LD38 — A Small World

Extraction by Criobite 2017-05-15T05:49:08Z

Good idea! I love point and click games. I think that puzzles were interesting, my comment on how to improve it would be, it was not obvious that you can interact with the rack (I'm not sure if it's called like that in English, the one you open with the screwdriver), I think it would be consistent if you show clearly you can interact with that. I know thta it makes it easier but I guess there are other ways to make it more difficult. Was very nice anyway, noce game.

Solitary Freedom by CMLSC 2017-05-18T05:14:07Z

I think that the concept is very nice but I think you could impove the difficulty curve a little bit. The game from the very beginning is hard, I think that the puzzles are good but at least there should be a nice way to introduce the game. Besides that, graphics are very cool, sounds and soundtrack fit the game well, good entry!

Home Escaper by h2n0 2017-05-03T11:03:19Z

Very cool idea. I think that more feedback, reaction from the world when you do things would be good to improve the overall feeling of the game. The graphics are nice, it's sad you couldn't add sounds.

Daffodil Village by Hjalte 2017-05-16T00:56:26Z

Very original idea, I like the concept of interacting with players and their creepy things. I would suggest to let the player skip the automatic text somehow, maybe clicking on the screen ot something, once you know all the text it's a bit annoying to read it again and again, just as an improvement. I agree that maybe different dialogs would be nice, I understand the time constraint problem, maybe for an extended version. Was a nice idea!

RocketFlee by sebbernery 2017-05-08T01:31:57Z

I really like the concept of this game, it's simple and fun. I also think it would be much better with a lot of feedback there, when you hit something or when you get hit, so you can decide which enemy to shoot or which building to protect. Very nice game!

I Just Wanted Groceries by Jedeen 2017-05-08T05:21:17Z

I like the grapics of the game, the soundtrack and the general idea. I have some comments about the implementation. I'm not sure if it was only me but found it very hard, I think that the main issue with the difficulty is not the difficulty itself but having to restart the whole game and loading everytime you lose is a bit frustrating. Besides that, the concept is nice, good job!

FLAT SAMURAI by Tymus 2017-05-08T05:00:37Z

Is there any version I can try with the keyboard?

SUPER METROARIO by puppetmaster 2017-05-14T15:53:44Z

I really like the idea, very nice components and well implemented. The music is very good too. There are only a couple of things I would improve, The keys on the keyboard, maybe something customizable would be nice. ALso, it's not clear which blocks can you shoot and which blocks you cannot shoot, I'm not sure if this was made to encourage exploration but it's a little bit annoying sometimes not being sure if you can shoot something or not, anyway that's a minor things. Really solid controllers and nice game overall.

Ruined Topology by jebouin 2017-05-15T05:55:34Z

Very nice concept and innovative. I also like the audio,it fits the game. I think that maybe some kind of hint when moveing from room to room would be nice. I know it's probably part of the design but sometimes it's frustrating not knowing where to go at all. It's very nice anyway, good job!

Pixlets by MaggardJosh 2017-05-05T11:36:29Z

I have a lot of money in your game! xD, very nice work. The graphics and animations are simple but cute and interesting, the whole idea and its simplicity makes it addictive. I'm glad you made a mobile version. Some ideas for expanding would be, give more meaning to the coins, after saving a lot of money I didn't know what to do and I didn't want to keep doing the same thing all the time. You could add improvements for the trees or maybe new elements that keep players engaged or at least curious. I think curiosity is the best point here. Nice game!

Power Department by Cameron Seebach 2017-05-12T00:23:23Z

Very cool intro!, I like the concept and the idea behind the whole game. I Have few comments that probably could improve the experience. Some feedback in-game about what each icon does would be very nice, I had to go back to the explanation window to see because I wasn't sure about what each icon does. When you put a generator or station some feedback, graphical feedback that makes the player understand very clearly that is going in the right direction or something. With that I thinkthe experience will be much better, nice game anyway!

Throw by somethinboutgames 2017-05-03T02:02:53Z

@somethinboutgames I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong, I cannot manage to make the game to start. It ran well, I hit the "Start Game" with the mini world and nothing happens, am I missing something? please let me know, I want to try it.

Throw by somethinboutgames 2017-05-05T05:25:21Z

I finally was able to play it! very nice idea, I like the levels where you had to make the ball bounce many times. I'm not sure if someone else already said it but for mobile this would be a good game, you should release it there. I think that adding the aim path was a very good idea, that feedback really helps. As things you could improve, maybe more feedback and animations, I know that two days was not enough time to put more efforts on that but if you release it, would be nice to have more animations. Very nice game overall.

