of the FPS cap on my computer. It's a result of me not actually optimizing anything.
@everyone else:
Thanks a bunch for your positive feedback! :3
It's really nice to hear so many good things. It feels like when you're making a game, you either become blind to its flaws, or they get magnified 100x.
Nice platform puzzler! I really liked the mechanic!
Nice shooter-style game. I really liked the cutscene style :)
Nice platformer game. I thought dying was a little harsh though, it would have been better had you made it so when you die, you were sent back to the beginning of the current level, and have 5 seconds deducted from your time. Still, nice game :)
I got the error as well :<
Quite a fun game. The animations were very smooth.
The only problem I really found was the fact that it was so hard to die.
Nice game, but the ice disappears too slowly for my tastes.
Really fun little game. It's really a memory game more than anything.
Very fun!
Not a bad game by any standards. Sure it could've used audio, but I liked it all the same.
I got to the last enemy, then was killed :<
I think the level is possible though.
A nice little platform shooter, and very polished! The collisions were flawless! The physics did feel a bit floaty though.
Quite a fun game, although the controls felt loose at times.
That was very interesting! Good work!
Nice game! I liked the concept!
Nice minimalist game. Would've fit last LD's theme well, as well.
Nice idea. I kinda like the rushed and minimalist approach to everything.
Good job :)
Very fun game! I must have played this for at least 10 minutes.
My only complaint is that it's a bit too easy once you rack up a bunch of time. I got to over 300 crystals, and 300 time, then quit.
Good fun platforming/fighting game, but the screen was too large for me to see all of, which was very annoying.
Once I threw my knife at a spring, and hilarity ensued ^_^
Very nice entry! I liked how it was so simple on the surface, but was really much more complex.
Nice game! I actually played this for quite a while. If I had one complaint, it would probably be the very slow moving enemies, which didn't get much better over time. Still, the game itself was very fun, so good job on that :) I also liked the sound effects.
Nice game. I really liked how you used the seconds as ammo as well :)
I liked the physics as well.
Nice game! I really liked the visuals, but I think it really could have done with some audio.
Fun game. Too easy though. I really liked the upgrades
Very fun game, but it was to large for my computer screen, which was wholly annoying.
Very nice game. I really liked the concept, and the difficulty curve was right on!
Lovely platformer, but the concept lacked originality. Still, it was very fun, and I beat it!
Not bad for 20 minutes! It was pretty fun.
Not bad, although I'm not entirely sure I understood it.
Still, a fun party game.
Nice game, but the controls needed to be explained somewhere ingame.
Still, quite fun!
Nice game! I really liked the idea behind it.
It really needed a timer to show how much time was left, though.
I don't even... What a weird little game.
I like weird games.
Really nice "game".
I liked the futility of the whole thing.
One of the best typing games I've seen. The audio did a great job of setting up the suspense.
My one issue is that I think it would have been better with actual words, rather than random garbage letters.
Nice game, although the engine could have used a couple touch-ups, as it felt jittery at times.
The guard AI wasn't great, as well. Sometimes the guards would just stand in the vault and spin in a circle.
Some real nice level design going on there, but the physics felt a bit stiff, and the fps was very unstable.
Nice game! I liked the VVVVVV-esque part :D
Very very addictive! I must have played this for at least 15 minutes!
Great job!
Lovely & Surreal :D
Charming sound effects.
Nice arcade game!
The physics were, on the whole, good, but I didn't like the way a lot of ingredients would stick to the rim of the pot.
Really nice shmup. The graphics were excellent!
Bit short though.
Wow... Really great. I didn't realize how much I loved this type of game until I played this. Truly first rate.
Nice game. It did make me think, but I don't have a Twitter :P.
Seriously though, nice idea, good execution.
Nice idea. I made some crazy beards :{D
I think the combination Sim and Stacking gameplay worked well, and those are two very different game genres. Good job on this.
It was quite fun, and really nice looking, but the FPS was so unstable. I was running 100+ FPS on the fastest settings, I shoot a castle, and suddenly I'm down to <1 FPS.
Danggit! I was so close...
Excellent game though. I thought of making something like this myself, actually.
It was fairly good little driving game, but the car felt too "stiff" to control, and I wondered why everyone was going so much slower than me? Am I that jerk going 85 in a 75mph zone? :/
I liked the idea a lot. It was a bit difficult to figure out at first, but once I got it, it was fun. It could've used a fullscreen mode though.
Innovative idea, good execution. I don't really see how the theme entered into it though.
Nice vector graphics. Everything worked well, although it felt disjointed at times.
Nice game, but WASD + Mouse + Enter wasn't a happy combo. Why not just make click advance to the next level?
Anyway, it was fun other than that.
It was quite fun, although it could have done with an intro or help file.
Nice text adventure. I liked the story a lot. Good job.
Nice little arcade game. I was on a trackpad though, so it was quite difficult. Still, I had a lot of fun.
