Sooo good. Probably my favourite out of the 100+ I've played!

Sooo good. Probably my favourite out of the 100+ I've played!
Love it! Very quirky!
"LudumDare really needs a better comment system, so that people don't have to manually tell people when they replied to someone..."
Got to agree with ya there.. wanted to let you know my game link is back up. :)
and nice work on yours! very cool!
Brilliant! Nicely done!
Super cool! I dug this one.
oh yeah, meant to say, I can't believe no one's commented on the tardis. I wanted to get in that thing so bad!
Through hours of deep meditation and contemplation, it has become apparent to me that which is my Achille's heel:
My games cannot be defeated by mere mortals.
Okay, so I accidentally made it waaay too hard..
Thank you everyone for trying and letting me know! I do have 1 report of it being beaten. Hats off to that guy!
(He's my brother.)
Be on the lookout for new (less impossible) versions of this game in the future!
Thanks again, to everyone for playing. My brother made a walkthrough for it. Check it out! http://youtu.be/y71ajUP1Xks and check out his twitch: www.twitch.tv/thetacticaldonut
Scirra (whose arcade the game is on) put out a new version yesterday, which sometimes can take some of their stuff down temporarily. Usually doesn't last longer than a day or two, so hopefully it will be back up soon!
I agree with the others about being distracted from the goal by the enemies. Even so, it's still sooo fun. I love the way it feels. Great work!
Simple and fun!
Very nice. Gives me a nostalgic feeling!
Feels really nice. Finish it! :)
Yes, please continue. I'd like to see where this goes!
Very nice! Point and click adventure is my favourite. I played it a few times.
Really nice atmosphere!
Oh man! Beautiful. My favourite thing about games is when they create atmosphere. Nailed it. Kinda reminds me of Bastion.
I just had this really weird epiphany where I realized I told you this reminded me of Bastion, and I really meant Transistor.. haha.
Hey, what can I say?.. It's a start! :)
Simple and fun! Well done!
Couldn't get it to run. Firefox - just a blank screen. Chrome says something about webgl. Probably my ancient graphics card's fault.
Really creative concept! Very fun and addictive.
This is awesome. One of my favourites, for sure! A bit difficult at times, but also really rewarding. Solid and well-rounded game!
Well done! Fun to play.. That little box at the end seems a bit misleading seeing as how the first snowball ends up needing to be 4 times the size of the biggest snowball.
Great atmosphere. Kinda vague, though. First time through I didn't even realize I was playing yet. Second time, I got me a nice snowman, though. :)
Really a fun game, once you get going. I really didn't care for the 3D graphics, though.. Kept me playing a while, nonetheless!
I like it. I like the way the controls feel. kinda.. fluffy? Fits the style very nicely.
I like the silly sound effects. A bit too hard to figure out what to do. I started to figure it out, but having the letters hide there got frustrating because I couldn't get them back without restarting.
Pogs and a Nuke in the same lint trap. Wanna play pogs? I dare you to beat me.
A sad feeling?! I thought it was awesome!
Interesting. Love the style! Fun!
Getting a 404: not found.
Very entertaining! Would be great on mobile. Pretty addictive.
Cool game! Love the cannon jump and the graphics. Nicely done!
Really nice, simple and very atmospheric platformer. Love the use of the text from Alice.
Cool! Love the graphics! Jump sound is a bit loud.
A very beautiful and relaxing survival game. I enjoyed it very much!
Nice. I like the powerups.
Wow! The concept is just fantastic! I was impressed with how balanced it was, too, with all that going on. Nicely done!
Needs a little something more. Not a bad little game, though. I enjoyed playing it. Not sure why it's called dungeon...
I love the music. Shifts the mood well between and during battles. Really fun game, too!
Love the art style! I like the tall layout, too. I couldn't quite figure out what to do, though.
I couldn't tell if it was laggy or if the controls are just kinda slippery. Whatever it was, I couldn't really get very far. Nice tiles, though!
Love it! Very solid. Clever concept. Love the music and the way it changes as your playing. (PS I played on web, and my system is really not very good, and the jank was pretty minimal.)