Myrddin by cogcomp 2017-05-08T01:21:09Z

I think that the idea was huge for a game jam, I'm impressed you could implement so many things. All the graphics and soundtrack are great too. I have few comments on how I think you could improve the current game. I think collisions have few details, when I hit the enemy sometimes the one who died was me. You could add a clear feedback when attacking and receiving damage, particles, changing colors of the model or adding something clear that lets the player know what is going on, that would improve the whole game experience very much in my opinion. Besides that, great job!

Echoes by ghostbomb 2017-05-11T01:08:44Z

This is a great entry! I really like the core mechanics of the game and whole mood of it, I cannot think about anything important to improve, adding more content in the future and probably fixing some performance issues with the echo for a possible release would be the only thing. Good graphics and audio as well, really nice.

Annulus by Zarkonnen 2017-05-20T08:05:00Z

Very interesting concept, the way you move in the game is also nice. I like the graphics and sounds, are simple but good. About comments that could help improve the game, I have two: the controllers with the keyboard are really confusing, I think they need to be fixed somehow; if you extend the game or add new stuff, more feedback when things happen in the world would be nice, for example, adding particles, moving objects a little bit, simple but stuff that add a lot to the game. Good job!

Rock-E by endlesspeak 2017-05-14T15:14:32Z

I really like the whole concept and what you implemented too. Voices are super funny and really gives a good mood to the game. The little puzzles were also very cool, I think it has potential to be a bigger game with more puzzles and things to discover. I'm also impressed about the many things you implemented, including the instruments and flowers animations, I mean... nice touch. I have two comments on how I think could be improved. First, add more feedback, it doesn't have to necessarily be animations but graphical things that let the player know that whatever he or she is doing has a clear effect. The second comment, moving from one house to another becomes a bit annoying if the character moves so slow. Overall very good game, you are crazy haha.

World Tours by Mathiouza 2017-05-11T00:24:41Z

I think that for the time you invested working on the project, the result is amazing, nice graphics and sounds, the mechanics are very simple but fun. Good job!

Fast & Faeries by andyman404 2017-05-06T15:22:50Z

This is a very solid entry, I really like the graphics and music in the game. The whole mood of it is amazing. It was hard to beat the NPC, makes it interesting. I think that the only comment I'll make is you could create a better feedback for the progress, not sure if "better" but not numbers, like something graphical would be nice. Really nice game!

Sunny World by Jungle 2017-05-04T03:16:42Z

I love the art of this game, very nice graphics and animations. The music is very nice as well. In the beginning was not that easy to understand what to do, specially because I thought that if the sunlight hit the water something bad would happen. You should thik about releasing it for mobile devices, nice game!

It's a Small World, So Let's Crash It into Things by simonhutchinson 2017-05-02T09:16:13Z

This game reminded me a lot about Osmos. It's simple and a lot of fun. The creepy sounds really add a lot to the whole game experience, when I saw the black star for the first time, was a bit creepy, nice touch. In general very cool game. Something that was not completely clear is exactly when you can destroy the black star, at some point my planet was bigger than the star and it kept hurting me, maybe a clear feedback on exactly when you can destroy it could help a lot. Also, if you plan to extend the game, maybe adding more dangerous stars would be nice.

Chill Bill by drtizzle 2017-05-08T06:01:07Z

Amazing game, I love the art and sounds, it's also a lot of fun. I don't have a lot of comments to make in order to improve, the only thing probably would be having the energy bar recovering sooner or maybe just having a mode with infinite energy, you know... just to massively kill a lot of people without any boundaries xD. Great work!

Gravity Wars by highlyinteractive 2017-05-02T15:23:30Z

I really like the effect on the floor when the ball moves, also the graphics have a very good mood. I think that if you plan to improve the game in the future, maybe moving the camera a little bit to see where you are aiming would feel good, I think. I'm not sure if it's a matter of taste but I wanted to look at what I was shooting (the issue appeared only when I was moving back). Also, adding more feedback when being hit could help improve the overall experience. In general I think it's a good entry, very nice.

You Just Don't Get It by allthebees 2017-05-05T10:46:56Z

Nice narrative and interesting story!. I really like the visuals and sounds of the game. I would love to see more interaction while finding the objects, you could probably add some puzzles to make the player more involved in the story or small quests to complete to get the items. Good job!

