Ah, I'll try to fix that as soon as i get home!
Fun little game, got a bit bored with it after round 4. Maybe having some faster bullets would've made it more fun. Other than that cool little use of theme
Fun game. Maybe some moore polish on the graphics. I got a little angry when i died after defeating the second boss since i had to begin all over again.
Cool little game!
Wow really hard game but kinda fun too. Cool mechanic. Work.
Fun game. A little confusing and hard to understand starting out. Maybe you can keep working on this and polish it more. Great entry!
Wow, fun game. First infinite runner i played this jam. Great work on the player controller, it felt real good to jump around. Got a score of 275.
WOw, fun mechanic, REALLY hard though. I enjoyed it though. Sometimes it felt a empty, maybe some camera shaking or some particle effects would make the mood much better.
Very confusing menu and little took me some time go get going but it was a fun little game when i finally understood it-somewhat. As a pygame user myself, i really enjoyed the visual effects(the explosions) xD
Wow, gun game. Really nice work on the graphics and mood. I really enjoyed all the fancy effects, it really made the game feel so much more better. The core mechanic is simple but fun and intense. Great game you got here!
A fun little game, great twist on the theme!
Fun mechanic. A little too hard but actually fun to try and play. Great job.
Fun game, cool idea, good graphics. Maybe you could expand on this copy-transform mechanic. I think this could make a really fun game! Other than that great ludum dare game!
Got a score of: 105
Simpel idea but enjoyable for some time
Good job.
Cool conecpt! Good level design! A little more could've been done when you actually win. Great game!
Tja, David från LBS Linköping.
Roligt litet spel. Riktigt smart och enkel användning av temat!
5 stjärnor på humor xD
Bra jobbat!
Hey cool game, Really nice effects. Simple and fun! Great work here!
Hey, great game you made here! Loved it! I like the fact that there was a level editor! That made it feel so much more complete somehow. Great work!
Great game, got a highscore of 30k and then i kinda got bored of it. Maybe it was a bit too on the easy side. Great entry though!
glaze_96, tackar tackar!
Hade lite ont om tid på söndagen därför valde jag att bara köra med en lite längre level.
Tack för kommentaren!
Nifty idea. I like the fact that you changed map-variant based on animal. Maybe some more polish could be done to the controlls other than that. Great entry!
Wow, kinda hard to get a grip of how to think. But a cool game nonetheless
Wow, that was amazing, emotional and fun! Great job! And good take on the theme.
A little too confusing. Maybe there's a good mechanic here but i can't enjoy this due too the game being way too hard in the beggining. Maybe some kind of explenation to what is going on would help.
Wow, intense and fun. I liked the feeling of the shooting. Got a score of 128. One critique is that the triangle shape controlled different fromt the others which threw me off. Great job on the game!
Hey this is an awesome entry. Amazing! Loved it. Maybe the story was a little boring. And it took a while to get me going. Other than that this is one of the best and funniest entriest I've played yet.(I've played over 50 by now)
Way to un-optimized but i see a fun game here. The fast bit that i played was fun.
Fun game! I really enjoyed the feel and the splash effects when killing slimes. One complaint is that the AI felt way to dumb at points and. Good job guys! Great art by the way!
As other have said not bad for a first time-ish unity project. Some tips would be to check out the profiler and learn how to use that. I noticed some very high cpu spikes during my play time. Other than that, i enjoyed the main mechanic alot! Great job.
Wow, fun game! Great use of theme! I managed to find two players too play with. I think a more polished match-making system and maybe multipile players would make this game even more fun! Good work here!
Cool game. Might just be me but it felt a little "slow". Almost a little laggy. The graphics i really enjoyed! All the different sprites matched together good! Great job!
Wow, cool game and cool mechanic for theme. Alotugh it kinda stoped working when i pressed the restart button on like level ?4-5? Other than that, really cool and fun game!
Cool idea, felt good too play. Great job!
Funyy game, nice core mechanics. Feels really refined. Good entry!
Kinda awkward and clunky mechanics in my opinion but it worked okay. The graphics are nice though.
Cool concept. I like the fact that you can change the season whenever you want. Nice job.
Fun little game, highscore: 210. Good job.
Great game, fun mechanic. I had a problem with leve 4 though. I think it was a resolution problem since I couldn't see the "men in suits". Other than that i really enjoyed the game.
Cute game. I felt the player was moving way to fast. You can either try to move your move code to FixedUpdate() or multiply your values by Time.deltaTime. Or maybe it was supposed to be that fast what do i know. Other than that cool little game.
Wow, cool game. Worked great for me. Great entry!
Great level design. Felt a little "off" with the caracter bounce. I see a potential for a great game if you keep making it. Great jam entry!
Fun racing game, a little confusing and the visuals for me looked super pixelated. A great concept though.
