Thx for your comment guys. Well I thought "tiny world" -> lets face it that we are all living on a tiny world. So i thought of a "oh man, how small everyone of us is in comp. to the universe" - but yea... i would have needed a couple of years to create a game to this topic :) So i thought of a tiny city (sim city like)... and then i had this physics idea .. smash a city...and so on and so on... so the base idea was fitting perfectly to the theme, but i guess you know how we work when we are in this creativity bubble :)
What do you think? The Zombie feature is pretty funny in some way. Should i put more zombies in it?

@ dr_soda: Yes I tried to implement expolsion impulses but as you said - it bounces up the complexity of the gameply to the double. So i kept it simple :)

This game remindet me of risk too. I remember playing with my friends and yea ... we had fun I guess ^^ Very impressive for a game jam - the strategic gameplay part is very well done! Good job! Good rating!
Thx everyone here! I really wished that I had more time - so basically it was a 14 hour jam for me. Exactly as you guys said, I would have done the game, the scenes, the impressions on each object much longer, but I think for jams it is more important to have a nearly bugfree, solid game. But anyway: Thank you for your kind words! And yes - i am still smiling at the flying sequence myself haha :)
@larzan: yea that might be one of 35 bugs ^^ - and I just came back from a walk with my dog. So yea... hahaha

Great job! I love / hate cats - so this is a perfect game for me ^^ I´m not sure about the theme... but the game itself is just lovely. And the way the cats are kicking the thieves asses is just hilarious. I put a cat in my game as well hahah ^^

And yea... this is dark souls... hahah I know I know - but I wanted it to be not too easy. And 22 is really a good score! I am still working on the game (outside the Ludum Dare process of course) to work on the balancing and gameplay mechanics.

@banzi : oh some cats are ^^... but most are super nice @lalada & @brendev : yea thats a huge bug - i really uploaded my game within the last seconds - I have solved that problem in my new version (outside of Ludum Dare) - I will post version 1.1 after all the voting is done
@glaciereclipse : Yea absolutely right there. Esp the difficulty curve and the jump bug. Both would have been my next tasks if I would have had more time. ABout the hunger meter - there is actually one in the belly of the Cat :)

Ahhhh i get where we are going here. Nice idea. It reminded me a bit of Jason Rohrers games (do you know his work? if not: check it out and you´ll understand - he has this one game where it gets darker and darker...) - Anyway: pretty spooky with a little touch of Lovecraft :)

Yea, this is interesting. The sound design is minimalistic but superb for this kind of game. Thy style is something you have to like I would say - especially the random "enemy" objects. BUT I am super fond of the playability and the mouse movement. I guess there has been a lot of Movement Balancing, right? It feels so natural!

I love those echo sounds in the beginning. Perfect scary soundtrack! The gameplay was a bit hard to understand in the beginning but then it worked. Great job and i love the pixel art style as well!

haha thx @iluvatar All the art was by the fantastic pixel artist ANSIMUZ - So i just reused a finished tileset and did only create some small art on my own. I want to give all the credit to Ansimuz (Luis Zuno). Of course i did all of the game & level design (build up the city, effects and so on).
Same for music: The sound effects were all by myself (I am a sound designer in "reality") but the music was from a music library, so I would not feel comfortable to let people vote for it (for me).
