I finished! would be nice to have a (yey you win, 100%_ also the higher numbers cover almost the entire screen/
Some visual representation on the image of the galaxy for the "spread" would be nice too, altogether very well executed!
Super pretty graphics, very twilight zone, and great music!
Totally ridiculous... Love it!
great pixel work, very clean game with fun gameplay
very fun with a great graphical style! Great work!
One of the best entries by far, really unique gameplay and stunning visuals.
However I got stuck under a ledge in both worlds!
Restart!
Loved it though, really inspirational work
very unique take on the theme, nice "bridge" building mechanic
Really liked the polygon visuals, however I've seen so many entries using this now it's getting a little stale (I was actually thinking of going this route, but decided against it! haha)
Music gets a little repetitive after a while, but it was soothing.
Good work!
very confusing game but it definitely kept me playing. Interesting approach to the theme
very polished game!
Loved the audio / visual combination that worked well together
Gameplay was very addictive
very cool entry, definitely takes the theme literally in a good way.
Visually very impressive
this is a super beautiful game you have created!
I'm very impressed by the visuals, tight gameplay and the entire package!
Smart idea to have the control tutorials part of the world
Great work!
really cool, I felt the white "stars" were a little distracting, maybe making them smaller would balance out the visuals a little
insta death is a little harsh, but great game overall
took me a while to realize I could restart by pressing R, had to read the comments, maybe I jumped in to the game too quickly and missed something. It's got bread, so it's addictive!!
lots going on in this game, might be good to streamline it a little or introduce additional buttons as you go along
totally confusing in a good way. didn't get far but really fun
no link :-(
I just shot some glowy balls, I was happy!
keep dying!!!
Don't think it's me either, very bizarre game!
gorgeous visuals that were very clear, was a little tough at the beginning though.
Great work!
I had quite a few framerate problems with this, which is strange
lot's done in the short time you had, good connection between games. well done!
:-( saying don't judge is like asking me not to eat chocolate.
Shame, would like to see how this would of turned out
would be nice to have a web player version so I can try
love the "sketchy" feel to the game. would love to see a final product!
really liked the art style you created here, really great color tones!
Fun game!
a lot of content here, really in depth!
Great gameplay
crazy amount of ninjas!
Played it for longer than most games so far, but as others have mentioned, not really connected to the theme.
Highly addictive though
great visuals, controls were a little strange and finicky but overall good effort
loved the visuals on this, and your control method took me a while to figure out but it was very unique
Nice relaxing music, that went well with the gameplay
I wish it was a little more responsive though, as I got frustrated with the controls quite quickly
wish I could survive.
My mind was pretty cluttered playing this, haha
I liked your visual style, and I actually enjoyed the music
haha, well, full marks on humor!
Shame you couldn't finish
want to play, but can't
well, the art you created was really interesting! But I want to play!
it's a little dark, so very hard to see what's going on. But overall was fun to play
very cool take on the theme, nice art and music
this was really great. It was quite a shock the first time you switch (as the color palette totally changed the mood) which was really great.
Solid "runner" game, it needs a few pickups to get high scores though haha!
great polish on your entry
Some great platforming sections and pretty deep gameplay.
Well done!
great work on the procedural worlds, I really enjoyed the atmosphere you created!
It would of been nice to see a little more variation in the caves to keep the player hooked, and promote more exploration
Overall a really great entry!
shame you couldn't finish on time, your idea actually looked pretty great!
it took quite a long time to load!
Even though you used pre-made assets the visuals came together nicely.
Great effort!
played for a while, couldn't get very far though. More polish and I think it could be great
want to see the finished version, what I saw was great
we had the same problem with the alpha of our game, no players = 0 success. Shame, because it's quite a feat to create a multiplayer experience in the amount of time you had. Respect!
really cool art style "haha pun" game
This was bizarrely fun to play!
loved the vector style trees!
