LD23 — Tiny World

Critter Clash by Hemuuuli 2012-04-23T15:25:00

Updated version with xbox 360 pad support: http://www.mediafire.com/?6iu5ycp2sxvda92

LD25 — You are the Villain

Skinner Box Simulator 2012 by Hemuuuli 2012-12-17T07:33:00

Ooops! Sorry fo the loan "bug", I was adjusting it all the time so my tired playtesterself didn't catch that in final build. u.u'

At least now everyone can beat it! Beginning of a new game company is harsh and my aim was simulate that as well so don't worry if it feels overwhelming at first.

LD26 — Minimalism

Miasma by Hemuuuli 2013-04-28T21:26:00

Sound interesting, I need to boot up my Ubuntu tomorrow and see how it looks and maybe patch it. The fog is big part of the experience.

Miasma by Hemuuuli 2013-04-29T10:04:00

Thanks for the kind comments. ^^
I tested the linux build and it looks great on that platform too. Maybe the screenshots are a bit muddy.
Relation of F1 and Russian page are still mystery to me. :D But the game is now on Kongergate with updated build so it should be gone.

Miasma by Hemuuuli 2013-04-30T04:19:00

Here you go! Tutorial added to description.

Pixel Ninja by Nsmurf 2013-04-29T08:54:00

Adorable, but get repeating fast.

minsweeper by Attrition 2013-04-29T07:27:00

I found my inner bullet hell fan liking the game a lot.

Misshapen by Aaants 2013-04-29T09:05:00

Looked and felt good. With better sounds and more content this could be great.

MATAR! by Teejay5 2013-04-29T07:40:00

It could use more contrast for texts and character. I liked how happy he was to be killed. :D

Invertigo! by unusualcadence 2013-04-29T07:11:00

Not a big fan of movement system, but otherwise it was good and pacing & difficulty were suprisingly balanced for a LD game.

Partagus by Destroyer40k 2013-04-28T18:15:00

Ou yeah!

PugBowling by JermuJoki 2013-04-30T05:01:00

Sound effects would be nice, but otherwise it gave goo quick laugh.

Get The Potato by invaderJim 2013-04-29T07:52:00

I got the potato!

QbQbQb by rezoner 2013-04-29T07:33:00

Really finished and fun to play. I could use fast drop option though.

Time to Think by MrWhoof 2013-04-29T07:21:00

The movement speed and jumps make the game overly difficult, also luck the cursor in first person games.
I would have played more bur couldn't pass the jumps is third room after ten tries.

Mandala by MuffinTrap 2013-05-02T17:32:00

I loved the sense of speed, epileptic spinning and nauseating controls!

Works fine in 32-bit Win7, except music didn't play but I played it manually from the assets directory.

War in a Bottle by JumbocactuarX27 2013-04-29T08:51:00

Love the sounds!

Pew pew! by Tigrounette 2013-04-29T08:58:00

Awesome visuals!

CubeMaster by JimmyLord 2013-04-29T06:56:00

I loved this, I wished you had went even crazier with effects and added sounds!

Flingler by Folis 2013-04-29T07:45:00

Cutting the rope doesn't always work really well. Makes it annoying to play. :/

Right Side of the Road by ethankennerly 2013-04-29T08:06:00

Educational, but fun.

Spellbox by superjoebob 2013-04-29T09:12:00

Good concept. But I found the best way to score was just randomly spamming around.

LD27 — 10 Seconds

God of Cat Food by Kurisu 2013-08-29T11:44:00

My cats died. T_T I am a bad person.

LD28 — You Only Get One

Shine by AdventureIslands 2013-12-16T11:05:00

This was the most polished game I have played so far in this Ludum Dare. Awesome job!
This would work really well in handheld consoles with touch capabilities like Vita or 3DS.

Son by Hemuuuli 2013-12-16T07:57:00

Thanks for comments! The visuals are result of lack of sleep and lack of texturing in the level. ;)

Two tips for gameplay: Make as little sound as you can, especially running is super loud. Use satellite view often to perceive your surrounding.

