This is why we can't have giant laser satellites. Thanks, James Bond.
I liked it a lot. Movement on the sphere was very intuitive, which I could see it not being. Graphics were awesome. I think the problem you were running into with the webplayer is Unity's default quality settings for webplayer, which is set to fastest. You can change those in Edit > Project Settings > Quality.

@ianburnette Thanks! I've also just fixed the web versions' quality. :)
Nice work guys, the music was indeed awesome, and that planet shader looks badass! The control felt pretty good too - very intuitive as Ian said. Perhaps a tiny bit of smoothing would have been good there, so you could make fine adjustments a little easier? Not sure. Anyways, was good fun, thanks :)
Cute little game, though I'd have liked the weapon effects to be more substantial. The music was a wonderful throwback to the old demoscene days.

audio and mood were good. not the most unconventional weapon. controls could be a bit smoother. ease in and out maybe. Fully playable from start to finish. complete game loop. not much challenge or replay value though. nice work.
It was hard to aim the laser at times. Moving the player above the enemies when they are close would be good.

pretty good.. it was a bit diffcult to keep up the speed when targeting but might just be some practice needed. :)
Nice game with cool graphics and great soundtrack. I enjoyed it.
Next time don't forget to make a Linux standalone! There is no Unity web player for Linux.

Love the atmospheric music, the enemy bases should shoot back :-)
Well done!

Visuals are tremendous, and the song fits well. The movement was a little -too- precise and swift, but otherwise it's a solid concept and fun to play!
About this "awesome retro soundtrack": imho it's overbassed. You should apply high pass filter to reduce sub-bass and apply some brightness, o make it more like low pad than woofershaker it is now :)