Tiny Tily Tile World by spacewarp 2017-05-03T02:10:30Z

Very compact and well make game. I really like the graphics and effects you added, it feels good. I think that if you add some more interaction or customization, it would ve very attractive, specially for mobile devices. Like small civilizations or something like that? I don't know, it was cool anyway!

Space Race by feips 2017-05-09T14:57:53Z

This game is very hard!!, the idea of the game and mechanics are interesting, tho. I also like the graphics and sounds but I think that making it a little bit easier would be good.

Tabletop Arena by tyranosaw 2017-05-07T02:47:39Z

I really like the concept, mechanics and graphics of the game, however I think there are few things you could improve if you want to release it or extend it. In my opinion, havin the world bigger than the camera makes it very challenging, specially because enemies are already hard to beat, if you don't have a clue about where they will appear it makes it a bit frustrating sometimes, I think that the player should know exactly where the enemy is or at least good anticipation to attacks. I think that it's the thing I would like to see fixed or improved somehow in a full version, the game is really nice.

Small World Fighters by noddingTortoise 2017-05-06T01:59:11Z

Very cool game! I really think that with some balance here and there it would be a lot a of fun. Graphics are nice and the audio too. I think you could find a better way to implement the shooting, mostly from the design point of view because spamming the shooting button gives you too much advantage. It's a very cool idea anyway, hope you keep working on it.

Snake On A Plane by spacedoubt 2017-05-03T11:33:55Z

Interesting approach on a classic like Snake!. I think it's a cool game but was a little bit difficult to play because of the camera. Probably a little bit further from the player or maybe slower pace would help with this. Also consider adding more feedback if you plan to extend it. I collected 13!

ghost story by ooku 2017-05-02T15:02:14Z

I really like the mechanics, are interesting and fun. The implementation makes it a bit frustrating sometimes due to small details but it's understandable in a Jam. I believe you could turn this into a full game if you add more features and cool puzzles. More feedback when shape-shifting would be nice, like let the player know clearly that the character is changing. I like the sounds and music in general and the graphics are nice too. Very well done.

slovenly shopper by jelch 2017-05-11T00:44:05Z

This is the second game I see about shopping in this jam! I wouldn't imagine that shopping was such a big deal haha. Very nice game, it's really cool how well thought are the puzzles, sometimes they are a little bit hard but it's good. Maybe something that would help as a feedback for players is somehow making the range of vision of each character a little bit more explicit, something like a long clear line, like in stealth games. A good game anyway.

Tiny World Defense by IanMorrison 2017-05-02T10:13:33Z

The game in general is very cool, the core mechanics are fun. The graphics are very nice and sounds are made according to the game which gives it a good overall feeling. Things that I believe could be improve are: the visibility of game objects, I think that it's cool now because the dark feeling makes you think you are actually in space but sometimes was difficulty to distinguish between the other elements and the player other spaceships. I'm really glad you added gamepad support cuz I love playing with the gamepad, I think the controllers are good but (personal taste I guess), it's a bit hard to aim with one thumbstick and move with the other, I understand it's probably hard to make it in a different way but it just feels a bit hard to focus on both things effectively. Another thing that probably could improve the current gameplay is adding more health items. These are not complaints, just feedback in case you want to extend the game in the future. Nice game!

Tinyverse by zener 2017-05-09T14:25:20Z

Nice mechanics! I think the game is fun, the only thing I found strange is how everything spins in the background. Also if you extend it ot create a full version of it in the future you can add more feedback when saving people or rescuing them. Nice graphics and sounds, by the way!

Colonize by JustinM 2017-05-03T01:17:36Z

I think that the idea is cool. I would like to see more feedback when you complete a task or when you start a task, try to clearly show the player that what he or she did had a direct effect in the game. In my opinion with small changes onthe feedback side, the experience would improve very much. I also think it's very good you decided to make a web version of the game, so more people will play it and give you comments and ideas. Good job!

Terrartisan by ladybenko 2017-05-04T13:51:07Z

This game is very good!, I really liked the idea of having quests and puzzles, the free style is also nice but more for people that like crafting, I guess. The music and graphics are very nice too. I think you could improve the amount of feedback for a full or extended version and you should definitely think about releasing this for mobile devices, people will like it.

Therrain by stuffed wombat 2017-05-09T14:39:27Z

I really like this game, simple, fun and it has an end. At some point I thought it was gonna be endless but... finally I reached the end. I like the graphics and audio as well. Really solid entry, good job!

