play and rate my game here:ludumdare.com/compo/ludum-dare-35/?action=preview&uid=88260
I enjoyed the game overall, especially the music and art, but the controls in the description seem to be wrong, I was shape shifting on pressing shift, not control.
Thanks for pointing out studdert, my mistake, it's corrected in the description :) thanks for all the comments so far!
This game had a deeper impact on me...
In the end the game creates emotion so on this side I think it's great. I find the controls a bit tedious on the other hand. Anyway, good job, congrats
Awesome game, I really like the art style. Sadly it couldn't really get me hooked.
I had bigger plans but time got the better of us xD; I was planning for a final cutscene with the final soul and also to make the controls/visuals/UI more appealing than planned. Thank you so much for all the kind feedbacks!
Nice game, beautiful visuals and sound. Really sets the mood.
THe thing that I like the most about this game is the mood. Really sad, despite its simplicity. I think you did a great job on that.
Gameplay was a little simple. And I don't understand why use two buttons that are at the opposite ends of a keyboard, but that is only a minor annoyance.
Cool concept, well done!
I did not like the controls being so far apart on the keyboard but other than that I enjoyed this! :)
The art was nice and the quotes were somewhat chilling, but I did have a couple of issues with the gameplay. It was odd that I couldn't change between ball and cat form without shifting through death form first and there seemed to be very little leeway between someone appearing on screen and me colliding with them, leading to a few borderline unavoidable mis-kills.
I did really like the concept though, even if the quotes did make me a little sad! Good job! :)
(Oh, I left a response to your comment on my page. I think it might just have been a case of slipping on one of the notes, the system is unfortunately unforgiving! If you have some spare time, please give it another shot! ^^)
Hi, nice game ! We're realizing a video with several games of the Ludum Dare #35.
Can you add your game on indiexpo.net ? (it's free)
So we can include also your game in the video ;)
p.s. write #LDJAM in the game's description
Loved the mood for this. Unfortunately on my computer there were lagging problems, so I couldn't complete the game. It would be nice to have some way to keep track of your progress.
Right in the feels :'(
Awesome entry, I love the nonchalance style of the cat-form :D
The mood is great! Congrats for your cool entry!
Well made. I liked the art, and the music.
