Window Crawler by Chao 2016-12-13T10:59:00
Yeah, that would have been nice, but unfortunately due to the limitations of the LOVE engine I don't think it would have been possible.

Thanks for trying the game, and for all your great feedback!
We'll probably work on an updated version that addresses some of these issues after judging is complete.
@animanegra The requestAttention function was added in Love 0.10.0, so if you are using a version pre 0.10.0 that will be the problem.
For anyone else having trouble with progression, try reading the list of hints in the description. If they are unclear, please tell me so I can rewrite them.
You need to include the dll's that come with the downloadable zipped version of love to get the exe working.
Anyway, fun game and a cool idea.
The death animation was... unexpected.
Game didn't run :(.
Using 64bit windows if that's relevant.
I also tried both the exe and jar files.
Yep, works for windows now :).
I found the enemy AI really interesting, I especially loved the way they tried to break down doors and smash windows to get inside the house, was fun trying to figure out how to evade them.
Really liked the aesthetic and the music, however the vast majority of the time enemies hit me they died and I took no damage, so you might want to fix that.
Interesting take on the tetris-like(though not really in this case) formula.
It got especially interesting when the non rectangular objects like the axes turned up.
If you're looking for feedback, perhaps add something to do while waiting for enemies to die and drop items.
Good job, fun game.