Cool concept! Nice work!
The applause made me laugh. I love dark games like this. Nice atmosphere!
Not my cup of tea, but well done, nonetheless! I played for a while!
Very clever take on the theme! Score: 424. This would make a great mobile game.
The only game shorter than mine! :) Clever idea. Could be really interesting if expanded upon.
Well. My head just exploded. Thank you for that.
I don't know why, but this one made me laugh. I love the ragtime tune. I felt like it was making fun of me for not being able to get more than 2. For some reason, it's so addictive! Great job!
Cool idea! I agree about sometimes getting confused which way I was facing.. Would be really fun multiplayer - for some reason it kinda reminds me of Goldeneye 64. I guess cause you could always look at other people's screens to see where they were, heh.
Very cool puzzle! The music worked perfectly. I summoned Santa! Made me feel smart. :)
It probably wasn't the best idea to hire a bunch of stoners to mine Mars... Seriously, though, the redneck voice acting was awesome (Trust me, I'm from Arkansas, I know.).. As others have said, fun, great concept. A bit tedious gameplay wise.
I like the concept. I'm okay with slow pacing, it is an assassin game, after all.. But I had a hard time really figuring out how to accomplish anything.
Rudolf is such a jerk! I couldn't beat him.. I guess I ruined Christmas.
So hard! In all the right ways... Very nice, old school vibe.
Silly. I like the music.
Very cool game! I dig the map moving mechanic which was implemented quite nicely!
Super solid! All the details you put into it are brilliant!
Well, there's boxes and you shoot 'em! What more can I say? Good job!
Haha! Love the art! The music is nice and subtle, too.
This game's got style!
haha! @asobitech beat me to it!
I love this! Great concept. I really enjoyed planning ahead for those teleports.
I enjoyed that very much! Great story. Cool graphics. Nice sound. Just good all around. Great work! Also appreciated the name of the ship. :)
Very fun! Very polished! My eyes can only handle that for so long, though.. Nice work!
Thanks for the kind words everyone! @Thommy There is an ending. It's terribly exciting...
Thanks again for all the kind words everyone! It's quite nice. Last compo my game was basically impossible, so kind words were few and far between. heh.
I'm glad people are enjoying it. Especially glad to hear folks say it's intuitive. I always like games that don't need words. That was one of my goals. Thanks for the comments!
@Everyone: Thank you so much for playing Snowbert and for leaving such kind comments. Snowbert loves you!
Love the music!
That music! Sheesh, I am so nervous! Bit buggy, kinda hard to find everything, but an awesome game, nonetheless!
This game is just awesome. One of my favourites, for sure. I love being able to see all the levels in the background.
I'm such a big fan of your art. I love that little guy. He's fun. I almost really liked all the audio, but there's one part of the music that drives me crazy, haha. As stated before me, attacking kinda gets thrown out the window. Very cool, though!
With just a bit more depth, this would do really well on mobile.
The style is very cool but I really couldn't figure out what I was doing beyond just spamming they keys.
Cool! I like the way it looks and feels a lot!
Very effective, simple shooter. Love the transport thing. Awesome!
Simple. Effective.
Cool idea, but the best I could do was spin around shooting to make some nice fibonacci spirals. :)
Nice concept. The player movement killed it for me though. Love the music!
Throws you right into it! I would like to be able to see the text info at the bottom a little better so I could keep up. Cool game!
Nice atmosphere. Kinda wish there was a little more to it. But I enjoyed it!
The game didn't fit on my screen (ironic, considering the theme).. I managed to play it a bit anyway. I love the concept. Would love to see a cleaned-up version.
You want a soda? Go to the fridge and get it yourself! You've already had like 3! I like the graphics. and of course, the touchingly poetic dialogue.
Clever use of the theme! I enjoyed playing. I wished the arrows would've grew too, so I could still see them.
So entertaining! Got a score of 123!
Too..much...coffee. Sitting at a computer desk, playing a game about sitting at a computer desk, playing a game.. Why'd you have to go and get all existential on us?.. Love it!
