Hey, we played your game on our stream for a bit. Only got a little bite of it, but what we saw was great. Gonna go back to it and finish it so I can give you a proper rating. Really impressive work, the world you created so quickly is really intriguing. https://www.twitch.tv/videos/141167557
Amazing presentation, great job. I'm really impressed by the attention to detail; the limited palette of muted colors, the responsive controls, the fluid motion when activating the panels, and the ama-azing sound design and that's just what I remember. Then you have a concise gameplay loop with a bunch of humor thrown in too. Really really cool, keep it up ya'll.

Thank you all for checking out our little demo! Special thanks to @notan-lemon for the signal boost!
This is our 2nd attempt at making something in 3D and it was definitely a good challenge! Anyone who felt something was unfinished or missing is definitely right on haha. I accidentally placed the sheep static mesh's around the map instead of the pre-fabs that are meant to follow and it was too late to fix it when we submitted. Happy to hear people enjoyed the atmosphere and music though. At some point I just decided since we were lacking gameplay I'd just make the map big enough that it was still interesting to explore. So thanks again for checking it out, glad you got something out of it :)
The pacing and tone of this is so goood! Everything was really cohesive. The slow frame rate animations, the tones in the background, and even the level design was drawn out and slow. I was waiting for a jump scare the whole time :I The game managed to get my heart rate up. There were difficulty balance issues obviously cause it's a jam, but really, a great job.
Embarrassed to say as soon as the arrow under my feet disappeared I was completely lost. I could tell there was something really cool I was supposed to do. I read the instructions here, but I never really figured out how to do it. Hopefully I just missed something, or maybe this will be useful feedback. Either way, something about the way the garden was modeled was really pleasant combined with the sfx and atmosphere.
Really cool character designs, plus the colors are really vibrant and juicy.
The core of what you have here is really great. My gut tells me that maybe the difficulty ramping is a little too steep, but at the same time I did try over and over because it seemed like I could do it. Who knows. The couple of levels I got to play were definitely compelling. Really cool touch to randomize the characters.
@foulkes-art thank you, I think we'll end up putting those in!
@justieboy thanks for checking it out! I'm glad you see the potential! It's very tempting to keep working on it.
Wow, love to see a team of artists going off, it looks amazing! The whole game is so nicely packaged and polished. Surprisingly complete feeling, great job!
Love the setup and humor. Had a hard time understanding the relationship between the statues and notes because I accidentally brute forced the first puzzle.
How cool, we had a very similar concept for the last LD we submitted to! Love the art style/ visual choices. It was a little hard to navigate/see everything without a map and the sheep are hard to manage, but this has a ton of potential to be a great ape-escape-like.
This game was really charming! My first playthrough I found and trapped the red guy right away. But it looked more interesting than that so I tried again and went around harvesting more of the souls and watching the little ecosystem play out (did I imagine that the guys fighting ended up being the guys dying?). The music set the mood well too. Interesting game overall :)
Wow, this is an impressive amount to get done for a jam. Difficulty curve was non-existent but I think that was a framing issue more than anything. I was expecting it to be difficult to survive because of the tutorial, but instead it was fun to just zone out and watch my map grow. The music and overall vibe help with that too. Good job, I'm glad you've worked on it more.
@therealjtgill sent me and I'm glad I tried this one! So much polish on a cool concept I can't really remember seeing before. Very expandable, but also feels just fine as is. I love that the enemies directly attack the health bar. Sound design is also on point! Good stuff.
I'm terrible at retaining front loaded instructions so half the fun for me was figuring out what I was trying to do. It ended up being intuitive enough after a few deaths. Didn't have the patience to complete the puzzle, but I enjoyed the gameplay and the spooky cartoon atmosphere.
I was dying to bounce multiple grammies at once so the ending was a nice treat hehe. Loved the writing, super charmed by this disturbing little game.
The relaxing art and ambience kept me playing, but there was something about the way information was displayed that left me feeling like I didn't fully understand what I was doing. Cool game anyway and fun take on the theme.
Took a bit to figure out like ^ everyone said, but figuring it out was fun in itself. Didn't have any framerate problems either with the exe.
Ha I love your character design :) I don't have the patience for this kind of puzzle, but it was so polished that I couldn't help but drive myself crazy trying to solve it. I preferred how it felt with a controller. It was really easy to get sucked into this difficult puzzle, I think it'd be satisfying if you could solve multiple simpler puzzles to ramp up to this one.
Fun game! Feels like it'd be at home on a tablet. Love the fun mood/art style and the tight loop :)
Cool demo of your physics engine. Didn't quite have the patience to harvest the beans, but still enjoyed driving the car around, toying with the physics and the tank controls.
Ha, this is such a good game wth... yip yap... but also... poignant...