Simpel but cool! A cool little game. I got a little dissapointed when i realized that i couldn't fly with the dragon xD Other than that great job!
Hey, this is a really fun game. Cool visuals and good use of theme. Maybe I'm bad at the game but i felt that the learning curve was a bit too harsh and fast.
Cool concept. A bit too hard in my opinion but i enjoyed the graphics alot. Great work!
Great! Loved the feel and the music. Maybe the camera was a little to distracting with the beating and shaking sometimes. Other than that i enjoyed this game alot.
Fun game. Good use of mechanic. Maybe the human player felt a little floaty, just a small criticism. Great game!
Cool little game! Good work! Took me a while to get working though. Other than that good job.
@btwj_ Thanks for the compliments! The procedural generation of the character was something I had in mind from the beggining but the procedural generation of the map was something I threw in last hour before finishing, I'm quiet happy with how it turned out! Thank you for playing!
@McMutton
Right now there's only four characters but I plan on adding alot more of them in the post-jam update. Thanks for giving the game a try!
Great take on theme. The gameplay seems cool but it took me a while to get it to work. The movement felt a little weird, it felt like sometimes the moving forward wouldn't work. Other than that cool idea!
Great pixel art, a little hard to grasp in the beggning but overtime the game felt more natural. Great game overall!
Also, amazing soundtrack!
Love the retro style!
Altough I can't really find the theme visible in-game, i get that the game is in one window inside GameMaker but perhaps connecting that into the gameplay could be cool.
Simple art, smooth gameplay. Movement felt a bit weird but overall good.
Confusing game, kinda bugged out on me, my character just spazed out when I tried to go to bed!
Cool art though.
Weird and relaxing at the same time, great job.
Great fun little game! Good job!
The replay value however isn't that great, maybe some sort of score/value for how many zombie you've killed or something.
Nice atmosphere, would've liked it more if it would've been a bit more "crazy" just throw as many enemies at me as the game can handle.
Great concept, very strussful. A little barebones but overall kind of fun. Best time i got was 42.
Woah, amazing 3d models, cool gameplay.
A little stressful and hard but overall pretty fun!
Amazing work here!
Hm a little weird, am i supposed to just click click click until i get out?
The game wasn't intuitive enough to keep me hooked for long!
Great concept though, but needs some more work.
Cool graphics, putting more emphasis into game juice would probably make this game wonderful!
Great start here though!
There are some flaws with how this game is laid out.
1. You start the game by pressing X, but once in the game text appears:
_1a. Reading this text will make you die because the enemies walk right into you if you don't run away fast enough.
_1b. X button doesn't actually do anything when you're in the game.
I couldn't actually figure out how to kill the enemies for about 5 minutes because jumping on them sometimes killed me.
Sometimes it seems only 1 enemy spawns, whilst sometimes 2 spawn? This is a minor gripe, but the inconsistency is a bit confusing.
How much money you have seems to fade away, why not have this as a constant on the screen? If the game doesn't let you buy more weapons it'd make more sense to just hand the player a gun after clearing the first room.
Overall the game feels very unfair, killing you within miliseconds of spawning into the game.
It could have benefitted from a few more hours of polish.
Some pros:
The art is very nice!
Sound effects are fitting, makes me wish you had background music.
The gun feels powerful aiding game feel, the spread is a bit too big though.
Particle dust effect when jumping is very neat!
I hope you participate next jam aswell! :)
-Theihe
Unsure why windows32bit is 4MB while the windows64bit is a whooping 65MB.
I couldn't build a snow fort nor make snowballs? I just went round and round and clicking on stuff didn't do anything. The only button that seemed to trigger anything was space which spawned enemies, which in turn, didn't do anything except walking towards me.
I don't know if the build is a bit buggy or if I just did something wrong... (Played win32)
Can't run on Windows, grey screen here aswell
Since I saw your posts on the front page I've been amazingly excited to play it so here we go:
The intro text says "men" in plural while it should be saying "man".
The controls aren't very responsive on my laptop.
The timer on the top of the screen was very unnoticable making me waste tons of time just scoping out the room. I also didn't get that it was a timer until it was too late.
A way to restart the game + mute the music would have been prefferable.
The graphics are really well done, picking a white only surface really makes the red stand out!
Overall I think this might actually be the best designed game I have played in this gamejam!
I hope you continue to develop games!
-Theihe
Great fun game!
Really cool concept, good use of theme! Played for like 20 minutes just grinding!
Loved it.
Pretty fun, a little laggy on my machine! The window was a bit off too!
Other than that great work!
Kinda hard to play, wasn't much incentive to move forward, very nice looking graphics though!
Great job!
Cool little concept, made a similiar game to this two ludum dares ago but this game was overall really complete and had a somewhat clear goal. Great job!
Cool concept, felt a little awkward and clunky when I couldn't move while in the air.
Very cool pixel art, great all around.
