Snow Fort Defence by PotatoMasha 2016-12-12T18:13:00

I recompiled the windows32+64 bit because of the problems Mieeh stated in the comment above this morning (9am), didn't add stuff to the file but I guess there's no way for anyone to know if I did. If that breaks the rules then I guess this is for the Jam instead.

Also didnt put in source code until now... yup it's a Jam.

I already ported it to android arputikos! (A crappy port), but I would only publish a more beta to finished version. I will work on this more once my other games are finished, definitely.

Zombie Swarm by Magius96 2016-12-12T18:50:00

I like it. I thought it would be really basic at first but you have all of the mechanics of a one roomed zombie shooter down. I even saw the stats screen when you die. The music must have been open-source or you specialize in it. I even found out that the grenade can kill the player.

Violent Rom by eruiz00 2016-12-13T20:31:00

It looks like a basic shooter like a lot of other people have made but the enemies do more than just follow you. There are tons of different types of enemies which makes it really stand out.

Undead Arena III by LedgeTheDev 2016-12-13T05:00:00

Id say it was pretty good. The build was 168 MB though! That's crazy! I don't know what was in there, the textures looked like solid color and there wasn't too many sounds. I did like how you were able to make a full 3d zombie shooter with a* pathfinding and implement it onto 1 room. And it was literally one room which is good.

Room One by callym 2016-12-13T18:51:00

Looks amazing but doesn't run very well. Hard to move, buttons get jammed. I got stuck in a crouch position. Usually space didn't work. Still imaginative and cool.

Orb Protector by MrJoshuaMcLean 2016-12-13T05:11:00

This reminds me of a castlevania game. The controls are tough because by the way the shooting mechanics worked you had to stretch your pinky finger to shoot and then stretch your index finger to reload. I thought it made it more about strategy and making sure you don't miss or you pretty much lose.

BOSS ROOM by rogual 2016-12-12T20:17:00

This is amazing! I like how the room was made to turn into new boss rooms. It was confusing how to get to each new stage but with time it isn't too hard to figure out.

Null Void by SuperPokeunicorn 2016-12-12T20:06:00

Hey I think you forgot to zip the file. I can't run it because it is only a .jar file.

Null Void by SuperPokeunicorn 2016-12-13T18:27:00

I found out that the jar file was a zip. I unzipped it and got a file with:
base folder
engine folder
game folder
meta-inf folder
org folder
sounds-images-level.json files
+ more jar files

The folders all had class files in them.
I looked at the jar archives and they had more class files too or files that weren't a game-launcher.

I saw the comment from wscones and thought why does it work for mac when it is made for windows/linux? Maybe it is a mac export not a windows/linux or maybe it works for all 3 and I still couldn't find it.

Null Void by SuperPokeunicorn 2016-12-13T20:29:00

I got it to work! I typed "cd desktop" then "java -jar NullVoid.jar" into the command console and it played!

It feels like a small but full game with music, sfx, good sprites, and great level progression. It does feel like an older 8-bit game too and the level loader was cool and made it 1 room. Id say this is a good entry seeing how completed it is.
