LD27 — 10 Seconds

Shelby On the Rocks by woofycakes 2013-08-27T06:13:00

Great game! A lot more difficult than I anticipated, but still a hole lot o' fun! Excellent work!

LD29 — Beneath the Surface

Jetpack Caverns by Mental Atrophy 2014-04-28T06:55:00

Absolutely perfect; visuals were consistent, powerups were interesting to use, and movement was tight. The retro feel was also perfectly captured, I fell in love with it instantly!

Escape From Guardian (Fixed link!) by Pheonise 2014-04-28T07:15:00

Link fixed! Sorry about that!

Escape From Guardian (Fixed link!) by Pheonise 2014-04-28T08:33:00

Thanks everyone for the comments! I guess I need to go watch Dune and Tremors, since I haven't seen them yet :P

@r0x0r: Your wish has been granted! Don't know how well it'll run, since I can't test it on Linux, but Unity is pretty great, so it should work fine!

The Secrets Beneath [v1.4] by Ad-man 2014-04-28T06:32:00

Projectiles were shot to the right of the crosshair, but other than that, it was pretty solid!

Sail by DrPrettyPatty 2014-04-28T07:36:00

Charming visuals, great audio, and addicting, though in a very relaxing way.
Played it all the way through! Great game!

4-Dimensional Design Studio by trykondev 2014-04-28T06:41:00

4-dimensional puzzles are the next big thing! Clever dialogue, even cleverer(?) puzzles; I hope to see more of this in the future!

Ripple by saiato 2014-04-28T07:10:00

The way the scenes transition was something I've never seen before; was really neat! The atmosphere was good, but audio throughout could have helped sell it more, rather than just at the end (unless that was a glitch on my end?)
Good job overall though!

Gems of the Deep by FyberOptic 2014-04-28T06:47:00

Really neat game! Visuals were consistent, audio matched well, and the parallax really made for an interesting scene.
Good job!

BULLA by moonmagic 2014-04-29T05:52:00

This was such an awesome game! Interesting control mechanics, eerie audio, incredible overall!

LD30 — Connected Worlds

A Tale of Two Megacities by GAFBlizzard 2014-08-26T02:18:00

Some more information about how each structure affects the numbers would be nice, and revisiting that mechanic would have been nice.
Overall, the game was pretty good; the theme would have connected better if you managed to get that mirrored moon-life done, but such is the way of the Dare~

Convergence by Pheonise 2014-08-25T14:56:00

PapaCheech: Thanks! As for the end, the assignment isn't FOR you; you ARE the assingment. The Assignment Failed means you got away, which is basically the win-condition. I guess I was a little too vague with that ;P

Lacaranian: Thanks! Cube is a great movie, and has influenced a tonne of my design choices since I saw it all those years ago! :)

Convergence by Pheonise 2014-08-25T15:58:00

To change the sensitivity, press P, and adjust the slider. It was mentioned in the notes :)

Thanks everyone for the comments and ratings so far!

Starlight Cowboy by pinion 2014-08-25T20:35:00

Neat game! Felt a little maniacal stealing energy from one world's suns to fuel the suns in the other, but in a good way.
RIP Milky Way.
See you, Space Cowboy

Ferryman by ashdnazg 2014-08-25T22:22:00

Great little game! Took me a couple tries to beat.
Nice use of the theme!

Interstellar by jsmars 2014-08-25T16:28:00

This was an excellent game! The controls were simple to get a hold of, the graphics were very consistent (and the colissions looked great), and the sounds matched great.

Loved it!

Made it onto the leaderboards, too ;)

Azure by BubbleChien 2014-08-31T10:19:00

Wonderful game, simple but solid puzzles, the story was also great - reminded me a little of Little Inferno's story style. I hope to see this expanded on somehow, if only for a more... happy ending!

Reminisce by nikki93 2014-08-25T19:13:00

Great game! Suits the theme pretty perfectly, and the fact that you can just jump into the editor at run-time is just incredible to me.
Awesome job!

Jeru's Tower by ncannasse 2014-08-25T20:46:00

Excellent game! A lot of fun, and very good puzzles!

LD33 — You are the Monster

Monster Slayer by Pheonise 2015-08-24T20:19:00

Thanks for the feedback, everyone!
I've replaced the Web link with a non-WebGL version (since Unity's WebGL ain't that great yet).

AGORA by Pol 2015-08-24T04:39:00

Spooky! Didn't seem to match the theme, but was still a pretty cool experience!

A Long Night by guoboism 2015-08-24T06:43:00

Loved the presentation at the beginning, and the gameplay was pretty interesting. Good job!

The Werewolf Can Always Lie by Laddo D 2015-08-24T06:32:00

Good take on the theme! Love the art, too.
The delay after picking someone and the next round is a bit much, but overall a pretty good game!