This is so awesome! Love the METAL!!
Cool! I like all the various little guys.
Selecting objects can get a bit tricky. I had just about given up and was going to declare this "prison simulator" haha. Once I got it going, though, it was pretty cool!
cool characters!
Pretty nice little game!
Cool rearranging effect. Nice game! I enjoyed it!
Oh yeah, indeed! Very fun! Feels super smooth.
Took me a minute to get the hang of it, but once I did, I couldn't stop! Nice job!
Fun all the way through! Clever game.
Really enjoyable auto-runner! Love the graphics and music!
If the red guys don't kill ya, the sound effects will. :P Seriously, though. I like the powerups and the way the enemies colour fades to show their health. Pretty cool.
I like it.. I could see myself playing this for hours on a night when the insomnia kicks in...
Looks awesome! Unfortunately, I couldn't get past the loading screen.. :/
Cool idea! Fun game. Turrets definitely OP.
Pretty cool! Controls feel a bit clunky/slow but I found the kills to be really satisfying!
Loved the art style. Fun to play as a snowman!
Fun! Kept me playing for a while. I really like the concept and the music.
I really like this one! Kept me playing a while.
Fun but TOUGH.
Silly. Love the tuba music.
Good graphics, Great music! Solid game.
It's exactly like my real life, only my pizza guy's not Fry... I love the phone voice.
Who doesn't stay up late nights just imagining what it would be like to be a poo-spreading roomba?! It's like a dream come true...
The Graphics are super-impressive! Fun concept. I'd like to see it finished!
Enjoyable and relaxing puzzler!
You could maybe almost get away with a strange jump mechanic like that, if you could find a way to convince the player there's some reason they move that way. Maybe.. Anyway, nice entry!
Simple but fun! Lots of potential!
Interesting little game. Good use of the same room over and over. PS The only way I got controls working was by pressing TAB.
Very cool! Especially solid considering all the firsts! Reminded me of the game Chip's Challenge that used to come with windows back in the day..
Wow. Great style! It looks beautiful.
It can get a bit slow-paced at times..The beginning intro seems a bit extraneous and the fact that is basically makes you wait a couple minutes to start playing doesn't help.. Also, I think I was dying from fall damage, but there was no feedback to let me know that's what was happening. Those minor issues aside, I really really enjoyed playing this game. Great atmosphere, great music. The story kept me interested and everything worked solidly. One of my favourite entries thus far!
Awesome game! Really challenging. Every time you clear an obstacle you feel so proud of yourself. Music made me happy.
I lost by 7 appearance points!! (My secret operative internet fixed..). Extremely well-polished. Music helps set the kid-room mood. I love the colours. Nicely done!
Very nice! Lovely atmosphere, super polished! One of my favourite entries!
Why is this game so FUN?! At first I was just like.. okay, great.. what am I doing..? as soon as that first spike popped up, I was like AWWW MAN! The music sets the mood perfectly. I couldn't stop playing.
Interesting! PS sensory-deprivations tanks ARE cool!
Neat concept. Extremely difficult. Nice retro vibe!
I love games like this! So much strategy in such a small space. Nice job!
Fun little skill game. It's so satisfying when you succeed! This is the kinda game that could have 100 levels and people would play them all. Great use of the theme, too!
What a predicament, indeed! I like it! Charming and fun.
It's really nice, albeit short. The graphics provide a nice feel and the fan puzzle mechanic is pretty great! Lots of potential.
Simply Brilliant. This should be a required addition to all chat rooms.
Is the cat required to be an observer, or does its existence in a single well-defined classical state require another external observer?
Very cool! Love the style. The ambient music fit perfectly. I really like the way jumping feels and also those birds.
Cool game! I could see it being made into a CCG.
That kept me entertained for way longer than it should have...