World Keep-Away by dracominer 2017-05-06T03:47:59Z

I really laughed about the world football thing xD. Nice game!. I'm not sure but I found the jump a little bit strange, maybe you have to move the whole background to achieve a more natural effect, don't know. The graphics are cool and the soundtrack was nice too. Good job!

A Lighthouse Story by mhsco 2017-05-16T14:18:41Z

I really like the whole execution of this game. From the super simple idea to the graphics and sounds, the whole mood. I have to say, at the end of the game I was... "What the fuck!!!??" but in the good way. The experience is really positive. I guess you are considering to release this for mobile games, if not, you should, it's good. I don't really have a lot of comments on how to improve it, when I saw you made "options" for the game I was really surprised. Just add more content if you want and release it, great work!

Star Boi by ItsSaraficed 2017-05-03T11:18:21Z

This is a very nice game! I really love the graphics and the sounds. For the mechanics, I also think they are nice but some things could be improved. More feedback when attacking, receiving damage, the amount of bullets you can shoot could be increased or at least don't stop the bullets in the middle of the screen for no reason, not sure if there was a specific reason for this. Also, not sure if this is a matter of taste but the player with the gun in one side feels odd, did you try shooting from the middle of the character? I know that physically speaking it makes sense to have it as it is now but... not sure, could try some other options. Good mood in general and nice experince, good game.

Unlock by tempestCognitor 2017-05-06T03:31:44Z

You did a good job, I think the concept is interesting. Maybe if you plan to extend the game or release it as a full game in the future, adding feedback when you are hit or grab an item helps a lot to improve the experience. Also showing the goal very clear would give the player clear tasks to complete. Nice graphics!

The Life Amoebic by Baby Dino Herd 2017-05-09T00:25:37Z

I really like this interpretation of the theme, it's very unique. Reshaping the amoeba is fun itself, I enjoyed it a lot. You should consider making this game for mobile devices, of course more content should be added but the core is fun. As feedback, I think you could have some graphic feedback that lets you know how well you are performing, I know that the amoeba grows when it eats but you don't know exactly how much food you have to eat to win, I think that it would help. Good game!

Blocknauts! by EndlessPlumber 2017-05-02T09:08:19Z

Hello, for some reason the game is showing this error "out of memory trying to allocate a rendering resource". This computer is not that old, has anybody else had this error when running the game?blocknautserror.jpg

Blocknauts! by EndlessPlumber 2017-05-05T02:52:33Z

I finally was able to play your game!! it was my stupid graphics card that was not working properly. So, I really like the idea, the game is very nice, the graphics and music are very cool too. I have few comments on how to improve it from my perspective. You could add a "run" button when you are exploring planets, I get that the whole space feeling maybe makes it important to have low speed but doing a repetitive task slowly is not fun sometimes, so I think that could help a lot. Others have pointed out some camera issues so I won't comment about it. The idea is simple and fun. You could also include a race mode to compete with people if you extend or develop the full game, it would be cool.

The Land We Must Take (La Terre qu'il nous faut conquérir) by kavehes 2017-05-08T05:10:45Z

I like the graphics of the game, they are very nice. The whole idea is also could but I didn't have anyone else to play so I tried by myself. I think that you could add a very simple CPU player so more people can try the game, even if it's a dumb behavior, would be more interactive. I think that the idea of the game is good and the implementation is also very well done.

Snail Fighter by Marccio Silva 2017-05-03T01:25:21Z

I think the game is a lot of fun. I didn't know in the beginning that I could shoot and after that the bullets from behind... hahaha big surprise but it was a good one. I like the graphics and the whole mood of the game, despite its simplicity. As a comment, something I believe would improve the experience a lot would be adding better feedback when killing a turtle or being shot from behind, a lot of particles, moving the screen, something like that. You should consider a mobile version, nice game!

Colorfly by Zelos 2017-05-02T09:41:36Z

I think that the whole game in general is really cool. In the beginning I really didn't understand clearly what was the whole point of the game, while progressing it became interesting but since I wasn't sure if it really had an end (I didn't read the description before playing), I thought about stopping a couple of times. In my opinion something that could really help improving the game is somehow giving feedback of what you are doing is correct or going towards the right direction.

The graphics are simple but very nice, I think it's very obvious you put a lot of efforts on the audio part because it's quite good. The mechanics, despite tits simplicity I think that are good, just make the transitions shorter and motivate the player with the goal somehow and I think it will improve a lot. Nice game.

