Do not understand neither the rules nor the interest ...
There's no feedback on what you're doing and if you're doing right or wrong, making it quite difficult to understand. You put a lot of efforts in concept and art, though, so it's quite a fine piece.
Interesting how the empathy works right away. The theme is indeed quite a bit complicated to find in this piece, and I wouldn't say it's "fun" per say, but that's a nice work IMO.
I'm not good at this, but the gameplay is clever, you should make it a full game indeed.
The art is great, lot of work, and a nice set of ideas on the theme. I think it may be a bit hard for jam game.
I love it !
The mechanic is really interesting and shows great potential. I would like to see this in a full game
C'est vraiment sympa comme interprétation du thème :)
The game runs but I die when I try to take fuel
Haha this is crazy :) Nice job
Getting stuck on some blocks is annoying and I don't really see a link with the theme, but he art and music are nice !
Unfortunately I die even if I manage to jump over spikes
Well, overall it's pretty great entry, from art to sound. Not especially my cup of tea, but I recognize it's fine work, well done.
Smooth controls, simple but effective idea. I don't get the link with the main theme of LD, though
Simple but effective. It's a bit hard for me as english isn't my mother tongue :) Ps : the game crashed when I tried to play again
Very hard indeed :) Nice shmup tho, congrats
Great art, nice sound. The attack command is not very responsive, making the gameplay a bit frustating, unfortunately.
I guess somemone went to the movies lately ;) Nice idea, I'm always amazed that some devs go for 3D in a jam
The first big wall falls really really fast !
When you lose and start the game again, the trees and stones don't reset so you might not have enough things to do on the first day and get stuck. Also next jam consider not having to install the whole game as it may drive some testers away. Interesting idea though !
Joli !
Awesome take on the theme, I wish I could better see the comment the guys make
Beautiful art
Sorry, I didn't get it either
The perspective is hard to get, I missed almost everytime. The rules are quite complicated. Other than that an pretty good game
Looks good ! Too bad there isn't at least a bit of sound
This is good ! I've got the feeling that it would be better on a bigger map, but I don't know
Nice, simple and effective
Nice and simple idea, good job !
This is good looking with nice SFX. The framerate of animations is a bit low for some of them. Shooting shouldn't take so much time. I tried to shoot on the first level (it was written, so why not ?) and I lost !
Really nice 3D graphics, but does it have to be so dark ? I hardly was able to play :(
Really interesting idea. You should try and make a full game from that.
Nice take on the theme, and the game is pretty well done, so keep up and try again sometime ! But next time maybe think about azerties :)
Nice art
I like the art and music. A nice and simple idea
Please think about Azerties next time ;)
Are you even allowed to still compete ? XD Well I think this entry shows great potential in terms of mood, look and feel, but there are some disturbing bugs and the core gameplay itself was lacking some fun / skill involved. Anyway, it's beautiful and sounds great so congrats still
I like this kind of art. Unfortunately the game was impossible to play because of performance issue, on my 2010 OSX laptop :(
Holy crap.
Ah! You have to throw in the wrong bin! Too bad there isn't more minigames, but it's a nice idea
The jar crashes on OSX
I think it'd be amazing on phone / tablet. It's a bit simplistic, but it's really fun XD
Gorgeous art and ambiance, gameplay is a bit obscure, I had to read the instructions to understand what was going on.
It's nice work still. Pretty interesting basis graphically speaking. It's not "fun" per say, I'd be interested in knowing what you would have added
Indeed you used papercraft to make your game also, but you're way crazier than me haha, it was very fun, congrats for your crazyness
I love trading game. Good job for a LD. I wish there were controls for azerty keyboards. I wish I could see my inventory *while* trading. With more work it could become a nice game
Yeah it gets unplayable very fast, but it's funny
Interesting and well executed. Only complain would be the controls which are a bit uncomfortable (I'm playing on a laptop so it doesn't help :) )
No way to play on Mac :/
I'm not american so I'm just wondering "wtf" with the jokes, but I reckon this is a pretty solid work so congrats
No Mac :(
I like where this is going. I wish the "night" feedback was a bit more obvious to help with the end game. It's a bit simplistic but it works great, congrats
I think it's a pretty solid concept. I couldn't grasp exactly what was the intended strategy or the involved skill, so I'd be interested in a more advanced version of the game, I think you should keep on working on it
I don't think this is a good game, but I loved it and played it through the end. Now I need to reconsider my whole system of value, bravo
Solid job for a LD, congrats. Controls are a bit stiffy, but the take on the theme is nice
Can't play on Mac :(
Got a black screen on Mac Standalone version (just after you wrote your name)
I loved the premise and the take on the theme, but I just hate cookie clickers, sorry :/
No Mac version ><
I liked that you managed to implement an upgrade system for a LD. I think the gameplay miss some "latitude" (I mean some things to do / skills involved)
It was a pain playing on a azerty keyboard but the idea is nice
Well interestingly I found this concept amazing. The rules are not clear enough, and the viruses should be introduced one by one to avoid confusion, and probably the balance needs work, but I think the concept has a great great potential. GJ
No way to play on Mac :/
No way to play on Mac :/
Is this actually working ? Genuinely wondering, I type several commands and nothing happened
I've no idea what I'm doing, but I love the graphics and the ambiance
Oh no, no Mac version :( looks great
I really wanted to test this so I did as soon as I had my hands on a PC :) Wow, incredible work for a compo. Great idea also. I wish there was at least a bit of "meta-loop", why do you want to leave the game ? Plus there was enough content to have several levels (one level = one day maybe), it's a bit disappointing that it ends so fast. But amazing job overall, I think you're a contender for the podium ;)
How could you think of doing a date sim with this theme ? lol it's briliant, congrats
I wasn't sure what my objective was exactly, where / what were my enemies... Looks pretty decent for a LD, congrats. I wish I had a controller because it was hard to play on azerty
I know it's often a good thing to add "juice" to a game, but it's kind of a fx apocalypse here XD It's a nice game, apart from that
Solid job. I found the controls unintuitive, it's actually hard to go down.
