The game itself was short and simple, as you had mentioned on the intro screen, but graphics and music were adorable and beautiful. I felt tempted to leave it on the background to keep the music on
A relaxed, pleasant experience overall. Nice job!
PS: Any chance of a post-compo with more planets? :innocent:
15 in a row! Congratulations! Lovely work, as always, from yous guys (especially Darwin). The atmosphere is wonderful.
It has potential. I like the art style. Sounds are amazing but sometimes it felt like there were two tracks playing at the same time. Good prototype! :)
Graphism and music is really good! The game is good too. Perhaps the puzzle have to be more difficult! But well done!
Amazing little game! Very good visuals and audio! Love the mood too! Puzzles weren't challenging, but as you said it supposed to be relaxing.
Very nice game. The graphics are very clean and in great style. Sounds feel well fitted, as far as I noticed, it changes in a reaction of what you do. Navigation may be a little more forgiving. For example, I should be able to focus the sun by clicking it, this right click thing may take me back to galaxy map. It has potential to become something more.
Absolutely adorable. Loved the art style, and the little details were really thoughtful. The star traveller looked like a little axolotl!
The little guy looked so happy when I got him home! The game was exactly how you advertised it - relaxing, colorful, atmospheric, I really liked it.
You 'closed out' your puzzles nicely - seeing the shield come up on the planet under attack, seeing the other planets turn to earth like worlds when you switched the cores, it was all just really satisfying.
Those graphics are amazing for LD! Enjoyed it but it's a bit confusing. Good job!
So cute! =)
A cute and (as described) simple puzzler. I really enjoyed it. It set up the atmosphere great with the music and the beautiful and stylistic art. I would have enjoyed it if it were a bit longer, but what can you expect from a Ludum Dare game. What was there was excellent, and you did a great job on this game.
I really liked the visuals and the music. The gameplay was awesome and reminded me (in a very good way) of an old black and white point-and-click game I played as a kid called Cosmic Osmo and the Worlds Beyond the Mackerel. Unfortunately while that game was (or at least seemed) infinitely large, this one ended far too soon. But it was short and sweet. Good work!
Nice game, great music and atmosphere, really cute art style. Pretty easy to pick up. Nice work overall!
A very nice puzzle, your music fit in well, the art style reminds me of some other great artists. It was a easy learning curve and was a excellent play.
Great atmosphere and graphic style :) the music is relaxing and fitting, puzzles are intuitive and rewarding. The game is really well polished. Great entry :D
Very pretty game. The puzzles are also intuitive which is nice because I was able to beat it c:
It was simple but it plays very smoothly and the puzzles vary a bit so it's not repetitive. The audio also helped the mood.
Only improvement I could see is just more content.
This was great, the graphics and music were top notch. Definitely one of the better games I've tried so far.
Here's mine, if you'd like to give it a try. Good luck!

Really lovely experience, well done.
Interesting point-and-click game. I thought you handled the puzzles very well as they felt intuitive and self explanatory. I liked the atmosphere of the game and hope that little Star Traveller has a long life ahead of him/her/it!
Graphics are excellent, i like the style! It's both nice to look at and cute. The game was simple as you explained, but it was still satisfying to see the things "click". The music was mostly good, but some tracks sounded a bit too full of stuff, like two songs layed above each other - that got a bit distracting.
Really nice experience!
Nice graphics! The sound was sometimes a bit weird but all in all it sounded great. I really like the game idea to travel to other planets fining new stuff for other ones. The puzzles were a bit too easy but as you said, that wasn't the point of the game. The relaxed atmosphere was just fantastic. Well done!
Thanks for the great feedback everyone!
@ithildin Unfortunately I don't think there will be a post-compo version. We enjoyed working on it but we have another project on that needs to take priority
Wow, beautiful, the mood was incredible, the gfx a very nice style, the music great, a really great experience! Very good on-boarding for the player with the speech bubbles, all in all a very polished entry and a fun experience.
You should expand on this with more mini games to get the keys, it would be easy to use as a platform for dozens of classic mini-games, one in each system (sokoban, invaders, pacman, ...). I think you are sitting on a great idea here!
The only thing that you could try to improve minimally is the fading of the songs, maybe a bit longer, or blending the songs together.
I really like the the look, feel, and mood of this game. The vector art you guys used for all the sprites was very professionally done.
I like the artstyle of the game. Well done. The story is a bit short.
Nice job I really enjoyed the visuals and audio in this game. It's really satisfying when the audio changes as you click on new items and really immerses you in the gameplay. The art style reminded me a lot of the Kurzgesagt videos on youtube which I'm a big fan of.
The game did a good job of explaining how I'm meant to play, but I still got a feeling that I was randomly clicking on things. It was a bit frustrating which detracted from the audio/visual experience, only a bit though. Overall it's excellent.
This game is gorgeous! I love the art style, with the use of color and smooth graphics. Great work on the music, and although the game was simple, I'm glad it wasn't too challenging and still fun. Beautiful work, I can tell you guys worked hard on this!
Very atmospheric and relaxing game indeed! I enjoyed trying to understand what I was supposed to do and clicking on all the planets, visually the game looks great, the soundtrack is awesome as well, and the gameplay fits the feeling that you tried to create. Overall, after playing the game I feel exactly like the star traveler at the end of your game - ecstatic, 5/5 entry!
A really nice experience ! I would have liked to play longer and have other puzzles as well ;) The mood was great, it really was relaxing! I personally found the texts not necessary and I would have loved too "experiment" more to understand the game mechanics (a bit like games like Samorost) Anyway, great work, I had fun !