@everyone I'm really enjoying the comments you're leaving. Thank you for allowing me to thoroughly confuse you (and sorry to those of you prone to motion sickness!). I agree with pretty much everything everyone has said. For what it's worth, my original idea was for each version of the room to be be in a different state and other dimensions would effect each other. For example: In one dimension, the kitchen is flooded, so you have to go to another and turn off the sink.. stuff like that.. There was even gonna be a dog in the doghouse! but, you know.. 48 hours. Anyway, Thanks to all of you for playing!
Interesting concept! I like games that make me think thoughts like, "Oh no! I need to kill time, but I need to turn on the coffee pot before I can afford another turret!"
I could do with a little more feedback to let me know I'm extinguishing the flames (sometimes it just felt like it wasn't working), and one time I got myself stuck against the wall and couldn't get out. Other than that, really nice concept. I like the way you have to strategically plan your movement and extinguishing in tandem. That's a cool mechanic.
It would feel a lot better if pots/enemies disappeared as soon as the bullet hit them (before their explosion/sound effect). This is probably why people are saying they got tired of spamming shoot. I didn't even realize everything only takes 1 hit to destroy cause you can shoot it several times before it's actually gone. (Think about it logically.. If i break something, does the sound/explosion happen before I actually see the broken result? or after?) It's especially hard to tell with the enemies, because despite being dead, they're still moving toward you for a short moment... Anyway, other than that, solid work. as stated before, your shots do feel really powerful, which is nice.
Really nice atmosphere for something so simple. and really fun, too! I'd like to see it with some sort of upgrade system for your droid and base. One note, I'm not so good at differentiating between greens and blues, so that made things a bit trickier for me..
A bit bare-bonesish, but a solid entry!
You made him an otter. He couldn't refuse. I like his glowy eyes.
Simply lovely.
Good concept. A bit too easy (the enemies rarely even make it on screen!), but still really addictive!
Well made! I would've liked a little more mouse sensitivity, and maybe just have it auto-shoot.. but that's just me. Nice work!
I love it! Throw in some kooky sound effects and I'd be hooked (pun intended)!
Listening to music and clicking boxes!
Creative concept! Who knew punching a wall over and over could be so fun..?
Simple. Solid. Nice!
Really cool concept. The controls take some getting used to, as they should. I love how as you're playing, you're just constantly getting better at it. At first it seems almost impossible, but once you get going, it's really fun!
Simply lovely. Finished the game. I loved every aspect of it (chill speed, labyrinth surprise, bouncy friends). Now I'm just sitting here listening to the music. Might be cool to make kind of a "art-generator" with the light paths.
Very professional, and very boring. Title music is pretty awesome.
Cool concept. A bit slow-paced. I almost didn't make it past the beginning where it's just back and forth between the two airports for a while. That 3rd airport showed up about 2 seconds before I gave up. If there were a way to make it a bit more fast-paced, maybe more leveling up and bonuses, I think it could be really fun.
Good music, good vibes, good use of theme. I could never get used to the player acceleration though. That felt a little off to me. Overall, a very solid entry!
Ha! I love it!
15 in a row! Congratulations! Lovely work, as always, from yous guys (especially Darwin). The atmosphere is wonderful.
I love it! The sounds and art create a great atmosphere and the way the mechanics get just a little more and more complicated as you go is really well done! Nice work!
Fun! The music is great, made it super intense. I really wanted to upgrade my gun. Fleshed out and polished up and this could be a really great game!
Pretty interesting game. I like the vibe of it. Lots of potential. At some point I got stuck going up a ramp. I eventually made it up, but then I fell off and still couldn't get back up there, so I gave up. Cool game, though!
Cute little game! Kinda reminds me of Oregon trail. I really like the vibe the music and art create. The minigames were a bit too difficult, but other than that, nice game!
That had me smiling so big. As simple as it is, that is super fun. Nicely done!
The controls are extremely loose, although I think I would've gotten into drifting with the loose controls, if tapping the wall didn't result in a complete spinout. Fun idea though!
Great atmosphere. The graphics and music work perfectly with the puzzley gameplay. It just feels good. Solid Work!
That is incredibly FUN! Brilliant concept. The goals can be seriously satisfying. I love it!
