LD24 — Evolution

Bitolution Love by tronster 2012-08-28T02:29:00

It could use a bit of direction. It's inconsistent in the way you complete the levels. There's not really a pattern to the design, so I had no idea what was going on. I got stuck on this one screen where you go out one side and come back in the other from any direction. I wasn't sure whether this was a bug or whether I was just being dumb.

Pixelomoeba by PickledBrain 2012-08-28T04:38:00

Most fun gameplay I've seen yet. Well done!

History of the black pixels by kidanger 2012-08-28T02:58:00

Could not get it to run.

Dam It by swinestudios 2012-08-28T04:09:00

OP here. It's true, the game could have used more direction. If you missed it, you go back to the dam after collecting wood.

LD25 — You are the Villain

Black Licorice by swinestudios 2012-12-19T21:12:00

OP to pickle out some confusion.
@blackmagic after they see you, you can't catch 'em
@halemaster Challenge mode is unlockable! You've got to beat the game.
Thanks all for the feedback.

We didn't include source because it wasn't required for the jam. But if you'd like to see the resources I'd be happy to post them!

LD27 — 10 Seconds

Speed Dating by swinestudios 2013-08-27T14:21:00

It seems like the major bug we never fixed was that when pressing spacebar to start the game, it will take a few seconds to begin. But if you press spacebar again, it will reset the timer, which can make it confusing.
Thank you all for the positive words!

LD28 — You Only Get One

The One Facility by swinestudios 2013-12-18T03:21:00

@cudabear
Sorry about forgetting to mention this, but pressing R should restart the level.

LD30 — Connected Worlds

Maximum Moxy by swinestudios 2014-08-29T05:45:00

@eemmbbeerr For some reason when we tested the game on our Linux computer, it couldn't run, so we weren't sure if we should've added that tag, but if it worked for you then that's great!

Dave's RGB Adventure by swabbur 2014-08-27T04:19:00

The art is nice, and it feels like the story could be expanded on for more content if you plan to continue developing. 39MB is pretty big for a zip file imo, and I noticed that you used .wav files for the songs, which tend to be too large. I know our group's experienced that too, so we usually go with the smaller .ogg files for songs. Just something you can keep in mind for any future games.

Double You by TobiasBodewig 2014-08-27T04:32:00

Very clever and different with the clones mechanic. Don't really see something like that very often.

LD31 — Entire Game on One Screen

Circuit Breaker by swinestudios 2014-12-09T22:27:00

@Soron - We were running low on time, so yeah, unfortunately we couldn't do any balancing at all. The disappearing blocks were actually intentional, or at least only when placed inside another solid because otherwise, they would get stuck inside, which at the time seemed like it would let the player cheat their way to the top. We appreciate your feedback!

Circuit Breaker by swinestudios 2014-12-10T06:27:00

@Topaz Studios - It seems like the game might have issues with Retina Display, since it worked fine on our regular Macbook Pro, although we're not 100% sure what's causing this. We're sorry for the inconvenience.

Old Game on an Old Screen by SK16 Games 2014-12-13T22:08:00

Dang, props to the ending there. It was a good "jumpscare" in a sense since you're all alone inside a dark, mostly-empty room.

LD32 — An Unconventional Weapon

Strike Dungeon by Mental Atrophy 2015-04-24T05:58:00

Wow, this has a lot of potential for becoming a great game!

Ninja Bros by Mouch 2015-04-26T03:47:00

Really fun game playing with other people! There were these 2 spikes in level 3 that seemed impossible to get past, but other than that, this was amazing.

LD35 — Shapeshift

windowframe by managore 2016-04-19T05:18:00

Definitely got stuck on the second two-stake level!

SHAPE☆SHIFT by KaiClavier 2016-04-19T04:51:00

VERY NEAT GAME if you were rolling with the adorable Mario aesthetic to cause bigger shock when the main mechanic was introduced, it worked! A lot of potential for puzzles. Although some aspects of animistic possession may have not been completely demonstrated, it is easy to imagine how the fully completed game might play. The puzzle with the lever + lift was by far the trickiest, and borderline annoying because the solution itself was obvious. I was sad when the game ended.

Leaves me wanting more levels
