Thanks for the feedback ! To open the door, you have to grab the handle by pressing SPACE next to it and then go backward ;)
@jcmonkey The ui at the bottom of the screen aims to help indicate how to compensate for the player's rotation.

The game is patched, it was impossible to open the door and to complete the game. Sorry for those you tried... But now you can watch your favorite show in space :)
