HAhahaha reminds me of a physics project I once did. Except this one had little men that fell from the screen. Unique concept. There is some joy in simulating the end of the world, and you being the center of it! good job!
Although I still haven't figured out how to save the plant once the countdown starts.

Inside the zip file, there is a pdf that tells you what to do.

I really liked thr promise of this and the take on the theme. Making the controls complicated and forcing you to read and basically learn them outside the game is funny and fits the narrative. Unfortunately it makes the game not much fun to play, because - to be honest - I couldn't really be bothered to learn all those controls by alt-tab-ing between game and pdf.
I did like the art, the humor and the original idea.

i found out what the problem was. It was that the difficulty would automatically set the difficulty to very hard no matter what you pressed. Thanks for the input or else I wouldn't of found that bug.

Neat little game, and I like the bgm you used.

At first I walked away after letting the plant melt down with no idea, and then finding the PDF and reading it. I got a nice laugh but could not summon the will to actually read/memorize and run the station.

So I played another game. But... something felt unfinished. So I read the manual, and I applied highlighter to the color codes for faster lookup. I figured I would just memorize and highlight the first three or four, and pick easy. Because I'd get the first ones in the book first and rack up a few easy points, see? I'll show this game. I might have even picked medium.

Well upon initiating my day at the station, and testing the sound effects for eating and drinking, an emergency came quite quickly and to my horror it was not one that I'd highlighted or memorized. I did have my PDF adjusted though, and got right to work scrolling and looking, and oh no it's the one where I have to play a whole video game!

Fast forward a few moments later: my leg is stuck to the side of the final pit. I jam the jump button while holding D. Jump jump! I edge up a pixel each time, and clear the level! Crisis is past! I can relax a moment!

Then everything started going wrong. I think I resolved perhaps three more events including hunger, but in the end I could not save the plant.

WHAT IF THIS IS REALLY HOW NUCLEAR REACTORS WORK... hahahha, nice game and it was also pleasant for my ears, good joba :)

Wow, with that name, I HAD to play it! :D

It's a nice game and the little details, like the jump and run game or the rotating fan really make it worth playing! Great entry so far!

Interesting concept, reminds me of Keep talking and nobody explodes a bit, except that you're on your own.

I have no idea why I killed everyone, but I had fun doing it.

splendidus 2016-12-22 20:43

The game seemed interesting to me. It is evident that much work. Fun pleased.

diplodino 2016-12-22 22:12

Hum why not! It's like KTANE but in a... Weird way. The platformer controls are screwed so it make it very unpleasant to play. But may be that's the point and you wanted to prove something about nuclear industry !

strong99 2016-12-23 08:36

I always wanted to manage a nuclear facility, I think I know now why I never took the job. Definitely not suited for the job xD

nervous-composers 2016-12-25 02:39

nice concept and music, graphics are simple yet adequate. I had to open the readme to play the game, it would be preferred if it is integrated with the to do list.
there are some bugs where the jump button of the minigame doesnt work.

buddydoq 2016-12-27 16:16

Love the humor, love the PDF manual. I would totally buy a scaled up version of this with lots of buttons to press. Great game!

Funny game !

yuigoto 2017-01-02 13:53

Pretty fun, though I'm not that much of a fan of the RTFM aesthetic :P

I kinda felt a bit lost in the game, specially when I had to play the run and jump mini-game, as the jump button didn't work properly (keyboard kinda interferes with most things :P).

Graphics and sound are really nice! You've got a nice mood for the game there! :)

Cheers!

A really neat game. Would love to see it further developed.
