@gamekrazzy Thanks for playing! As for the bug: Do you mean that you couldn't go back to main menu by pressing "Back" button, or was the button not visible? If latter it's because button is the only way to go back (unless you've already started a game - in that case press "Escape" [or "Start" for gamepad] to go back to game. This can be fixed by playing in 1920x1080 resulution - that way UI will be properly scaled.
If the button didn't work, I'll investigate that. Never happened to me.
That was fun, so hard to pick the right moves quickly
Cool idea - a bit tricky getting used to picking the opposite action, but really good concept! Tutorial screen doesn't seem to scale to the default WebGL view, but the game worked fine. Good job!
Great concept and great execution. I found the game fun from the beginning till the end. The pacing was on point and I didn't feel overwhelmed with challenge. The game is also really nicely presented, clean UI and nice background with good animations.
If I had to give tips for improvement, I would say, maybe add a larger variety of animations, for example a finishing move on the last strike. Adding some game modes to keep the player, playing for longer would also be a welcome addition.
Otherwise a great game with a great concept. Good Job :)
Nice background's animation ;)
@szupinek Thanks! It's my first try at making 2d sprites, but I'm proud of my work. I think that it took me too long to make all those sprites, but next time I'm sure it will be much faster and with better effect.
This was a really, really great idea for a game, love the consept, nice graphics, the sound sets the mood. It gets a bit hard pretty fast and I ended up just pushing all the buttons in panic.
Great consept. Good Job!
Great fun the play, hard to pock the correct action quickly, liked the style and mood of the game.
I battled that visible camera BG between sprites issue myself! Edit>Project Settings>Quality and under Rendering disable Anti Aliasing! Hope that works for you as it did for me! Game talk now though I loved this! Fun way to combine two different genres and I hadent even thought of RL games! Thank you for the game!
Simple But funny and fun game LOL haha
good idea. congrats. I walk away avoiding enemyes and the game its able for this. if it is a bug or purposeful, idk.
@folex70 You can cheese the game by just running in one direction, but it's no fun and you get no points from that, so...
Idea was to add static obstacles like trees and stones that you would collide with and could be destroyed with proper attack, but unfortunately there was no time for that
Awesome game! Getting the right move out in time is really hard, but it is very addictive to keep trying. Works great!
Simple but effective idea! It is quite easy at the begining (once you've memorized what each key does) but it gets hard pretty quickly afterwards.
I also like the simple graphics. A solid and fun game overall, congrats!
The idea was pretty good, and made for a good game, but I had some problems with the combat, for example, to make it more satisfying, try to add more hitstop or screenshake, also it would be helpful to show which keys are rock paper or scisiors during play
A big and great job ! You find a very nice concept for this theme, and we can see the work, respect.
I appreciate the experience, Congratulation 😉
The concept is actually pretty brilliant. The simple graphics work and everything felt clear. I second adding something to make the hits more satisfying. Maybe some knockback, at least when enemies are defeated. It would be cool have them flying back. Maybe start with low level grunts that you defeat with a single hit and working your way up to some kind of boss to have some more sense of progression.
Nice concept and mismatch of games (in a good way)
Attacks from enemies and yourself felt like they had some :sparkler: missing like visual feedback.
Good job and really nice spin on rock/paper/scissors
This was so much fun! Getting into a groove and stringing a bunch of right moves together to kill stick-men felt so satisfying! It's also a really great design aspect to add another move to the enemies' queue when you miss. Makes you incentivized to be accurate vs spamming.
My only negative is that the stick-men, and particular the character's moving animation, don't have nearly the same level of polish as the background/trees. It's super impressive that those background assets are your first time making 2D sprites, so you obviously have the potential! I would have liked to see what you could do by swapping your time commitment from the backgrounds to the characters (which the player focuses on 90% of the time).
Still, a great and legitimately fun game!
I had some difficulty figuring out which key was which rock, paper or scissor. A small description on which was which down in the corner would have helped a lot. Some more visual elements to improve the feel would also have improved the game, like some screenshake and particle effects. Overall still a very solid entry. Good job!
Great game!
Really love your main menu, very cute and charming. Love the gameplay concept, it would be good to see as rock/paper/scissors icon above my own head so I know which move I just pressed.
I really appreciate your honest graphics. So many games out there with flashy downloaded meshes don't contribute to the videogame industry alone. Picking the rules of an ageless game and efficiently mix it is a great deal. A little more care in the audio would enhace the experience. That loop can get dull after a while. Anyway excellent entry! Congratulations
Simple to understand and fun to play! Great submission!
Great entry! I'd recommend having some sort of on-screen legend showing rock > paper > scissors with the key bindings. Something similar to this maybe?

I had a hard time grasping which was which right away and something more visual may have helped.
I had a strange bug at one point where there were no enemies in either direction, it went away when i reloaded the game.
As far as the game itself, I loved the background, and found the music to be another highlight.
Funny game but it's a bit hard to play, this is very fast. Background music is fun. You can polish it to have some funny concept of your game.
Pretty nice job guy.
i like this kind of puzzle games nice concept