Would be nice to see a more consistent art style throughout the game though, as the trees compared to other parts of the game looked a little out of place
great! There is a lot of story here for the short amount of time you had! great work on that! I love all things with branching story-lines so you get top marks from me!
the game got flagged on download but i still tried it
The game itself is pretty confusing due to the info overload, but overall a great entry
this was actually pretty addictive!
very basic but everything worked well
Very polished entry, everything worked really well together visually and gameplay wise
Sometimes the controls were a little finicky but I got used to it after a while.
Great!
very unique concept, would of been cool if you could somewhere find gameplay where you actually had to close your eys!
super cool idea to throw everything together like this.\! pretty confusing too though!
great visual style and gameplay
Great work
best name so far haha
I loved how responsive this was, really great gamplay and the art style complimented it nicely.
really crazy idea with awesome characters.
couldn't get it to install either. I'll try again later
This is great fun to play.
You created a likeable visual style and the sound effects work perfectly!
Going back to play more!
Really solid platforming experience!
I felt the character was a little floaty, but it worked well
Great job!
I died so many times!
Really well made, It might of been best to have individual keys for each of the worlds, rather than fumbling through the arrow keys.
The depth was done really well, and I liked that each world had different jump heights.
Needed audio though!
Strong entry overall, congrats on your first Ludum Dare
Really well made entry!
Great visuals, great music and great gameplay!
You took the theme quite literally witch is actually pretty cool.
I think you could make a fully fledged puzzle game out of this! Imagine no mans sky visuals paired with your mechanic, each world having a different style
Very impressed!
My favorite so far.
i pooped 3 times
nice touch to have it floating around outside when you put in the battery
i'd love to see a whole game like this
you hit the theme perfectly, and the gameplay was fun and easy to get in to!
Always a fan of two people playing on the same machine!
this was super cool to look at.
Die, die and die again haha
Need some sound to match the great visual style you have!
Interesting concept, but more content is needed.
interesting art style, I liked the color tones you used
very very good visually, the vector 3D worked really well!
I miss Ireland!
great animation to this little guy, well made all around
This is a really great game, made around 1000$
Love the visuals and audio, and the gameplay is really well balanced
I'm a big fan of top down shooters, so this was great.
The audio perfectly matched the gameplay which I really enjoyed
great work on this entry. Some great iso pixel visuals!
Couldn't get very far though!
Nice hacking mechanic, I enjoyed the visuals but for some reason I couldn't hear anything
a little confusing, but your visual style was great!
You got a lot done in the time frame!Great visual design, as others have said the melty buildings looked great!
pretty visuals!
I enjoyed the "war" game you created, very interesting concept!
would be nice to have some audio (or was my volume down???!)
The green color tone was a little off putting and not very pleasing to the eye, maybe try another color palette.
Overall fun to play though!
loved the music in this submission, it went really well with your visual design (I've heard quite a few great tracks on a lot of entries this time round)
The game was a little short, but what you had worked well!
seems to be quite a lot going on at first, but it was pretty easy to understand. I liked how basic the art style was and it fit your game well. Great stuff
very strong platforming game! Nice cute atmosphere and the art style was very accessible!
Overall Audio is a must though!!!
Great work
gorgeous in every way
great visuals and tight gameplay, I love it!
very polished effort, everything came together really well for a nice balanced experience.
nice "pencil" style, others have said they didn't like it, but I actually found it quite charming.
gorgeous imagery, the art style reminded me of an old game kings field for some reason.
I'd like to see more!
very iinteresting, quite a few collision bugs though.
everyones said it, slow mouse! But looks great!
nice decisions, great minimalist graphics.
there have been some really bizarre entries this time! haha
Great little gem, I really like the characters and the minimalist color palette worked great!
Good job
what a crazy collection! Needs sound (or was it just my computer) great stuff
I wanted to get to the end so bad! Great take on the "jump" game formula, I liked the idea of an almost "pinball" starting mechanic, pulling the mouse down.
nice difficulty on this one. Would like to be able to build more different things to take out the enemies though
more like this! Great variation visually throughout the game, made me want to explore more
great music on this one, I left it running in the background for a while as ambient sound while I work!