TINY by adventurjourney 2017-05-12T00:56:07Z

I really like the whole mood of the game, the concept is simple, graphics are beautiful and it's fun, I smiled a lot, specially when I saw I could move the biggest house xD. I have a couple of comments about my experience playing the game that could improve a possible extension or future release. In the upper-left part of the level, was very hard to place elements there, I think it's a collision issue probably but I struggled a lot, which was a bit frustrating. I think you can could loose the collisions a bit making the bounding smaller or creating areas with more space to avoid those cases. The rest of the game is very nice, the dog was also cute, great job!

Down the Rabbit Hole by those-30-ninjas 2017-05-05T14:56:27Z

This is a very nice idea, I wanna know how did you think about that mechanics. The only thing that was frustrating is taking me back to the beginning after game over, there should be at least something that allowed me keep playing in the same level, mostly because it's annoying playing all the levels again. Another thing is probably explaining how to play, it took me some time to figure it out. Lovely graphics and sounds, very nice game!

Aliens vs Rng by Valicitor 2017-05-11T00:32:20Z

Really nice concept, I also like the graphics very much they look good and the whole mood of the game is very good too. I have a comment about the questions, I think would be good if you showed or had a button to show the question with the answers there, it's not a big thing but if you have bad memory like me sometimes forget what were you asked. The dice change your planet but does it really affect the gameplay? I didn't understand that. Great game anyway.

Turtle Hero by KillToLive 2017-05-02T15:34:51Z

The graphics are cool. I really think that more feedback when interacting with objects would help a lot to improve the whole feeling of the game, for example making smooth transitions or very clear graphical changes when clicking on the elements. Also, when traveling I don't think it's really necessary to take a lot of time, you can do the transition very quickly to keep the player interested about the game itself, at least between traveling and fights. You should consider polishing the idea and releasing a alpha version to a small community on Steam and improving upon feedback. Nice idea!

Libre by DiegoCTorguet 2017-05-04T02:41:56Z

I really like the whole production of the game and the idea in general. Puzzles are also good and the overall mood (specially the acting) very nice. I have few comments on how I think could be improved. I think it needs more feedback, specifically when you swap tiles it's very hard to tell if you actually swapped them or not; also, having to change scenes when examining each tile is a task that could be done easier or at least in less time, having to wait is annoying. Besides that, the game is very nice.

Samhain: Fly Away Home by Vanillycake 2017-05-14T15:32:08Z

I really like the art and sounds. The concept is also nice. I have some comments on how I think could be easier to understand. I'm not sure if it's because the drawings are cute but from the beginning I thought that both elements, snowflakes and fairies were good elements, I tried to get them or something and they were both enemies. I think it could be a cute enemy but the meaning of the element should be more clear somehow. I really like the feedback and animations you added, it really give good feeling to the game. Good work!

Stable Orbit by mrspeaker 2017-05-03T02:32:35Z

This is very hard!!! it's nice and polished, I like how the game is implemented, the physics and whole mood. Maybe you could do it a liiiitle bit less frustrating, I was about to destroy my screen everytime I saw "critical hit". In general very good!

Limited Space by Vidinu 2017-05-06T03:43:54Z

The game runs very well, has a nice gameplay and good implementation. Maybe you could add bigger sprites to clearly see when you shoot and hit the asteroids and other enemies as well, good job!

Sucker Munch by oultrox 2017-05-09T23:58:54Z

This a super solid entry, very nice! I really like the audio and graphics, very well done. I have few comments on how probably could be extended. Adding some health item wouldbe nice, I'm not sure if I didn't play enough to find it but didn't see anything to help restore the HP. More weapons are more fun, maybe bigger or with more bullets. Finally I didn't find a reason to stop pressing the shooting button, if that's the case, is it really necessary to keep pressing all the time? maybe automatic shooting or I don't know, something that makes gthe player want to take a rest for shooting. Great job!

NO STEP ON HYOOMINS by makenai 2017-05-03T10:44:07Z

Very nice idea, simple anf fun!. I really like the feedback you added when stepping on people. You definitely should consider porting this to mobile devices, a lot of people will have fun playing it. As feedback, I think that you could make it longer, it's a nice gameplay and probably add dangerous stuff like if you step on a spike or a bomb you lose points or something like that. Good game!

