Hey this was a great little game! I honestly had fun :)
This is so much fun! I really enjoyed it :) The animations are awesome! Here is my game, it seems to be kinda opposite of yours: https://ldjam.com/events/ludum-dare/38/fixville
It's cute. Fun music. Controls a little clunky. A good effort. Gameplay was not to my tastes, but that might have improved with better controls, or more choice in where to walk (less of a track and more of an open world).

I felt a bit sad for the cats but apart from that great game! I had a lot of fun playing it, hope you add more content in the future.
Congrats!
Nice entry! I am a sucker for games where you get to destroy things. I think the gameplay would feel more satisfying if there was more physics involved, like, if the objects would actually break and stuff would fly around! :) Good job!
That was.. interesting. haha. Stomping on things is always fun! Love the dancing animation at the beginning.
The animations/graphics in general could be worked on, but the idea was fantastic, the audio was great, and it was overall a lot of fun!
Super neat idea!
I would have liked to see more, but for a LD entry one can only ask for so much.
I felt a bit cheated when I got property damage because a car ran into my already-planted foot, but I'm actually not sure if I'm supposed to be aiming for a low or high score? I suppose it's up to the player.
I Live-Streamed this game this past evening: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sfvbUFJnui4
I left a lot of comments on the game in the stream, but I think with a different control scheme, this could be something really hilarious, and awesome. Check out Octodad or Surgeon Simulator for game control schemes that help simulate being a giant bumbling thing.
Doshin the Giant but instead of helping people he completely and utterly destroy their lives. Oh Doshin, time changed you.. All kidding aside I think this feels like a mix between Doshin the Giant and Katamari Damacy. I think the arcade-y gameplay fits very well into the tone of the game. It could do with some polish though!
Wow I really liked this! Great style and game play, 10/10 would get on my phone
Love this game! Really like the animation you used to create the giant. The best thing about this game is the dancing animation! Music was also really simple and sounded peaceful! Could have been better if the shadow animation was more life-like. Overall a really good and solid game!
Great idea! My game has a similar interpretation of the theme, but with a different approach.
It would be cool if rotating the feet also rotates the direction the player is moving. An objective would be great too.
So am I supposed to step on everything...or not step on everything. Because I stepped on everything. Great game. I enjoyed it a lot.
Nice concept - you even had time for a cutscene in the beginning :) More particle fx or similar would add to the satisfaction.
Liked the final animation lol. Great game!
The graphics are okay and consistent, the textures and models were a bit odd though. I liked the whole gameplay concept, but I wish there was more destruction animations to make it feel more real. The controls are a bit odd, but playable. Audio was okay too. Maybe you can keep working on this and add more levels and polish it up a bit.
I loved the starting and ending animations. Nice job.
The character design is soooo cool haha as soon as I saw the cover photo I clicked in. The game is very interesting haha. Really like the feel of this game!
Ha, we had pretty much the same game idea, but slightly different approach to gameplay! Loved the cutscene, it actually made me exhale noisily from my nose! The game was very easy though, I got through using only W and Space.
For some reason (likely that it was our game idea) I thought the objective was to NOT cause property damage. Upon my second playthrough I stomped some properties! Unfortunately it wasn't very rewarding or challenging to stomp things. I realize that you, being 2 contributors to the project, had limited time but something you could've done to easily give a better experience playing the game is adding a bit of humour or incentive such as funny sounds when stomping different things or adding a bit of money visual/sound. I played the post-jam version as well and enjoyed it a bit more, especially spamming the Stomp, but it still suffers from previously mentioned issues. Great entry nonetheless, I hope I didn't come up as too harsh.
Music is on point and the absolute greatest thing has to be that ending dance animation. It's so smooth, I stared at it for a greater period of time than I was playing the game. Awesome!
Fun destructive game! I included it in my Ludum Dare 38 compilation video series, if you’d like to take a look :) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7lCZIZXfBmw