Nice game, I really liked the graphics, but it was pretty hard to get the hang of, and I missed a fullscreen option.
I almost did it! I grabbed my jellyfish, and jetted off to my spaceship, missed it by an inch, and was left floating forever...
Background could ave been a bit more interesting, but it really was a fantastic game.
Nice stacking game! Physics worked very well, and it was a lot of fun. Record: 121 meters.
Cookie Clicker + Minecraft + Isometric = <3
That is, if it weren't for all the griefers and people with no aesthetic sensibilities.
Nice idea, and it was fun, but the dialogue box was very slow, sometimes taking up to a minute to respond.
Nice little shooter, but I don't see the point of using mouse to shoot when you can't aim with it. I would've preferred Arrows + Space, but hey.
Wow, that fire extinguisher had a lot of juice! Enigmatic ending. Could have used a bit more challenge than just finding the guy, but it was fun.
Nice little arcade game. It controlled smoothly, and was quite polished. Good job.
I liked the maze & rougelike elements, but it could've used some graphics, and the controls felt slippery at times. Also once I'd gotten a few powerups, the * became painfully slow.
Definitely interesting, but it was sort of hard to see what was going on. I really liked the concept though, and it was very smooth. Good use of theme.
Super addictive, super good! I didn't much like the levels with the black circles, but all the other elements were fun to work with!
Nice game. The music was nice and calming, and the concept was pretty cool. There were one or two issues with the physics though.
I love isometric games! Unfortunately, the controls and collisions were a bit sticky, but it was quite fun all the same. Could have done with some animations though.
Nice little puzzly game. I really liked the smooth camera.
Wait- What's going on? I'm spinning- AAARGH!
Really nice game. The controls were a bit non-intuitive at first, but I became accustomed to them fairly quickly. It was very hard not to spin out a lot of the time :P.
Voice acting was spot on as well. Good job.
It was a lot of fun! Unfortunately, there were some serious lag and jitter issues that eventually forced me to stop playing.
Beautiful art. It could have used a bit more context, but it was very nice all the same.
Nice! I really liked the changing gameplay style, and it was quite fun. The field of view was a tad small though, so it felt a bit unfair when I was blindsided by an asteroid. Still, a lot of fun.
Nice little puzzle type game, but the lack of a scrolling background confused me at first, and the gimmick was a bit fiddly to play with. Still, I do love a good experiment.
It was good fun. My only quibble is that the controls were wonky. I'd rather have had arrows to move, space action.
Nice mechanic! I had a lot of fun with this one, although the jump did feel rather floaty at times, and the collisions were occasionally dodgy.
WHELP.
Nice game. I liked the graphics. It could have used with a bit of a thicker narrative though.
Fun game! I'm not familiar with Polish notation, but I learned quick. This is really a lot of fun :)
Nice little game. I like that "Debate" style a heck of a lot more than the real thing :P
Nice game. I didn't really find it hard until level 9 or so, when there was a large difficulty spike.
Weird little game... made me think. The collisions/momentum were very dodgy though. Still, I played to the end. The graphical style reminded me of the old Peanuts comic strip.
I really liked the idea, but I think some mazes turned out impossible. The ladder was a very clever idea!
Nice game! The difficulty curve was actually a bit shallow for me, but it definitely picked up later on! The abilities were pretty well thought out, and there were some good puzzles in there. Nice job!
Nice game! Not entirely sure I "Got" it, but it was pretty addictive! I eventually got stuck on the In/An/Airplane part.
Fun game. I could tell some work went into this.
The control scheme was rather awkward though I'm afraid. The face drawing thing was a nice feature.
Nice game! I liked the story and the characters. The music was a bit too intense to fit the rest of the game though.
Nice game! It was very out of the box.
This kind of thing is right up my ally. Nice game, nice graphics, could've used music though.
Nice platformer. The physics worked pretty well, although the slopes were pretty dodgy.
The music was pretty awesome.
Nice game. Pretty simple, but I liked it.
It was a nice idea, and pretty fun to play for a while, but there was an annoying bug where the enemies kept running into my axe over and over again with their shield, thus stunlocking me. They couldn't reach me to hurt me though, so it was just an endless stalemate where I couldn't move. I broke out of it eventually, but it was still a bit annoying. Cool hats though, and cool music.
Nice game. It was obviously a lot like lemmings, but it was animated and made well. Could have used an end sprite.
Nice game! The physics were pretty nice and smooth, although there was a slight issue when you moved into a wall horizontally while in midair. Still, for the most part, the platforming physics were quite nice. The theme concept was done really well, and I also really liked the difficulty curve. I eventually gave up when I had to climb that tower with retracting spikes. The fact that the checkpoint was so far before the hard part was unfortunate. Still, the whole thing was quite well designed and animated. Good job!
Nice game! It got quite difficult, but I beat it!
