THIS IS EXCELLENT!

How you did this in 48 hours is beyond me! And you did it with Game Maker, the engine I use. For me, the source is the best thing about this. I will study it and hope to make awesome stuff like this.

Shame there is a lack of audio. Controls are responsive, art is perfect, inventory works great and objects spawn as they are supposed too. I have only played a bit, but this is so impressive.

Oddly satisfying to jump around. I did not even notice the wind mechanic at first. Those flies are hard to catch. Flies should definitely stay on the screen longer. A way to charge your jump for speed would seem appropriate too.

Made it to the point where it was impossible for me to lose unless I just stopped playing. Perhaps increase the spawn rate of the ships as the game goes on.

I found a way on the second level how to position myself, so I am almost guaranteed to kill the hero.

Top of the level, guide the hero to the top right corner. Blow him back into the lava. Time it so the hero never reaches you.

Yeah, that bug on room 5 is odd. I am sure it has to do with falling speed. The game definitely needs more rooms to acclimate the player to all the puzzles. As you can probably tell, the "narative" or "black letters on screen" was the last thing I did.

The jumping controls really need to be tweaked. Pretty difficult to maneuver. I enjoy the concept though. Just too frustrating at the moment.

I agree with the other guy; decoys are quite useful. Without them, might be near impossible to catch those bugs! :D

I set them around in a circle thinking out was good to go, but those military people... so many bullets.