FUEL by KCreanor 2017-05-02T15:12:39Z

I think that you planned to create the game for mobiles in the future, very nice idea!. I like the simple graphics and the level design, well thought. I'm not sure if you have thought about adding some extra time web getting one of the fuel boxes, I think would be encouraging for players. As an improvement, if you decide to release the game or extend it, adding feedback when getting the fuels would be very nice, like a bunch of particles or something, to improve the good feeling. Generally speaking, very good entry, good job!

Space Honey: The adventure of Little-Bee 🐝 by thiagowaw 2017-04-29T14:44:32Z

I think that this is a really nice idea and very well implemented. About the controllers, I believe you could modify that now and would still be under the rules of the jam, it's only mapping controllers to more comfortable keys so you should do it. I like graphics and animations a lot, the only advice I have here is that you put a lot of efforts on the planet and the bee, from the player experience point of view in my opinion knowing exactly where the honeycomb is and giving feedback that you are actually moving in space is important. In general is very good game.

War of Quiz! by orquigames 2017-05-09T23:48:31Z

This is definitely a different idea compared to what I've seen so far in the rest of the jam, very well implemented. The sounds are nice too. I have few comments on how could you improve it if you plan to release it in the future or just extend it. I think that multiplayer is a must, I guess you have that covered. When playing agains the CPU, it's cool to see how the computer "thinks" one time but having to wait for it to choose an answer all the time is not that fun, you could add a cool short animation while doing that or trying to make it choose the answer faster. Having different topics in the future would be also nice, like playing by category so people would know what to expect from questions. Anyway, hope this helps, it's a very nice game, good job!

Secluded by nikkilak 2017-05-15T05:38:29Z

Interesting and unique idea, I like the graphics of the game, simple but good. I don't really have suggestions on how to improve it, I think it's pretty solid game, I would say you can add more content or maybe illustration for the characters while they talk. Good job!

Den by La mecanique du plastique 2017-05-16T23:25:01Z

The whole mood of the game is great, nice design and nice atmosphere. I was stucked in the second human base thing, I'm not sure if that's the end of the game or I'm very bad at playing it haha. As feedback on how I think could be improved for a release or extension, I think that what you did with the controllers was nice because you can feel that the beast is huge and moves according but sometimes was a bit frustrating trying to move it and was stucked on a wall, polishing the controllers a little bit would help, I think. Good game!

First of all I think something nice for players would be if you made them easy for them to play your game, putting all the files on a .zip is convenient (making a web version is more convenient but the zip would be fine). I think that the general idea of the game is good good and it's fun to play, however, I think the level design probably needs some changes. It's very frustrating that having two paths to choose, you choose blindly (that's not bad) and the next time you try to choose the path you thought was the right one, it changes automatically (that's not nice). My suggestion on how to improve this would be: either you make the level design fix (no changes between trials) or at least give the chance to the player to see what's coming so with skills the player would be able to choose the best path and keep playing. Besides those things, I believe it's a good idea, if you plan to extend it or release it, hope this helps.

The Curious Adventures of Ant, the Inebriated Ant by tdennist 2017-05-03T03:35:25Z

Very funny game! I laughed a lot. Also in the level where the goal is underwater, I was about to quit, I kinda wanted to kill the designer at that moment haha. Good graphics and the level design was also nice. I would just recommend having smoother transitions between levels and if you reach the goal, stop the ant or something like that, it felt weird to be able to keep moving if you reached the goal. Good game!

Very interesting concept, there are a lot of bullets!. The game looks very polished and well made.

Very nice mechanics and controls, I think that this game with some polish would make a great mobile game. I have some comments about what I think could be improved. Add more feedback, when colliding or collecting an item, particles, colors, movement, etc, let the player know very clearly that he is doing bad or good. I have a question, are the spikes supposed to harm you? I collided many times against them and besides the physical reaction, nothing else happened. I think that if the are only obstacles, the spiky shape might confuse your players, and if they should harm you, a feedback showing how many hits you have would be nice. The whole mood of the game and sounds are very nice too, good job!

My Other World by Formona 2017-05-16T23:41:26Z

I think that the general idea of the game is very nice. For some reason I coouldn't beat the second monster, even though I clicked, the ball hit me all the time, I just managed to attack back only twice and I played many times. I also think that much more graphical feedback would improve the game, making the player feel that interactions have effect. The last thing, I think the explanation text should last there untl the player clicks somewhere, the first two times I played I didn't read it all. These comments are only meant to help improve the game, it's a very nice game already, good graphics and mood, good job!
