Hello There! I loved the art style of your game, very beautiful and the perspective was super unique. I have not seen a perspective like this before.
Overall the game was nice to look at and the mood was absolutely 10/10. I was not a fan of the movement, it felt very janky and I even got stuck at the bottom of the screen at one point and had to restart. I also do not like the sliding with the mouse to left and right, it does not feel great to play.
I loved the sound design for collecting and placing the packages into the ship. I also think the ship could have a bit of a more clear indicator of where it is. It took me a second to find where I had to put the parts in, I think art wise you could do something to help indicate that right off the bat.
I also wish there was an ending sequence for not winning instead of just cutting to the menu. Great little addition with the cars honking when you get in front of them, that made me laugh, +1 for humor.
Overall great work you should be very proud :D Looking forward to seeing more games from you.

Super cute graphics and great atmosphere! Very anxiety inducing too haha. Loved the little twist at the end. I didn't understand that I was controlling a little character right away because I was mainly focused on the mouse, but I figured that after a minute. Good job :)

It was more fun and polished than I expected. Movement was smooth and I really loved those little and well responsive sound effects. It would be cool if you were able to do a little more like maybe even assembling that laser thingy, but that's fine, great effort nevertheless. I adored the art so much, can I ask why did you opt out the rating option? It's probably too short, but that's not a bad thing for a Ludum Dare entry.
PS: That ending got me like "COMON!" Haha. Well done.
haha thx @iluvatar All the art was by the fantastic pixel artist ANSIMUZ - So i just reused a finished tileset and did only create some small art on my own. I want to give all the credit to Ansimuz (Luis Zuno). Of course i did all of the game & level design (build up the city, effects and so on).
Same for music: The sound effects were all by myself (I am a sound designer in "reality") but the music was from a music library, so I would not feel comfortable to let people vote for it (for me).

The art is wonderful and the camera controls are interesting - the pathfinding was terrible sometimes :D

Cool experience, really polished. Audio mixing was a bit spotty but otherwise great. Wsant expecting the ending hahaha

This is a great looking game with a clear idea behind it. The art assets look great and the tilt-shift perspective is really cool. The only issue I had was with pathfinding. The little dude just loves to run into fences and got stuck in a house at one point. Overall, though, great job!
beautiful game with a simple premise. I think it needs more gameplay though because just running around to pick up tech parts doesn't have much replay value.
I think it'd be cool if after you collect the parts, you have to get into the laser turret and manually shoot the asteroid. The asteroid would then rain crafting material over the city and you have to run around and pick it up again to craft a better and stronger laser for the next asteroid. The asteroids could have like ore deposits that if you shoot them you increase the amount of material they drop. You could also incorporate some other mechanics like as the asteroid is breaking up, you have the option to break the pieces into smaller chunks. The bigger the chunks, the more they damage the city (but the easier they are to collect). That way as you're destroying meteors, the city is still being destroyed so all you're really doing is.... *Delaying the Inevitable*

Great game. Car got really big collision shape and push me at sidewalk.

Found the movement kinda disorienting and janky. I did definitely get a little chuckle out of the ending.

This is pretty clear -- please opt-out of both of those categories out of fairness and respect to the other entries!
adorei a arte do jogo, possui um polimento impressionante. Oque mais gostei é o sentimento ao ver o meteoro caindo e chegando cada vez mais perto. Uma mistura de ansiedade e agonia incrível xD.
Even though most of the music and art wasn't made especially for the ludum as you say I think you did a good job putting it all together. Undoubtedly, what was done especially for the ludum is valued much more, however good job joining the parts xD. The idea of the game and the gameplay are very good and fun, I think the only thing I would add is a zoom to better appreciate the details of the pixel art, great job! Congratulations!
love the game. it was really fun, audio was great, mechanics tight, love the art. the onlything was that i really dint feel inmerse, peple dint seem to be panicked enough imo. understanable due to limited time to develope. everything else is so clean and neat. very good job. thanks for entry
The mechanics of the game were very good and I thought the game was very polished. I think it would have benefited from more levels to make it longer. Perhaps you have to recharge the laser or something. Liked the twist at the end though :P