The Monster Within by Cheetoturkey 2015-08-24T06:03:00

There was a long black screen before the game actually started, not sure if intentional.
Also hard to tell whether I'm attacking properly - some clicks seem to work, others seem to not.

Good idea, though!

Grave by uheartbeast 2015-08-24T14:01:00

This game is great!
Combat felt a little jagged when dealing with many birds, but overall I loved it!

Gorgezilla by Jelinib 2015-08-24T06:10:00

Everything felt so silly, I love it!

WebGL version wasn't receiving input, so I had to download the Windows version.

LD39 — Running out of Power

The Bellwether Incident by juxipolo 2017-08-06T02:05:50Z

Interesting idea! A couple things that could use improvement is the speed of the message texts (something like 'Hold Space to fast-forward', and an option to put a drone into Standby mode, so that we can use the Run command even if not all drones have an action planned.

Other than that, it was pretty cool, with a lot of potential - I'd like to see more!

No Sign Of Life by silkworm_sweatshop 2017-08-06T02:18:01Z

Really good mood/atmosphere. The pellets were a great idea, and really reinforced the theme of power running out - definitely felt very tense when they started running low!

RulesQuest by Adrien Dittrick 2017-08-06T01:44:03Z

Really enjoyed the idea of balancing between upgrading stats from items in chests and leveling-up off attacking enemies! The auto-attacking is a pretty good idea, but with high movement speed it makes it tricky to face an enemy to attack them.

Had fun playing, though!

LD41 — Combine 2 Incompatible Genres

Heart of the Cards by Neon 2018-04-23T12:48:01Z

Really great! I'd love to see this idea expanded on further, but I still had fun playing!

Croak by Jackson Frankland 2018-04-23T15:31:56Z

Movement feels a little floaty, but nice genre combo! Would be cool to see this expanded some more!

Fish Master by Pheonise 2018-04-23T07:04:18Z

Mac and Linux builds now available, and WebGL is, too!

Flappy Nerd by eddynardo 2018-04-23T12:26:22Z

Nice combo! It's crazy how switching from reflexive to strategy still works for Flappy games; good job for such a short time!

Cropper by thomz12 2018-04-23T12:05:47Z

Nice game! A little work on the sprouts to make them a little easier to tell apart would go a long way, but still enjoyable to have playing on the side.

HappyBlock by PaperAeroplane555 2018-04-23T13:41:01Z

Nice game - apart from the tricky jumping, it was nice and simple. Good job!

A Puzzling Combination by Noa Calice 2018-04-23T15:14:50Z

Good game - surprisingly challenging! I thought it would expand to multiple directions at some point, but still pretty good quality!

Think Hockey by RilleP 2018-04-23T13:24:25Z

Really awesome idea! Bit challenging to take the puck, but an interesting take on hockey! Good job

Punch Rock Scissors by ryzy27 2018-04-23T12:37:46Z

Cool idea - a bit tricky getting used to picking the opposite action, but really good concept! Tutorial screen doesn't seem to scale to the default WebGL view, but the game worked fine. Good job!

Neon Space by SMILEY_4_ 2018-04-23T14:59:22Z

Nice game! Great visuals, and pretty challenging - fun to play!

Scarecrow's Night by Thibaut Blanca 2018-04-23T15:24:53Z

Nice game - a little tricky to cut the wheat, but interesting combo!

SAVE THE TURK by N3K 2018-04-23T13:30:39Z

Great game; would have been cool if the towers attacked by themselves, but mixing hack'n'slash and tower defense worked pretty great!

Puzzle Golf by Jiri Hysek 2018-04-23T15:54:13Z

Nice genre combo, and very well executed! Lots of fun playing this!

Typographythm by Radnyx 2018-04-23T05:50:14Z

Love this! A bit too tricky to tell which key to press next for me, but great genre combo! Big fan of the Handsome Man!

Heartache by Oivin F 2018-04-23T12:22:52Z

Nice game! Got caught on edges of platforms a couple of times, but had a lot of fun playing!

Bouncy Bullets by Rohan 2018-04-23T13:11:29Z

Interesting idea! A little tricky with the moving targets, but some good challenges!

Flappy Blocks by Radical Dog 2018-04-23T14:38:04Z

Great idea - absolutely infuriating to play! Love the scenes between each day, though!

Stealth Casual Farming Simulator by RadioactiveRambo 2018-04-23T15:41:35Z

Challenging game! Couldn't figure out how to hide properly, but still pretty fun! Would like to see an expanded version!

TypeRunner by ShiMapleLeaf 2018-04-23T12:58:54Z

Great feel to the typing; would be nice if the current speed was 'run' and a slower speed for 'walk' to give a little more reaction time (though maybe I'm just too sloppy at fast typing)!

Augmented Reality Virtual Pet Stealth - Browser Playable by PadenPierry 2018-04-23T11:51:02Z

Nice game! Would have liked to be able to pet the dog, but still fun. Interested to see the AR version of it!
