Ludipe: The first money (not coin) collecting part is "not fun" on purpose (and the secound too). Maybe some of the stages are less interresting at the end, we did not have that much time to work on those to make it really enjoyable, but we have finished all the stages we intend to finish. We are planing to polish those parts and add audio also.
deathray: The coin collectig part might be a bit hard, but try to work ahead with the mouse before you start moving, in that way you can have more time watching the ghost. Try to kite the ghost!

Nice charater designa and its just such a fun theme! I really like the graphics style of the game and the music is also chill and fiths the colorful theme of the graphics. I think this is a really cool twist/idea for a TD alternative, where you can't build new towers but you have to reposition them strategically, I would think a bigger game could be based on this idea. The upgrades could be cheaper and more visibly powerful :-D There could be more variety in the waves - but I guess you know all of this just you had a time limit as we all did :-) But its a really impressive result for this jam! ps: the sound in the title screen might be a bit too intense for me :D ps2: I also had to read the description to figure out what the tree does
Impressive achivement for such a short jam! Congrats well done! I really liked the graphics and the sounds were nice too. Gameplaywise I did not feel like I have a choice in the game, there are two things made me think that: 1) enemies are coming from a random direction 2) I can not make mazes for the enemies. These two things made me think the best strategy is just to build towers as close and as dense as possible to the base and hope for the best. Its possible that I did not know all the mechanis of the game and this idea is copletely wrong. The controls were intuitive and clear! Anyways well done, impressive implementation!
Cool time management game idea, very nice result for your first LD congratz! Unfortunately the game fits the theme very well. Music is simple but fitting and the same is true for the graphics. The core gameplay was a bit too simple and repetative for me, there could be more thing to do than putting out fires. But I really liked the idea of a tycoon/management part of this, for sure could be further developed into a full fledged game. ps: I could not put out the fire which spawned in new zealand below the "Building: 7/7" text
I love the graphics and the atmosphere, sounds were really fitting also well dont on that! The lakes could have an indicator on that detector device, because I gave up finding the last one on day 1. Some of my improvement ideas would be, based on day1 gameplay: -some more environmental storytelling -a map would help a lot, it could be without showing where collectibles/task goals are, just I wanted to know if I checked some part of this land or not -the scanning of the detector could be faster - just making it a bit more noob/beginner friendly Anyways really nice work for a 72 hour game!
Very nice game, very nice graphics! I was able to defeat the king and play with the crown :D I wanted more levels after getting that cool bow! Really, I really enjoyed it. The only think I would mention, that on like 25% of the levels you don't have to do anything at all to pass. And there was that one where you start in the middle of a spike square - that I never managed :D So, its really nice, I can imagine turning this to a longer game with more levels, good job! :D
Music and the graphics are very charming, but I don't really know what to do. I am moving around, and I assume I ran out of actionpoints to spend and my character does nothing. Even if I waited for a few if this 10 second cycles I still could not move. But it really looks very promising!

Very nice warioware like minigames! Each game felt distinct form the other and had also a distinct theme. I was never able to do the race and the meatball game and on the other hand the doodle jump game was way to easy :D But its fair. :-D Nice moody background noises. Well done!
Woow, super nice game, very good humor and interesting, unique gameplay! Took me some time to get into whats going on, but worth it! :D I had a bit hard time figuring out where to go, but then I realized if I quickly switch between the two sections on the clock, back and forth then I can stay on the platform where I was :D Graphics are very charming, 3d pixel art the best! Good and also very unique use of the theme! I really enjoyed it, very nice game!

Well done putting something together for the compo! I like the charming graphics! The shoot sounds were a bit too clucky for my taste, but they are fine :D Impressive to implement an ONLINE highscore system in there in the compo category! But I really don't get the point of the timer countdown - it felt like I am waiting constantly 6.5 seconds after every wave for the next. Maybe the planes from the current wave could come back on top and then I have 10 seconds to defeat them all? Enemy bullets are also not very visible, I think they should be in bright colors and very disctinct from everything else (also they might be too small). Anyways well done and good job! :D
@teddyreid thank you man, it is possible to progress on there, you never have to backtrack (and you can not progress a section without having the proper level)! (A hint for that section: higher level enemies give you more exp (you might not want to kill all the enemies though)) :D

Charming graphics and very chill gameplay :D I really liked, afer all these fast paces 10 seconds game to chill and navigate the ships :D Is there any penalty for sending the ships away into nothing? Currently it looks like its a proper strat to get rid of ships you dont really want, just point them at the edge of the screen :D Anyways, very cool game, nice work!

I likke the lemmings style gameplay with big time pressure provides a nice challange :D I had troubles seeing the map exactly, especially when there was this "rotating 4piece, 4directions" puzzle piece almost in the background and I had to time it perfectly to save that character. Anyways, cool that you had time to implement a story too with compo rules, well done!
I have no idea what I was doing. Some more description would be nice, because your screenshot with that bigass city looks ipressive and I want to build something like that - but I really had no clue what was going on. After a while I could not build, the game started beeping and I lost :D So a quick tutorial or some more detailed description could help - apparently there is a lot more content in there than I actually could try out. Anyways, looks very impressive for a JAM entry!
I really like this picross variant! Theme fit is quite well too! Graphics were also cute and fit the game thematically. Unfortunately the snail felt a bit too slow, but I understand that was needed to make tiles be destroyed in 10sec fit the LD theme. Really fells like a finished game which in such a short time very impressive! Nice work!