Son by Hemuuuli 2013-12-16T14:27:00

Shigor: I am planning to do an Oculus Rift version during Chrismas vacation just to see how it feels like. 8D
I might even release it publicly if it works fine.

Son by Hemuuuli 2014-01-02T18:45:00

So many comments! Thanks for all the pretty words and feedback!

I made a post compo Oculus Rift port of the game. It feels good on your eyes~

Get these balls by ferrzo 2013-12-16T14:08:00

Nice little game. Could have ramped up the difficulty a bit faster.

You Only Get One ... Fairy God Mother by dekkuran 2013-12-17T14:23:00

That was great. Reminded me a bit from my entry to 10 secs LD.

Rush Delivery by icedmetal57 2013-12-16T08:49:00

That was fun! I only noticed horn in the second playthrough so first was quite tough. Monks everywhere surrounding me!

The Lone Tower by Masadow 2013-12-16T14:44:00

Really solid game. It is a bit hard to keep track of how much money you have and what upgrades you can afford.

Find Santa by rosa89n20 2013-12-17T11:13:00

I found Santa! I would have liked to have some hints about where is Santa hiding.

One Minute Left by RocketDuke 2013-12-16T14:32:00

Reminded me of Bit.Trip Beat, just without visual crazyness.

Unholy Dungeon by abeing 2013-12-16T14:36:00

Whoa I got my own princess harem!

Destroy The Core by StabAlarash 2013-12-16T14:04:00

This ship blocks the view so it it hard to see sometimes what lies ahead. Otherwise super cool game!

Dinosaur Rush by caranha 2013-12-16T09:04:00

Mega Beeeeam! The contrast of the game is bad for bullet recognizing, otherwise fun little game.

Princess Kingdom by ncannasse 2013-12-16T08:53:00

Really good use of the theme. A bit slow at the beginning though.

LD29 — Beneath the Surface

Ant World by DanEEStar 2014-04-29T07:33:00

Like others said the pace of the game is kinda slow and fast forwards button would be nice.

Otherwise really good use of the theme!

Water Hazard by Hemuuuli 2014-04-29T07:01:00

Thanks for the kind words!
Looks like the hard work was worth it.

@eldog: We wanted to do door transition animations but we had to scrap them because artists didn't have enought time to make them. :/

And thanks for the Linux verification.

Berserker by SteveSalmond 2014-04-29T10:00:00

Die by the swords!

Beneath a red sky by allinlabs 2014-05-04T11:40:00

Great. I loved how the hull damaging made me consider my shots.

The Moustache Rebellion by bunkovsky 2014-05-04T11:10:00

I simply enjoy clicking the character around because he wobbles so funnily.

Beneath the Surface by jesse0michael 2014-04-29T10:02:00

I like how it takes some time to learn how to shoot, but once you get the controls it becomes really accurate.
Also presentation on art is really good eventhough art itself isn't the pretties around. :P

Winter Is Coming . . . by PixelFeet 2014-04-29T07:55:00

That was relaxing. Button to randomize new start would be nice addition.

Charly's Psyche by Nizar89 2014-04-29T08:24:00

Wow that was pretty. The gameplay was solid too.

DRAANG by Magdev 2014-04-29T07:40:00

I loved it eventhough I didn't perfectly understand the gameplay. Gave me pleasant Vib-Ribbon vibes.

Hungry Dolphin by FrozenCow 2014-04-29T08:04:00

Nice little game. Tutorial is really good addition.

LD30 — Connected Worlds

Love Craft by renatopp 2014-08-27T18:07:00

The best use of theme I have encountered so far. Fabulous job.

Space Taxi by glocks 2014-08-27T17:31:00

I really loved this one. It was nice just drifting around the space and explore the radio and planets.

Provider Bob by Cryunreal 2014-08-27T16:24:00

Really nice work from the artists, the gameplay gets quite repetitive but great work anyways!

Delta Spaceline by damrem 2014-08-27T16:17:00

I like how you can take your time, plan your moves carefully and really optimize your routes. Some random elements would be nice to break the pattern though.

