Like the idea, I could only ask for a more streamlined approach. With few eye catching events on screen, things need to happen faster. Maybe add some strategic elements, unless your intent was to keep it purely chance like actual poker.
I like the twist on the theme: one missile, doesn't matter.
Awesome :D loved the tunes
Tighter controls and a fleshed out mission and this game could be really cool.
Got to start screen, couldn't hit 'Play'.
I think this game just needs more kinds of puzzles. I can only race the clock so many times before it starts to feel like work. I love the graphics and most of all the potential to be a really interesting game.
Slow paced and pure trial and error. Not sure why so many people need instructions, though; WASD and click.
Love the concept of the sniper game, I like these shooter games, made my first game somewhat of a shooter with our tool.
Really thanks for the comments, you gave some good ideas, and the game will be developed further.
Too bad we had such few time and so many issues with svn.
Good luck :D
I enjoyed playing, though I feel the controls were somewhat clunky. I'd like to see stat alterations based on what kind of square I'm standing on or an inventory screen. I like that you randomly generated loot.
I like the fact that I can change the terrain, but there wasn't a lot to hold interest beyond that. Controls are tight and easy to understand.
It won't play :c
Can't play. Opens and immediately closes.
If thee are living players playing, you will run into them and they will see you in their game :D
I'm with danbo!
There's no .exe in the download.
It was also difficult for me, I think the time to attack is just a bit too short. That elevator music is priceless, though; awesome overall.
Needs improved AI, I only had to wait for the enemies to pile up and then mash my spacebar.
That is by far the most surreal game I've played from this competition. I'm not sure if the tiny flying gray ladies are on purpose or not, but they were my favorite part. Pretty much all I'd want to see developed further in this game is better Bridesmaid AI and more complete graphics. Reminds me of LSD Simulator on the PS1.
I love the spastic, between-battle cutscenes.
you could try, keep alt pressed and type 137 that gives the ascii: ë
not sure it will work on ludum though.
Crazy pretty. The teleport throw is a little unpredictable, though; I often felt less like I attempting to utilize a skill and more just hoping that my click made it go the way I thought it would.
Pretty solid and enjoyable. I felt reasonably challenged and it was easy to just pick up and play.