Good work here!
Uhm, after dying for no apparent reason I couldn't restart the game, but for what I played it was kind of fun.
Great mood! Unique look overall.
Great job.
Probably the best looking game I've seen on here so far!
The gameplay was somewhat lacking(from what I played) After trying to click on the doormat I got stuck in the door and nothing happends.
Nice feel overall, stumbled upon some bugs, for examlpe, the green arrows just kept raining doing no damage which led me to die because I couldn't cast it.
Other than those small little bugs the game was great!
Music is really stunning, that said, a more intuitive pause menu/mute would be appreciated. I only found out you could pause the game because I exited the game and once in the pause menu I didn't understand that you had to use the arrow keys to toggle between the selections. Still can't seem to figure out how to mute it though since arrow keys or enter doesn't work.
Sound SFX are a bit too loud ex.jumping.
The intro screen is a bit hard to read because of the contrast between the green and blue.
It felt a bit unfair to not be able to see where the S platforms would spawn in (i think it was) the second level with the ladder and this problem was amplified in the third level.
The art is nice and quite coherent.
I think you would have benefitted from making fewer levels and polishing the ones you had :)
-Theihe
@Mark
I didn't complain about your controls?
I just stated that the pause function was unintuitive and the mute option doesn't seem to be working.
There is no need to defend this comment and object to it, even though that might be the natural way to go.
I quite enjoyed your game, even though it really wasn't for me and I quit after three levels.
Happy to hear your girlfriend played it without issues, but for testing you really should get strangers to play your creations to see how they react to playing it with no prior knowledge.
Great work though, I hope you continue with your development! :)
-Theihe
Sick game!
Cool concept, altough the gameplay is kind of one dimensional. Maybe making the bullets more "alive" maybe make them go along a bezier curve to make the game more difficult!
Other than that good job!
A little hard, but very clever core concept.
It felt a little weird that my character was facing my pointer maybe making him face my walk direction would make it feel better. Great work here!
Cool game, sets a good mood all around!
I kinda got stuck at the title screen for some time, the instructions were a bit unclear to execute.
Having memory leak issues and the gameplay is quite confusing. Do I have hp? Why doesn't the room rotate if I spam attacks? Why can I spam attacks? Is there a win-state?
The art is very nice, but the gameplay is lacking in conveyance.
Keep up the good work though, you'll get there :)
-Theihe
Wow, that was hard and fast. Great use of theme and lovely graphics!
Cool art style, very unique, good job.
Great game, instructions in game was a bit unclear but overall great game.
Good feeling game! good job!
Didn't get far but the part i saw looked good!
Very good game, cute graphics and good overall mood.
The gameplay is simple but fun. Great job.
Amäzing overall, the graphics were pretty, the soundtrack was catchy. The only small grudge i have is the sneaky-gnome part which felt kinda impossible at times and the combat in the begging which just ended up with me spamming space to just quickly pass by them. Other than that I loved this game!
5/5 overall!
Overall, this is a rather neat game :)
I would have liked more attention to have been put on the art, as the walking animation seems a bit slow, and the areas seem empty.
The bomb sound effect is good, and some background music could really have benefitted the game.
Keep up the great work!
-Theihe
Good job!
Didn't realize it at first but after looking around I realized I played as a toy tank! hehe(Didn't read the title)
I found that getting stuck in ditches was a bit too easy which resulted in my death.
@harak @Oxeren @batmagus @cushycode
Thanks for the nice comments! Much appreciated!
@Mordokay
I hear you the game sometimes feel very one dimensional, perhaps putting more emphasis on the plattformer aspect would result in a harder and funnier game!
@WarmLemon yeah, the game isn't really nice to color-blind people. Maybe implementing a color blind feature that saturates color would work. Thanks for playing!
This is one of the prettiest games this jam! :)
Though the click noise gets very repetetive and the gameplay needs some more spice.
I agree with Kidando and Aamatniekss, this could become a neat game for mobile with more content!
Keep up the great work!
-Theihe
The "puzzels" were way too easy to make my brain feel rewarded after completing a level. And when I "failed" with a block I only fely frustrated because the grid-based movement felt really clunky.
Wow, great little game. There was a bug in the last "water" room I could just exit through the door, maybe you missed a collider over there? Great job!
A little unbalanced from what I saw, would've prefered wasd controlls(why esdf?) Other than that tight controlls and rewarding gameplay! Great work.
Love these types of games! Excellent, good work!
A bit confused on what excatly I was supposed to do. Great concept though.
Music is top notch!
Graphics are quite plain and could've used some more work.
The gameplay is enjoyable, but it would benefit from a proper tutorial, or it all just being slowed down a bit. I found myself losing because I didn't know what blocks were coming, or missing the collision box just slightly, making the pieces snap back and it was all lost ):
I also found myself losing despite completing 50% or more of the shapes?