Potato Salad Escape by UmbraTilde 2014-08-27T17:45:00

Guile theme goes with everything. When I booted the game I just cracked out laughing. Good job. :D

Melody's Long Ladder Home by AAGH Games 2014-08-27T15:33:00

With better gamefeel of controls this could have been a nice little game, but now it just felt a bit too clunky to play allway through.

Lux in Tenebris by LuxPerpetua 2014-08-27T16:10:00

Nice, you put some effort to make a tutorial section. It helped to get into the game much faster that some other LD entries.

March of the robots by Danvil 2014-08-27T17:53:00

It is really overwhelming without a tutorial. It took me a while to understand what to do. Not a bad game when you get the idea. :P

LD32 — An Unconventional Weapon

Savior by CarlsonAndPeeters 2015-04-21T15:36:00

Could benefit from tighter controls, but a nice game overall.

Agent B by xWilQ 2015-04-21T16:01:00

Banana banana banana.

Blockman & Tuna by ninjascript 2015-04-21T15:40:00

Was the first enemy from Abuse. o.O
Nice to see that you learned a lot, that's the most important thing!

Game Project Warrior by Maxxim 2015-04-21T15:59:00

Producer: The game. Fast forward button would be nice.

Nallies Party by agilejoshua 2015-04-21T15:42:00

I want a dragon plushie like that. <3

Unconventional Earth by GameDevExtreme 2015-04-20T21:28:00

Interface was quite clunky to use, but after an initial hurdle I beat the ai.

The Power of the Flower by Jungle 2015-04-21T15:55:00

Fabulous job with the music!

Old Fashioned Beast Hunter by r8berto 2015-04-21T15:50:00

I killed the big beast! Didn't really appreciate lack of checkpoints.

No More Nuggets by lubiterum 2015-04-21T17:41:00

Cool a game with multiplayer!

Terraforming Blues by jordinuco 2015-04-21T15:52:00

It was enjoyable. Looping music would make it even better.

Area Weapon Domination by terrykim426 2015-04-22T15:33:00

I enjoyed just staring at the animated blocks.

Garage Noise Attack! by Uruca Games 2015-04-21T15:45:00

I had a sudden urge to plug in Guitar Hero controller into my PC for this game.

LD33 — You are the Monster

Up & Away! by bytegrove 2015-08-26T20:19:00

I really love low res textures on models so this pulled just the right strings in my brain to fall love into its graphics. <3

Unwelcome Presence by Hemuuuli 2015-08-27T19:30:00

Infinite thanks to everyone! I'm glad to see so much constructive criticism. Its joy to read these comments.

I will be updating the game a little bit after jam and release it for Oculus Share (no worries, you can still play it without vr). Combat clarity and darkness of the environment have been the biggest issues so those will be smoothed out at least. Special thanks to Robinerd for pointing out gamma/linear color space issues with the fog and hoqjed for MASSIVE post! <3

Intergalactic Love Machine by Slothmachine 2015-08-25T18:39:00

I got many waifus. You have my thanks.

Have A Cow by BulletsArePeopleToo 2015-08-25T17:56:00

Mooo!

I HATE HALLOWEEN by Vaida 2015-08-25T17:01:00

I love the punch in the sound effects. It just simple feels good to press space.

LD34 — Two Button Controls / Growing

Money Roller by Hemuuuli 2015-12-14T18:43:00

@Decentsauce Thanks! The game ends once you are big enough to roll over the bank.

Getting stuck is just sloppy level design from my part, usually you can get unstuck by turning around (hold both arrows).

Rocketship Rescue by Rose 2015-12-14T19:09:00

Nice entry, I would have enjoyed some inertia in the movement.

LD35 — Shapeshift

Turbo Turban Taxi by Hemuuuli 2016-04-18T11:10:00

Yes, the game requires Vive. Carpet is also highly recommended.

LD36 — Ancient Technology

Abstract Boulder by Hemuuuli 2016-08-27T21:17:00

Sorry for the people without pads, unfortunately gameplay didn't feel right with wasd/arrows so I decided it is better to leave them out. Game is all about smooth circular momentum.

LD37 — One room

ColorDuel: Kids by Hemuuuli 2016-12-12T06:45:00

StGoy: Unity, Blender & Audacity.