Very nice little game. The atmosphere is lovely. Reminds me of Samorost which is one of my favourites! I love it! I would love to play a larger version with more levels.
Very solid game. and fun, too! It's pretty hard, but it seems about right. Kept me coming back for more. Nice work!
I love the music! Created a lot of atmosphere. I like the way the pieces sink into the water, too. Pretty good little game!
That's surpringly fun! Great use of the theme. The graphics and sound FX fit together well. Grrrreat job!
I was thoroughly entertained by that! I thought the controls were perfect for making me feel like I was puppeteering. Music was awesome.
A lot more fun than I expected it to be. Some sound/music would've really put the icing on the cake. Nice work!
Very solid! I loved the shrinking/growing mechanic and I especially loved the surreal feeling of opening the door to the outside only to reveal another, much larger door! Reminded me a bit of Myst, which is one of my favourites. Nice work!
I harvested all the things. Not sure what else to do? Couple of things that drove me crazy: having to click back in the console after typing a command, and moving/rotating around whilst typing commands. Music is nice!
Really nicely done! A lot of fun concepts working well together in a small space. Great work!
I LOVE the music! It was a little confusing to get going at first, but once I got the hang of everything that was going on, it was really fun! Great job!
Well-made game with a fun vibe! Pretty difficult, but keeps you coming back for more.
Nice little text adventure. I called out the choices/results to my 4 year old, he had a lot of fun calling the shots, "Hunt the TortoiseFoxes! Eat the ElephantCentipedes!" He survived 13 days.
Nice little puzzler. Good concept. Needs more everything, music/sound, art, and especially levels! Fun game, though!
I like the concept. All the coloured orbs floating around makes for a nice atmosphere. and it felt cool, the way your character isn't really anywhere -- just like.. floating god orbs world. That sound byte playing over and over drove me nuts, though!
Took me a few tries to get going. The concept is really fun, the balance just needs some work. I think it'd be really fun if you eventually start adding more of each assignment until you have this whole big busy hive going. The atmosphere with the music and art is really nice, too! Great job!
Really nice old-school vibe. Fun gameplay. I thought the controls were just a bit too loose, especially considering the punishment for one wrong move results in you either getting smacked off the screen, or letting an invader up a whole building! Good game, though!
The music is fantastic! I didn't really have much idea what I was doing, though, and when I figured it out, I wasn't particularly satisfied at the idea of just clicking my brains out. Maybe that's just me. The art is quite nice, also. Great job!
Interesting concept. The controls aren't only difficult to figure out, they seem inconsistent, which makes learning them very difficult. I really like the idea and the general mood of the game, though. Nice job!
It's a fish tank for 14 year olds on psychedelics. Awesome.
Very solid entry! Would make a solid-base for a survival game.
Nice idea! Clever concept. If it were polished up, I could see this idea catching on. Great job!
Simple, but solid! I managed to win after a few tries! Could definitely be the start of a great game! Great job!
Very cool take on a classic. I like the concept a lot. It's a bit too difficult. Maybe a larger cube or a slightly higher camera angle. Some way to give you a little more time to react to obstacles. Nicely done! For another take on the same game, check out Snake on a Plane: https://ldjam.com/events/ludum-dare/38/snake-on-a-plane!
That was interesting. I wasn't really sure what I was doing, or why I was doing, but I kept doing it anyway because I was having fun. I really like the graphics.
Simple but solid game. The simplicity and the whole cookie monster thing make it a really good kid's game. Great work!
This is insanely entertaining. Very solid entry. The sound effects are perfect. It just makes you smile. eep! eep! AAYYY!
I like this one a lot. It's fairly polished and it reminds me of the Myst games which are some of my favourites. This could be a really great start to a really great game. I love it, great work!
Great concept! Needs something, not sure what, maybe just sound. I'm just glad someone's drawing attention to the important issue of keeping our volcanoes clean!
That was.. interesting. haha. Stomping on things is always fun! Love the dancing animation at the beginning.
a maze ing story, bro hammer.
I loved that. Great take on the theme. I love abstract experiences like that. The whole thing is very introspective and beautiful. Nice work!