Gameplay wise it was a little lacking, but i see the direction you're trying to go
very bizarre character design!
great concept! I loved the art style
very difficult in places (which i liked)
It would be good to tighten up the controls a little
Good entry overall
had a problem with firefox also, chrome fixed that.
Love the visuals, simple and clean. But there needs to be clearer direction for the player
anything star trek is awesome in my mind! Art work is perfect while being cute at the same time. I can imagine buying plushies of these characters haha!
Great work
love the old school visuals, would like to see more of the game when it's done
really enjoyed your visual style, as others have mentioned, it would be great to get a little onboarding in there so I know what to do at the beginning.
Well made
I would go with what others have said, I would of gone with an earlier version of Java.
Overall plays well, clean interface too
very challenging, it would of been nice to see some better visuals but what you had served it's purpose.
Congrats, you're the 60th game I've played, only 2000 more to go... hmmmm
great level of polish on this one!
Music fits in well with the visuals, I agree with others, holding down the mouse all the time is a little uncomfortable
pretty damn amazing work overall, you put a lot in to the visuals! sound concept all around
This is a lot of work! Really love the music, interesting locations (well modeled too)
I couldn't get past the second cultist though (killed the first)
Really interesting concept!
I had a few frame drop also which was surprizing, overall great look though
stunning game visually, I really would love to play a complete version of this, as your introduction is perfectly paced. I love how you introduce the character and world, very imaginative
awesome art design, loved it!
Wow, this is really great stuff!
I played quite a way through this one and will come back later to finish it
I love the hacking
I love the cats name.. hint hint
And visually beautiful.
Great work
very unique style of gameplay, frustrating, but in a good way
Love the visuals, I really wanted to see more and explore more
Top marks from me!
Great feeling of motion on this game with the gravity. easy to control, however i didn't know the key for using the laser and jetpack at first
Great work
very nice take on the theme, with a nice shift in music between "worlds"
Nice story as well (did your girlfriend tell you to put her in the game? haha)
Great work
I have no idea what I'm supposed to do, but it's fun as hell, with some insane music haha.
Quite a crazy "thing" you have created!
This is pretty cool, like you said some audio would be great to add mood to the gameplay.
this came out great, and there is a lot of work put in to it (or are the art assets pre-made)
Either way, it played well. Great stuff
tighten up the controls a little and I think you could have a fun little game here. I've always loved Zero G gameplay, and you did this one well with a nice visual style and cool base line to go with it (the music was great, however I'm not sure it suited the game, needed something more space)
Great work
This is superb (potato salad haha), loving the music and visuals, a great amount of work done in the short time period!
Great stuff
I love the art design/music and animations, I just wish the movement controls were a little more responsive, Good work though and creating a lovable character!
This is a really great entry! I got quite obsessed with it quickly, so I stopped playing to allow myself to come back to it later and check out some other entries!
Some really great touches, music fading out as you zoom the camera gives you the feeling if distance and solitude.
I'll be back to play more, but my first impressions are that it's a great game
Had a few crashes here and there (mainly seemed random)I'd like to try a more polished version of this game!
love the music, like the visuals.
I just shot everything, I'm not sure if there is an aim to the game
I"M not sure what it has to do with the theme connested worlds though
Good effort
This is pretty hard! but in a good way, once I met the thing with the red eye I was intrigued about story
I like the stark feel to the game that both the audio and visuals portray. Would prefer to use UP key for jump, and maybe have another key to "stick" on to the surface of things.
Great game
I really enjoyed playing this!
Great stark visuals and presentation!
Good work
It's like the part in independence day! Check mate! haha
Played really well, and I got quite in to it after a while.
Visuals suit the gameplay very well
The game loaded nice and fast which is great
The controls are very unresponsive, but maybe thats on purpose? to make it harder?
Those faces were quite disorientating on the last level haha. Very unexpected
A little slow to download for me, but overall nice and clean level design, parallax works well to add depth. Great game overall
Ah, this takes me back to the days of X-wing. Really great work! Art style works well too.
Ok, this is great!