Overall I think this was an amazing take on the theme! Keep up the great work!
-Theihe
Nice graphics but core concept bored me quiet fast.
Good looking game, lacking in gameplay though.
One of the more fun games I've played this jam. Good job.
Cool little game, maybe a little too grindy, but overall good jam game!
@florian-van-strien I have the same exact thoughts about the chest showing what type of item it contains, I've updated the game (locally not published yet) so that the chests shows the item type, by simply having a sword icon etc on the chest sprite! Thanks for the feedback.
@suchista & @sohakes The runtime error might be some memory leak or some other pesky bug, not encountered it myself but I'll try to look for it and fix it! Thanks for playing! The OpenAL should be statically linked into my .exe so that's weird I'll look into it and try to fix it, people shouldn't have to download OpenAL to play the game correctly (:
@sublustris Thanks! the little blur on the player was a last minute addition realizing that drawing genitals might offend/be inappropriate for some audiences.
Thanks you all for trying the game AND giving me feedback like this!
Good overall submission! Nice dark twist of the theme, really enjoyed the feeling of finding new weapons & survivors and seeing what they did and how they worked. Some subjective critique incoming; the movement felt a bit weird but I get that this is just a type of movement I'm unfamiliar with but I would've really enjoyed a 4-way move system that is more commonly found in top-down games. Thanks for this submission, good job!
Hard to grasp at first but after some time it got a grasp on the game, nice seeing a tkinter game! I've tried python+tkinter before (years ago) and never realized you could create games like this with it! Great job!
Love the art and the feel of the game, nice soundtrack. Got a 103 top score! Simple but well executed game! Nice job!
Nice game, as Fritz said the movement is a bit slippery and the lack of a lose condition makes the game feel a bit shallow but what's here is good and works well! Good entry overall, nice work!
Nice game, difficulty ramped up nice, level 6 was the first level that wasn't straight forward + the camera was really far back/zoomed out on level 6, levels before had a nice camera size/zoom. Cute game! Nice work.
Good polished game, nice overall game-feel. The game could really use a soundtrack though. Might just be on my computer but the movement got glitchy after a while or maybe that is intended.
Fun puzzle game, a bit on the easy side in the first levels but the difficulty curves nicely, good job!
Neat idea, sadly falling a bit on the simple side. What I played was good and the system worked with no bugs but after a couple of minutes of just clicking on blocks and making them go away I got a bit bored realizing that there wasn't much more than that. Overall nice game but could use some more content/mechanics

Amazing looking graphics, loved the space background, the music was fitting. The gameplay was fun at first but got a bit boring after a couple of retries.
Loved it! A really stand out entry in terms of style. Nice work
Pretty cool game, for me it became a bit stale in the gameplay department. The parallel worlds idea is cool but when moving to a new zone i got some lag switching between the worlds, a bit irritating. Overall solid entry!
Satisfying car physics! I would have liked it if the monsters looked a bit more like "monsters" and not just gray humans with hats (: Cool game!
@mlkvr Thank you! Yeah the team put some real thought into balancing the levels difficulty as the player progresses! ⚖
@itsboats thanks for playing! it was very fun watching you play it during stream 😀 We'll be watching the leaderboard for "boats"!!
@jerem-watts wow thanks for the kind words on our game friend! We're glad you enjoyed it as much as you did! Keep an eye out on my itch.io page! We're planning on doing a medium-size update to the game after the jam has ende!
@almost Thanks for playing! Yeah the 6x6 levels are alot harder due to the clutter/amount of stuff on screen! In a more revised version perhaps this can be mitigated by placing more "empty" blocks for 6x6 levels. We will definently discuss this internally for the post-jam update.
@aka-black-dog Which browser and what version of that browser are you using? (:
Cool visuals but the game felt kinda stale. Perhaps i didnt understand or its not my type of game! None-the-less cool entry!
Very solid entry! Didnt notice any bugs at all really which is impressive for a game of this caliber! Well done team! Also very impressive with a leaderboard (our game also has one... solidarity in leaderboards)
Some improvements could probably involve more variation in gameplay! Perhaps verticality or secrets hidden around the map (if there were secrets already i didnt find any)
Cool game! Had a fun time playing it! Would've been cool to have a global leaderboard, or perhaps it is a global and the WebGL version just didnt connect. Nice work either way 😊
Great mood and music!
Nice aesthetic! Felt pretty basic and at times the driving felt very clunky and unfair but overall a great mood!
Solid entry! I got the crash but everything i played before felt responsive and good
Really fun game! Feels super tight to play! Nice work 😀
Cool short game! I also loved the sound and graphics! Nice work.
Interesting to say the least! Unique jam entry (:
I work as a public speaker and this game is so close to life that i can use this on my trainee's since the crowds these days are hard to find. score: 13/13 👍