Not bad!
This is just.. phenomenal. Everything about it.
I love that. I wish all music sequencers were this fun!
Interesting concept. Fun game. The mouse control was just a bit awkward, but other than, I enjoyed it!
Interesting little game. I really like the sunset part with the weird doors. The controls got a little sticky now and then, but overall, a pretty nice little platformer. (The credits said something about audio, but I didn't hear any sound?)
@3cbb I gave it a listen. Cool tune! I feel like it fits the sunset background nicely, but not so sure how well it fits the rest of the game...
Nice little platformer. Good vibe, good controls.
The controls are pretty hard to get used to, but they're not far off. The music is super fun. And who doesn't love sperm?! Fun game!
VERY solid! Super old-school vibe - almost hard to believe it wasn't made a few decades ago. Really fun. Nice job!
I either died or I escaped. That was pretty fun. Simple, but fun. Nice job!
Nicely put together game! Good art, good music, fun gameplay. Solid work!
Hooray for Godot! This was my first LD with it, too. Game is cool. Simple, but cool. I love Frederick and throwing little people through space!
Cool, simple little game! Well put together. Interesting combination of game mechanics. Nice job!
Haha! Oh man. I'm not sure how you got the rights to my birth story, but this game is a-ok with me.
Pretty awesome game! I love the music (though the volume up/down of it got to me a bit). Really nice-feeling controls. It's really just solid. Other than the randomness that sometimes makes it unfair, it's super good. My god is the sun.
Good use of the theme, fun take on a classic. The controls are a bit funky, but it's a fun concept! For another take on the same game, check out Snake on a Plane: https://ldjam.com/events/ludum-dare/38/snake-on-a-plane!
I enjoyed that. Good concept. Kept me entertained. Free Mode was a nice touch. I like the kinda silly, old-school graphics and music.
Really cool concept! I love the idea that the whole world is your health meter. The music gave it a really fun feel. I like the art, but I think a different style might make it a little more playable/make it easier to tell what's going on. But I love it, FUN!
The music and Sound FX are great!.. and who doesn't want to play as a rainbow-puking alpaca? Simple but fun!
I didn't really get what I was doing, other than spamming buttons.. and then I won! I guess it would make sense as like a couch co-op thing. Great work!
The idea of driving around as RC cars avoiding things and recharging your batteries is a really fun one. I just wanted to go so much faster! I had a lot of fun flinging dog food everywhere. Good job!
Really solid, classic, arcade-style game! I love it! It's really addictive. The overheating timeout is a bit harsh, but other than that, I think it's pretty great!
I like that concept, but it started to hurt my eyes after a while. Really nice take on some classic-style puzzling, though. Nice work!
The music is really cool. I'm not sure how well it fits the game, though. The mouse control is a bit awkward. I like the concept and the graphics a lot. Seems really difficult. I could never last very long.
Really nice game. I love the atmosphere. The controls are a bit difficult to get used to, but I really enjoyed this one!
This might be my highest rated game. I love everything about this. The style and humour remind me of Ren & Stimpy. The music reminds me of Danny Elfman. It's wonderful! Really nice work! I listened to everything that giant chicken had to say, and I was dying laughing, not at what he was saying, but at the fact that I was still sitting there, listening.. and now here I am, wandering around with this fake treasure map...
This is a really fun game. Even when you hit the planets (lose), it's somehow really satisfying, heh. I like how the faces of the planets show fear. A couple suggestions: I would've liked to been able to just click the asteroid into place instead of having to drag it, and I would've liked to been able to see the bat thing during that click, so I could see it's angle of rotation. I love this one, though! Very fun!
Polka + cats.
The effects are pretty!
This might be really fun if there were a bit more to it. I think the music is great!
That is really cool. It just looks good. Great take on a classic. I love the movement of the snake. I was dying for some music, though! The art has so much atmosphere, it really needs it! For another take on the same game, check out Snake on a Plane: https://ldjam.com/events/ludum-dare/38/snake-on-a-plane!