Fyi we say "plat de résistance", not "pièce" XD I'm not sure I got everything, but it's cute and fun. I agree with the health bar thing, and I'm wondering maybe you could automatically eat humans when you're close
It's a pretty solid entry, nice concept, nice take on the theme
Looks interesting, but crashed as well on OSX
I'm still trying to find how that fits the theme, but it's crazy so I love it. My only complain would be that english being not my mothertongue, I've hard times understanding what was the actual correct sentence sometimes :)
Haha briliant ending, nice
Great take on the theme. It's a bit uncomfortable to not be able to use boost while dumping oil.
"* Space - prevent pooping." I think the video game have reached a new era XD Very good-looking game
It's interesting. It's a good starting point, but as it's a Game Jam, I wish this was just a bit more game-ish and not just a dataviz app...
Very decent job for a first LD, congrats. I wish there was a ZQSD or arrows control scheme
Great art and sound. Solid entry, congrats
I love that it's self explanatory. I didn't want to break my mouse so I didn't want very far, but I think it's a pretty solid and complete overall.
Yeah I can see the inspiration from the early Sim Cities XD it's a nice idea and a solid execution. I wish I had more info about how things work, I'm a bit confused
Simple but great idea and nice LD.
I don't have any friend nearby to test MP so I prefer not to rate this one :)
Too muck walking :/ but very interesting idea, too bad you didn't have time to make a second one
No way to test on Mac :/
No Mac version :(
I agree with some other commenters, it won't break the 3 legs of a duck (it's a french expression), but it's an honest and solid job. I think you're solid enough to take more risks next time, maybe ?
No Mac version :(
Yep, Web still in the list but not working :/
Looks great, but no way to play on Mac :/
Great execution for a compo, congrats. I agree the gameplay is a bit classic, but nice job overall
Interesting art style and story, gj. Interactions and objectives weren't clear enough imo
Impossible to start the app on Mac :/
Looks great, wish I could play it on Mac
This is actually a great entry. Really interesting take on the Shmup, minimalist but effective art. I was a bit disappointed by the ending I must say. I think it could have been stronger than that (I don't know how of course ^^ )
I'm not sure either how this is related to the theme, at first I thought were nice but after I got attacked so I didn't understand. I didn't finish the game. I also second the fact that the game misses an health bar. But apart from that I think it's a nice entry, it's quite good-looking.
It's actually pretty funny. Nice job
Haha awesome take on the theme. Great job!
Yeah the HTML file isn't enough, we need the .unity3D thing as well :)
Got stuck as well in the bug, and overall the navigation got me confused, but great job here, congrats
It's interesting! Nice
Hahaha what an amazing idea! Execution is great though. I'd love to see the whole experience leads somewhere, but great job though, congrats
As someone practicing meditation I'm a little surprised that the first game I ever played that talks about meditation includes killing enemies XD Great job on the game though
Play until I got 108, I think you can't really die. The idea is great, but somehow I found it really sad :/
I'm not going to rate everything because I can't play with someone, but congrats for making a MP game for LD, I'm impressed. Looks good as well
Great great art. The game is nice, but somehow, past the first two missions, I unlocked all others missions in a row and the game eventually crashed
Wow, what a fantastic art work for a dare. Great audio as well. I'm not sure about the gameplay though, but maybe that's because I'm bad at it :)
Nice little entry, fine pixel art, sweet take on the genre
Great respect to the theme. It's more an interactive narrative thingy than a game I guess, but it works fine!