Nice take on the theme! The character looked cute :D I like the puzzely levels with enough action to make it fun. Once I managed to end up in a cruel "spike vs block" unescapable situation, but it was all my fault! Welld one!

Very very very nice game! Cool ide, cool music, cool graphics! The whole concept really fits the theme! I think these is some balancing issue, because if you spam the 10 cost turrets at the edge of the screen, enemies have nochance to getting on the screen at all :D Otherwise it became very laggy around score 2000 on my pc. Nevertheless it is the best game I tried so far in this LD. Nice job! 10.png
Fun game, I like the base defense take on the theme, eventhoguh its quite obvious. The graphics style is cool and killing cockroaches are fun! I got a bit dizzy when there was a lot of enemies all marching to the middle :D I think the endgame trigger was missing because nothing happened when the base got destroyed. The shooting audio sample got pretty annoying fast. Anyways well done!
Music and the art style is very nice! I did not really get the implementation of the theme - I think it only matters when there are enemies on the screen too, otherwise I just had to wait (till the end of the turn) to move again - which felt too slow. Shooting the enemies were fun - but their attacks from the fog of war was not :D I got sniped out a few times till I figured out the black space on the ocean means that I am being targetted by a cannonball :D Otherwise, I think this could be a really good ground for an actual game, but I think you have to decide if it should be real-time or turn based :-D Music was pretty plaful and fitting the piratey lore! Anyways very nice job, keep up with the good work!
Cool core mechanic, nice to see a game created with open bets of rage :D I did not get how the timing working, I assume it went up a bit when I collected the proper colored fruit. I also don't know if theres any and of the fruit collection, at a point I just gave up :D
I really like the core machanics of this game. I find it very unique and interresting. However I think moving with cards makes sense when there are enemies on the screen, but when there are non it just feels like an unneccesary obstacle, which makes everything you wanna do slow - but anyways I really like this mechanic. Feels a bit incomplete as I only found arrows and potions in the questionmarks. 10 seconds is just perfect to make it a bit hasty turn based game. Anyways very nice, would be nice to see where this could go!
I like the speed, but maybe this was a bit too much :D Generally cool idea for the theme, music was also fitting very well for the game, but I did not feel like I have much impact there. After a while I could not react fast enoguh to hit the asteroids. My start was also to not move, because then I only have to hit the asteroids which came to the front of the ship. Also felt like there could have been more asteroids to shoot and maybe the ability to shoot faster. Anyways, had fun until lvl 9, good job, nice game!

Please dive a bit more detalied description of the controls, it was hardly able to find it out :-D It looked like mostly I was attacking with LMB but I did someting special when my energy bar was full. What the other bars do? I have no ide :-D Otherwise the concept is really cool and fits the theme really well. Also like the bug-battlearea game very much with tactical decisions based on the random abilities you get! Graphics also really cool, well done!
Highscore: 16 :D I like the graphics very much and I think this warioware style of microgames swapped every 10 secons is a really god fit for the theme. Music was pretty chill too. Maybe the minigames could have some twists - they seem pretty usual as they are now. Good work anyways!
Very clever idea! I really like the concept of shotting "block" at the appropriate section of the map to be able to survive! After a while it gets really chaotic with the shooting enemies and stuff, most of the block fell on my head and I could not really build :D Also I think it would be nice to be able to manipulate the position of the enemies somehow (maybe they turn around on first hit?) Graphics very cool, fitting music! I liked it very much!
I escaped :D I liked the core combat of the game and to manouver enemies into the AOE spells. The mouse aiming is a bit off and the snow attack did not work for me on the left side. The game covers the theme pretty well - but it would be nice if you could somehow trigger a smaller attack early, when there are only one enemy left. A pssoible future idea: it would be nice to gain some boosts or bonuses when you manage to kill a given number of enemies (a lot) with only one spell :D
I managed to get to the escape pod yay :D Nice game, feels a bit unfinished. Unfortunately I could not defeat anything with my superpowerful flamethrower! Graphics are really nice! Just in the room before the escape pod the time counter got a bit confused. It started counting down and sometimes up - maybe its on purpose, it got me confused :D Music was a bit too monotone for my ears. Anyways nice work guys!

"Missin Success Thank you" - was a bit hard to get to this message :D I kind of like the graphics, imho would be nicer if different resolution pixel art wasnt mixed, but its still nice. And the music cool too. General idea for the theme was good - but the plaforming was very-very-very inprecise. I often stuck on the edge of the wall when falling down, or on top of the bigger enemies - was a bit hard to control the character. Anyways very nice work for first design, well done!

I really like this arts syle: pixelart with some 3d depth. Also hexa basedefens, looks cool! But it feels like I encountered a bug. Everytime when I spend all my energy to buy new units, I got defeated immidiately. Maybe its not a bug, but I really don't get how it works. Also I think the castle is too big/high, I had hard time to move a unit behind the castle. Anyways I see that this concept could be developed further, well done anyways! :D

Very cool conecept, really fits the theme. I really like the feel of this game. Sounds and graphics are really coherent and fun. I also found it a bit on the hard side, which could be good, but would be nice to restart the actual level instead of going back to lvl0 :-D Also, I think the swords hitbox/damage hitbox comes too late, according to the animation I expect it to already kill the enemies when it still does not. Also would be nice to hit faster :D But that could be just my personal preference! I do think this could be further developed nicely! Anways, very nice game for this jam, good work!