The concept was pretty simple, but it was fun all the same. I know I was supposed to fight the space ships while doing the memory puzzle, but I always finished the puzzle so quickly that they never posed a threat to earth :P.
I'm not quite sure I entirely understood it, but it was very cool visually, and it seemed like a good concept!
Nice idea, but unfortunately, as you have stated, it was very, very unfinished. What you did have seemed to work pretty well, although I couldn't go north or south (unknown if this is intentional or not), and the chatbox went off the bottom of the screen a ways. Still, for learning a completely new framework, it ain't bad.
Web didn't work, so I downloaded. Making that dungeon infinite and also on the same screen was very mindscrewy. Great job with that. Other than that, it was a nice polished roguelike RPG. Could it have used a few more features? Yes. Did it need them? No. All in all, it was a fun game, and I must have played it for at least fifteen minutes. Great audio BTW!
Unfortunately I didn't have a second person on hand with which to play this, but I could tell it would have been pretty fun. Sound and music were really great, and the concept was funny as well. Graphics were also nice, and the whole thing was just really well made. My main gripe with it is that it was so tiny, but there's an alternate version for that. Overall, just a really good job.
Nice game. I never really did find out what sticks did, but after a while of spamming stormcallers, my world got entirely buried in snow, and I couldn't get it back. You were expecting the theme to be Unicode snowman, weren't you? ;)
Nice idea, but I do agree that the transitions took too long. They did look really nice though. Unfortunately, on later levels, it seemed almost impossible to dodge all the enemy bullets, and the timer would run out in under a second. Still, nice graphics, and really cool concept!
It was an interesting idea, and a fun game. The graphics were pretty nice, and the physics worked really well. It was challenging, and kept me playing for a while, although I can't say I was that good. I got a highscore of 2000
Woo! 4th overall! Not bad...
The game was quite fun, and very addictive. The graphics worked really well, and everything was just really well put together.
One issue I did have is that it didn't have auto unfocus pausing, so when I dropped my mouse on the floor at one point, I quickly swapped tabs, thinking it would pause it. I lost all but one life.
Interesting game. It took a minute to get the hang of, but once I got it, it was fun. I'm not sure if I did that well though. Final score: 255.
Really nice mood on this! The music really added a lot, and I liked the idea of 'memorizing guard patterns' a lot! Good work!
Nice game I had some fun.
The concept was simple, yet effective. It was quite fun, although I would suggest you make the workers default to building above gathering logs, unless there are no more logs. The music was quite good, but oddly somber for the frenetic nature of the game. Still, I had a lot of fun!
It actually was pretty amusing for the first little while. I think this would make a great screen saver.
One improvement I would make is making it so that the cars actually avoid each other. It was cool as it was, but the thing I like the most about watching real life traffic patterns is seeing how thousands of cars flow in and out, but not a single one hits another (at least usually). I hope you keep working on this though, it's cool!
Nice tight game. Simple, effective, eye killing.
Interesting game. The background was a bit noisy to see enemies on, but the movement was very smooth, and the difficulty curve was nice. Those purple stars are pretty hard to catch!
It's odd to say this, but the imperfect translations are part of the charm. "He live plenty more experiences". :P
The animations all looked nice, and it was a nice little game. Sometimes it seemed like the choices for pressing 1 and 2 didn't appear, so I had to guess. Still, nice game, and I liked the music.
Nice game! I found it extremely difficult to play on anything other than the slowest setting though. Everything was smooth, and the background looked nice. Nice simple concept, executed well. Good job!
I think I speak for the whole world when I say "What the hell?" Gameplay was pretty fun, music got annoying after a while, what the hell?
Not a bad snake game. I liked the arrows flying around and the blocks appearing, and it never seemed like they appeared in unfair places. Unfortunately, at the rate I was dying, there was just about 0 chance that I'd make it to the final boss. Still, it seemed pretty well made, so good job!
Unfortunately, this game is just too much for my pathetic screen resolution. Looked cool though
Well that was wonderfully weird! :)
Nice gameplay, although there seemed to be a bit of lag with the player controls. It was just a run-of-the-mill scrolling shooter. Then it got cool. Good job, it was certainly an experience. Supercool visuals.
Really nice idea, and it had some very cool elements! With a bit of work, I can see this being really awesome, especially if you coded realistic evolution via natural selection, genetics, reproduction, and that sort of thing!
Nice idea, but very difficult, and it was annoying to have to start again from the top every time. It also would have been nice had the switches turned off to the beat, rather than on off beats. Still, those are quibbles, and the actual game was pretty awesome, I have top admit.
Really cool. I dug the hell outta the graphics and visual effects. VERY cool. Concept was cool as well. A bit of explanation as to the nature of the different collectibles might have been nice. Seriously good job.
Kind of an odd game. I liked it a lot, and everything was smooth and worked well. If there was a way to attack, I couldn't find it, so I instead relied on leading the enemies out of my way, then running away as fast as possible. The music was odd at first, but it grew on me.
