Really really clever! almost too clever : D
The multiple window system is quite interesting, but in practice it didn't work too well to keep switching back to my file manager to (slowly) open new copies of the game. I think it might work better with the option to open new windows somewhere in the game itself.
Yeah, that would have been nice, but unfortunately due to the limitations of the LOVE engine I don't think it would have been possible.
Love the idea, although the implementation is a little too cumbersome - actually switching windows in your OS.
This is a really neat concept, but sorta wish the hint had said instance or something or there had been some way to open the second instance from a file menu or something--without a screen shot that hints you need to run the window or something I killed more time than I would like to admit clicking blindly and missing the part of the game that was actually fun.
This is a cool idea but having to switch back and forth between windows is a little clumsy. It would be nice if the enemies didn't start attacking until the window received focus.
Really cool idea! I love games that play around with windows/websites.
I thought it would have been cool if the placement of the window actually had an impact, like you were sort of "building" the level yourself. With this, I started putting windows together to have them flow logically, but it wasn't really necessary.
I kinda wish that clicking hadn't been attack, I kept accidentally clicking outside of the window and losing focus, resulting in me dying. Your attack radius was REALLY small.
Still, cool idea!
The idea for this game is ingenious! Having the whole dungeon map in front of me in the form of all these different windows was cool. Unfortunately, the game was too difficult up front. Despite trying quite a few times, I never got past the first three or four rooms. I did get the shield eventually, which gave me some feeling of accomplishment. Despite the difficulty, I had a pretty good time with this game. It would be cool to see a fully realized version of this game one day. Great job!
Thanks for trying the game, and for all your great feedback!
We'll probably work on an updated version that addresses some of these issues after judging is complete.
Program crashes on my lubuntu, when I open the first window. :( Enter using the window and then, lua bsod.

Very very strange. The multiple window idea is cool, but using it for a dungeon crawler seems nutty! But I guess it matches the theme! hahaha. Very unique. Good job!
@animanegra The requestAttention function was added in Love 0.10.0, so if you are using a version pre 0.10.0 that will be the problem.
Damn, that is genius. Pretty unique idea you have here, also very difficult. Good stuff :D
Love the idea and clever implementation! I found the game way too hard though... only once was I able to defeat all of the enemies in a basic room... gave up after quite a few (very cumbersome) game over and restarts on other sized rooms.
Such a cool and well-executed concept! It was also fun to play too and quite addicting as I wanted to see what each new room would contain. The enemies were tough and pretty cool! I really like the sound effect used when the skeleton throws it's green fireballs. Overall, a really great and innovative game. Great job!
That was freakin cool and so new. Thanks for that awesome game
A little hard, but very clever core concept.
It felt a little weird that my character was facing my pointer maybe making him face my walk direction would make it feel better. Great work here!
@chao yeeeep!!! :D 0.9.1 baby inspector. I had the newest version on the other computer. Trying again. :D
multiple window game idea is awesome
got impressed only by this, but game have good gameplay and battle system!
Got fun from the game and it's most important part!
good job, nice entry ;)
Wow. This is cool. The concept itself pretty much carries the game. I would recommend some kind of soft mouse-lock maybe. I died a few times from accidentally clicking outside a window. And some tweaking on the difficulty curve because as a few have mentioned, it does seem really punishing up front, but man this is a refreshing idea. Good job!
I really try understand how to start but I can't find anything in the room.
For anyone else having trouble with progression, try reading the list of hints in the description. If they are unclear, please tell me so I can rewrite them.
Wow! This is definitely the most innovative I've played so far; really clever the way you've done it. I would gripe however that because of how small the windows are, it's so easy to click to another one in the middle of battle, causing me to quickly die. Would also appreciate a way to quickly restart the game (closing all but the main window) within the game. That said, great game, nice graphics too.
Super innovative game, well done all involved
It is a fun entry with a really interesting idea.
However, opening text could be shorter. Also, it's not obvious that you must open another instance of the game to go to the next room. If I hadn't seen a GIF of your game's window mechanic before I would have probably lost interest before I figured it out.
Realy nice game dude !
I was looking for a window in game for a couple of minutes, then I read the description more carefully. After I opened the window my mind was blown.
Changing window focus was a bit annoying
