Like you said not really a game but more of a story, would be interested to see where you would take this if you had more time and added gameplay. Music was great as well really fitting of the art style you went with.
Very interesting game with a fun mechanic of moving up the social ladder. I liked the dialogue between characters and everything fit together well. The time gate mechanic partially confused me a bit so maybe an actions per day/evening to go beside the current day could be a fix? I'd also be interested to know if you guys went with a chance based forumla for the option of moving up the ladder or with making it at a certain friendship level. Overall super fun and cute little game.
Solid concept and execution. I really enjoyed the level design and overall aesthetic of the game. The only improvement I would make is try to make it a little bit clearer on how to reach the scenario goals.
I really liked the funny story and twist at the end, and the World of Warcraft parody was spot on. The art was well polished and everything was put together well. Add some more gameplay and this would be even better!
Good idea and you really did the text based game well. Only a few things to say. There is a bug where you get stuck at turning off the radio. The way the story plays out is pretty good but I found the dying and coming back to life tedious. There is no progress reports and no real ending so it left something to be desired or know where I should stop. A good fix in my mind would be removing the questions when you spawn and replacing them with an answer if you find it out. Overall decent first attempt.
Managed to score a 20 after a while. I think the comedic timing should be explained before the first play through and results page. The graphics fit together well and the core mechanic with the fish was great as well. Nice quick quirky game.
Super simple and fun game. Really liked that it took multiple days to reach the honey goal and drove home the amount of effort needed to be done by the bee. It was disheartening to see the bear destroy my hive but I loved the dramatic attack and death scene at the end, a fantastic touch. Some words of improvement would be remove the random jump at the end of the flower if possible. Interesting way you could go about working on this game could include making the bee go to high or low could remove nectar and an ending screen of sorts rather than just reloading the page. I liked this entry a ton, well done!
Good basic concept but the controls need to fine tuned for easier gameplay. Backround music would be a good addition.
It was nice to see you dedicated your game to your home countries cause. I also really enjoyed how smooth your control mechanics in this game were. They were really fun to use and worked really well. In terms of improvments that could be made, I think the need to repair needed to be inforced as I didnt feel to much incentive to use it. There also didnt feel like a victory or failure condition which would have been nice for this type of co-op game. Lets see it go multiplayer sometime soon :grinning: Overall great game with an amazing music score! well done.
It would be a good idea to keep the names in a readable orientation while the characters are moving. Background music would be a good addition. Interesting idea but I think that adding a way to see how im progressing or scoring would be helpful.
This was actually so fun that I got disheartened there wasn't anymore after the elevator. I'm hoping you continue this and make it into something we can see on steam! Great job :)
Really enjoyed playing! Fun twist on type racing and skateboarding :). More difficult than it looks but I didn't mind it. A fun QOL thing to add after the comp is maybe have it prevent you from typing the wrong word after a single incorrect letter and deduct points
I enjoyed the interesting level design. Hanging from the ceilings to reach the end was something that I thought was really cool. Great work!
This game was super fun, had an absolute blast playing! Took me off guard seeing the red guy appear after an orange one ate my base :). Bombing run was a neat feature, only wish here was that I could control a little more things! Great game
I really enjoyed this unique game idea. Appreciated the homemade music that went into it as well :) Liked the rpg feel of the different abilities. Great game would like to see if you fix it up and take it further!
I liked the game :) The rpm on the right looks complex, would be interested to hear how you did it!
@marioman68 I'll be sure to check back after the jam on your itch.io to see the improvements then. I agree with the speedometer thing also ;p
Super fun! I made sure to get out the controllers after reading comments. It made it a much better experience :) Great game.
Really enjoyed the fun puzzle challenges. I liked that there was a mix of plat-former skill and puzzle work involved.
Great entry :), I enjoyed hitting the rats and *attempting* to master the correct timing to chill instead of hitting the rats before they got too big. Neat game, I've not played something like this before
Amazing artwork, especially the character design and the background with the crowd. Great take on the theme with DDR meets fighting genre. Great work guys!
Needs more cowbell! Got a highscore of 690, not sure how that compares lol. I liked eating them for extra points and health. AI felt really smooth and well done. I had a bunch of fun playing this fruit pandemonium.
