Very good idea. I loved your idea. I got stuck after the first jump and didn't know where to go from there. Fun little game for what I got to play.
Foon → Ludum Dare Explorer → LD30 → Switch Off

interesting idea, but the game falls short in a few areas.
Its a little glitchy with the mechanic, i managed to fall through the world at a few points, and i glitched into the room at the right because i couldnt figure out anything else to do. I put the saturn planet in the hole anf after that i was lost and i spent way too much time trying to figure it out so i stopped. the graphics arent the best but thats ok. It also looked like you imported an entire image into a tileset which is strange, but i dont know. otherwise its a cool little game! nice job
Thank you breadstix !
Torcado194: thanx for all your comments. Feebacks are really welcome, I will probably make another version to correct all the problems to make a funnier game. But I don't really understand what you're saying about image and tileset. Indeed, I use tiles almost everywhere and only characters and the planet are sprites. However, tiles are rendering strangely on the borders, I don't know why Stencyl is doing this !
well done, i like it!
Hmm, very cool idea! I love the set up. I couldn't progress very far - I made it onto the shelf up above the TV but couldn't figure out anywhere to go from there without falling back down below.
It could be helpful a little more information about what you were interacting with in the invisible world. Right now it's like "hit e and hope you get what you want".
That said, I think it's a very interesting setting for a game and there's a lot of fun potential. Thanks for sharing it!
Really nice!
Cool! I like the idea that the character I'm controlling has to communicate the nature of this mysterious other dimension to me verbally.
I liked the concept and the overall mood of the game. Graphics are good for 48 hours :) Needs a bit of sound maybe. Good effort and good luck.
nice story.
(The character is a little slow I think...)
Hi!
Excellent game, cool mechanincs, too bad it doesnt have any sound, I can help you with that if you want, ill make you some music and soundfx if you like. Add me @jupitron
very good, sometimes I got stuck after teleporting, but clever concept
Nice game man.
A bit glitchy, but interesting idea.
@everybody thanks for your nice comments but don't hesitate to say what could be change in this game
@jupitron thanks for your offer but I will try first to add some music by myself. I didn't have the time to make it but I would like to make a better version with full sound and music
@stephenhaney when you are above the tv, you should fall on the planet
had to look at comments to land on saturn. Commentary from the character provided useful hints. I was able to get to the end with the doctor (hehe) but the game could have some more visual cues for where to go and what to do.
@aeveis yes the key is the planet ! I thought the fact it's in the title and just above the hole could help but I will had more clues.
Great concept and design. I feel like a finished an adventure game.
Liked the opening and concept of escaping from the tv into reality to turn off the tv. Was an interesting take on the theme but did get a bit lost when I fell back into the tv from the above shelf.
Nice idea, made me laugh.
Cool game, really connects with the theme. Only problem i had with the game was that the other world gave no visual feedback, and that it was very hard to navigate in a few occasions.
Hi there. Only got as far as hole/E - walk back and forth on shelf. Power button is not working... so what next ? Sorry but too much like verb guessing in text adventure. Nice idea but I think average player needs a bit more signposting. Shame no sound.
Short, charming game with a really great take on the theme. The Doctor Ex Machina at the end was a little cute, but I think it'd been better if the remote had just been there instead for the player to shut off the TV themselves.
This gave me a giggle, this is the first game I'm rating for humor. Really enjoyed it, thanks! :)
Good Game