Nice graphics, sounds and controls. Are the images vector art?
I loved the mood of this game, graphics are really neat and the sounds/music are great, good job ! Puzzles were maybe a bit too simple but the usage of the mouse was smartly thought ! Pretty relaxing ! :relaxed:
ah i see that you love flat design graphics too. Really loved the mood of the overall, that was peaceful and relaxing. Thanks for the entry
The music remind me of a soft version of TRON2, and I love that soundtrack to the bone. Amazing little entry. Nicely done!
Short and simple. Thank you for that intro screen and setting the expectation actually - I might have been talking about how the puzzles were too easy otherwise. :P
Mood was great, gfx fit in nicely with everything, I enjoyed the overall experience.
I found one bug in the 2 planet core level, where if you click one core twice fast enough to collect it, it'll fill up the slot for both cores - but that's nothing game-breaking heh. Good stuff!
Really beautiful game! The graphics and the audio really set a mood. Great job on that, definitely the strongest aspect of this game! The puzzles, though simple, were fun and I had a great time exploring this game. Nice work!
One of the better games, that I've played here on LD 38 the puzzles were well balanced.
but the camera movement and some sprites were a bit jaggeredy other than that, nice game
Great game! The graphics and audio were nice, along with the point-and-click gameplay. The game may have been a little short and a little too easy, but it was still fun.
Wow! The graphics were obviously very good. This is probably the best looking games I've seen for Ludum Dare. Unfortunately, I feel like the game itself is weak in a couple of areas. The explanations feel a little redundant, and the gameplay is far too basic to be engaging. It feels more like a paint-by-numbers than a game. I know the focus was on visuals and sound, which you definitely succeeded at, but the lack of good game play kind of detracts from it . . . :(
Nice art and music, congratulations !
Always been a fan of your guys work, and you guys definitely nailed this time.
Great music, and visual as always. Although like most people already said it, the game is a little bit too simple, but I think the music made up for it. Overall, great entry!
Lovely art style, reminds me of [Gigantic's](https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCX4mqbvv5lGqLpI4FYlJt4w) work with Adobe Illustrator. I liked the music too. The lack of non-musical sound effects creates a kind of impersonal distance from the scene, I'm not sure how I feel about that. I'm not that bothered by the simplicity of the gameplay as others are, a game needs to be engaging, but being challenging is optional (albeit popular). Nice job!
Its a funny game! Lovely art and very beautiful graphics. The puzzles are so entertaining, i want more levels ^^ I really like this game
Really well polished game! It was enjoyable, the graphics and sound design fit nicely together.
The puzzles were a bit simple, but I guess if you go further with this game, they will be nice for the first "world".
To sum up, it was nice to play it! :) And props to Darwin for being a cat! :p
Really nice game. It was short but meaningful, and the mini games were quite innovative. I love it.
Great content for a LD, the game itself was a bit too easy - the amount of features the game had makes me think you could've just as easy created a bit more interesting gameplay - right now it was very linear and you spent only a few couple of seconds on each planet, I think I saw the white fading screen more than the actual game. Great graphics, mood and sound! Very impressed overall.
bold, brief, beautiful. enjoyed this thoroughly
The sound it's amazing! Loved it
Cute and very atmospheric, great work!
Wow, what an amazing soundtrack. Loved how the sountracks build up after you are on the right way! You guys must upload it somehwere!!! I've never played a point and click game so i was a little confused at the beginning But i made it to the end and have to say i really liked it! Overall great artstyle, cool small puzzels. Very good Game!
This was gorgeous, everything about this is so nicely polished! The atmosphere is fantastic. I love all the little touches and things to see in the background.
I feel that the text that describes aligning the moons at the beginning is a little redundant, since the goal is highlighted nicely with the beam. Perhaps if enough time passed then the helpful text could appear? Very minor nitpick though!
Can really see this as the intro a series of increasingly challenging puzzles in a larger game. Brill job. :D
What a lovely little game! The visuals as well as the audio are obviously fantastic. The gameplay mechanics are indeed relaxing and fun, but it was also a very easy game. Overall, it was an amazing experience and I'd love to see a bigger game with this audiovisual style and those light puzzle mechanics. Simply amazing!
As you said, is not a challenging game but the experience is wonderful. That pixel art and music fits so well. Would be interesting if you keep developing this game with more challenging puzzles. Great entry!
Thanks everyone for the kind comments, we really appreciate it
It is GREAT! Very cool story, art and very good sound. Great job!
VERY nice art and music! I feel so relaxed... Excellent entry!
This looks and sounds beautiful BUT I would not go so far as to say it's relaxing. It **was** relaxing until I got to the second "moons spinning around" puzzle. Obviously the first one was very easy - just click when the moons are in the right place...but the second one - only being able to slow them down...it drove me MAD!!!!! I actually gave up in the end...I couldn't get them to line up at all.
Apart from that - this is a great entry and, with a little more time for minor improvements, it could be truly excellent!
@richard-michael-smith Thanks for playing, although a bit confused what you mean as there is no second moons puzzle??
I wonder if you just went back to the first level that was already completed, maybe we should have made it clear when you went back to an area that there was nothing else to do there
a lovely experience that looks great !
The graphics and color palette for this game are fantastic. The music was also very good, and it was great how it interacted with the things you did in game, it made it very fulfilling to click on things. On the board where you click the meteors to prevent them from hitting the planet 3 times, sometimes it wouldn't register my mouse clicks. Other than that, really loved the whole game, excellent submission.