I love how personal it feels, and it's a great art form (not game in the sense) but "experience"
Great writing, pacing and message
Love it!
very bizarre, in a good way. I couldn't hear any audio though.
It would be nice to throw in some extra gameplay mechanics, you could even do a "typing of the dead" kind of thing, where you have to quickly type sentences.
Great stuff
munch munch!
This is a great 2 player experience! I can imagine a larger grid, with more players, could be a great party game in the same category as bomberman.
Great work Favo!
I like the sketchy look to the game, very pleasing to the eye.
ok, gorgeous visually, really great art style, and the bleak contrast is great
there are a couple of clipping issues around the tent, but apart from that I'm shocked at the amount of effort you put in to the world, with nice wind physics too!
Gameplay.. as others have mentioned, it's a little unclear of what to do (i guess that encourages the exploration though!)
Definitely worthy of a full game, great work
splendid art style, and it loaded nice and fast on the web browser (which is always a great sign of optimization, good job on that!)
I loved the switch in perspective idea, really well thought out level design, and a great tutorial to get you in to the game quickly.
Well done!
great work to Irvine, the music is beautiful and suits the mood perfectly.
It's an interesting concept, but I don't really get why guiding a huge chunk of rock in to a planet would generate resources! haha, but I enjoyed it nonetheless.
Great work all round
this is great! however because in Beijing China we have to use a VPN, it says I'm in Japan (my vpn location), none the less, this is amazing stuff!
Nice design overall, with nice unique character designs. Pretty deep gameplay too for 48hrs! good job
I tried to get further to see if there was something to do with the Connected Worlds theme apart from the initial story text later on, but there was nothing. After a while the gameplay gets a little dull, maybe some pick-ups (coins etc..) could help make it more fun. Kittens were a nice touch though!
really interesting concept! I liked the parallel worlds having different moods! Good art design, it would of been cool to use completely different art styles for each world though, maybe 2D shadowplay for the shadow world, and a cool vector 3d for the other. Altogether great stuff!
Interesting idea, I got pretty hooked quickly. I like text puzzles like this.
The game matched up really well to the theme! Great stuff
"Loading textures" brings me back to the old days of cannon fodder! Nice design overall and very clean. Great job
Great visually, and the audio was great too. Gameplay wise, it would be great to have a visual indicator of which ports recharge, and which are just for trading (or maybe I missed something) Great overall
Interesting idea, the character kept disappearing at the beginning but would re-appear after another key press.
Not bad overall, It was a little confusing at first what to do, I didn't know I had to collect the key to unlock
The asteroids add a nice challenge, but I find myself waiting around too much for the right moment to connect
Not bad overall, It was a little confusing at first what to do, I didn't know I had to collect the key to unlock

anything with a hamster gets my vote! Well, it would, but unfortunately I don't have 4 pads. Would be kool to have other options of input (keys)
Great level of polish and a nice clean art style. Just like Fanatrick said, too many space games haha
Game starts, and I just see the fuzzy screen :-(
Played it earlier though, great work!!!
Loving the Godus style art design here! Great work
Having trouble downloading (might be my internet) But from looking at the shots it looks great!
Overall great, I like the minimalist feel to it, like others have said, the jump is a little finicky
Gorgeous game. love the art style. Well done
LD32 — An Unconventional Weapon (3)
Avenging My Gran, the Famed Botanist by Chris M 2015-04-23T03:12:00
Excellent submission, That final day had me for a while, but a great feeling of accomplishment when I finally finished it. Would love to see more levels!
The learning curve was quite intense, so some further padding missions might be cool!
Very nostalgic art style and sound effects!
Great work
A nice Day in the Park by Polyganz 2015-04-20T07:26:00
Really well done Tobi! It really shows the power of Perception Neuron!
Great job to the actors, and as always your style shines through. Keep up the awesome work!
Scale it baby, scale it!
Everybody [BLANK] Charlie by GroZaV 2015-04-20T07:25:00
Great Job Xav, powerful use of the theme. Great to see a finished project!