Well it's solid, fun, and charming, great work
I got stuck at some point, I wasn't able to jump (before a monster with hearts). Nice job though
Of course it reminds me of other games like agar or Solar, but I think with some more work it could have been great. This version lacks challenge imo
It works well, nice job. I wish there was more options to fight back the enemies, it felt a bit passive at some point
What the hell is this ? lol
It was fun though I didn't understand what I was meant to do. A fun little sandbox I'd say :)
I didn't understood how to get compost at first. It's a simple and nice game
Is there a bug at the carrot stage ? I didn't understand how to pass this step. Very clean and solid game, nice job
It's nice
Nice work for a first try then. The only thing is that you may want to be clearer on objectives and controls, because I had a hard time understanding what I was meant to do exactly
Perfect representation of what is work today XD aweseome visuals, the choice of resolution is very original but somehow isn't a perfect fit for the game as you have to read this whole paper. Great job nonetheless, congrats
I'm not fond of this type of game, but it's well written and funny so good job
Hardcore XD it's a nice idea, cool!
The promise is grand and maybe you were a bit ambitious on this one. This version lacks objectives and feedback but I would like to see this as a full game.
It's very nicely put together and coherent. I think the gameplay in itself misses some comfort. I should try with a friend, but playing alone I had a hard time understanding what was the exact rules. Good job!
For some reason I'm in love with games in the snow. It's beautiful.
It's simple but it works fine, nice job
Amazing work as always. Gameplay is indeed tedious though, especially with the gamepad with which I encountered many little issues (switching tools, changing option in dialogues, etc.) Very audacious and solid entry nonetheless, bravo!
Solid entry, good art and music. On the mana dot, there's no vfx feedback when get one, and the sfx is a bit late, so I'm never sure if I touched it or not, it's confusing. Good job
Ha, amazing work, perfect idea, solid execution. Excellent compo entry
Lovely art. I had a art time understing everything, but amazing job nonetheless!
Great take on the theme (actually one of my ideas was to very close to that, so, yeah :p) I second the feedback about the heart shape being too complicated to fill. I love the idea of the cut drawing in the 3D world, it works great. Amazing compo work!
Can't say I understood anything, but amazing mood nonetheless, congrats
Good idea !! Thanks all for the good vibes.
Very nice concept :) Too bad for the buggy buttons.
I like the small format and the pixel art, but I'm having trouble with the fight. Sometimes pressing enter will trigger another attack although I was just wanting to skip the small text after the previous attack. Good job!
Charming idea. It's kinda weird to control the camera with the left stick, but nice job nonetheless
Nice graphics and the idea is nice but I have no idea how to play :/ I think the pad button on the left should match the arrow keys but I'm not sure and there's no feedback about if I'm doing it right or wrong (I think). I didn't rate many categories, as I didn't get the game, but great work nonetheless!
It's a greaty. I like to know if there's an objective to fulfill, because I played randomly until I got bored and I'm sure that's not what you intended. Awesome jam job nonetheless
In the end the game creates emotion so on this side I think it's great. I find the controls a bit tedious on the other hand. Anyway, good job, congrats
I'm not sure I understood how to play. The idea seems nice and the graphics are quite okay, congrats for your first game in c++
Interesting take on the theme. I tried two times and I feel like some answers are "better" ;) I think it's good entry, but as a game I'm not driven enough into wanting more, imo. Great 6h job nonetheless :)
Great idea and level design, I'm sure there could be more way to include the shapeshifing in it. Great job
Were we supposed to play this cooperatively? Because we did, it was fun but still hard :/ Nice job
I love the artstyle. Balance is a bit tough, I died a lot and the checkpoint are very far. Nice idea and great execution, congrats
I like the Theme, reminds me of a very good manga "parasite" with shapeshifting aliens.
I wish I was skilled enough to see the end of the dialog. It's crazy, and it's naive, and obviously it misses many things for a proper game, but I like it!
Hey just a small note, you don't have to include the pdb files when you release on Windows, it's useless and takes a lot a space :) I like the art and the colors. I'm not a huge fan a key-mashing games though :)
It's a challenging task to tackle a puzzle game for a jam, congrats!!
Woh, the game is very polished for a jam, congrats!
Maybe it could use some difficulty ramping because starting with so many cats is a bit stressful! :D
It's simple and efficient, I like it! Is that actually a brain with arms actually? xD
You sure don't like networking events lol it's a clever use of the theme, but it misses some mechanic to keep the player a bit more into the core of the experience which is being talked to - I managed to get out very quickly (probably also because I'm good at escaping networking events as well)
Very sympathetic narrative game, very humourous, and I love the character design
Haha, clever, briliant, and beautiful. Amazing job
God those zombies have so many HPs ;)
Briliant concept! Plenty of space for improvement, would love to see it turned into a polished game
I had to stop playing in order to not throw up. Good job
I like the idea and the art is nice, but I'm not sure about the controls... Wouldn't it be more practical to use the mouse to select and modify the traps directly?
I think the art is great. The texts got a bit messy some times. Great job
It's fun to play with, but I had no idea what was the condition for the monsters to die, so I wasn't able to perform better. Nice overall job!
Tbh the labyrinth part was a bit annoying for me. The mood, the sound and the visual are great!
Nice job for a first entry! Plenty of room (!) for improvement of course, but still the core mechanic of squashing is an interesting novelty for a simple puzzle game like that
