Fantastic! I love the tiny visuals, I love the gameplay! I would definitely sink a lot of time into a more fleshed out version of this game!

I definitely get a strong Dwarf Fortress vibe in a really good way. Maybe having some more hints and feedback might be useful though or a different way to select buildings (like keyboard arrows to cycle through buildings).
nice overall game
I fixed a few minor bugs that caused incorrect stats to be displayed.
Really cool. I'll need more time to play it properly. I second the Dwarf Fortress comment.
I can't get stone D: I need 25 to build the Quarry and I only have 5
Uh, nevermind, I found the ruins :D
Could be more clear though
The game looks really good, however it is very hard to distinguish the different ground types. Was hard to look for dirt in particular. And what is the win/lose condition? I wasn't able to find that yet. The game also lacks challenge.
Nice entry ! The visuals work well with this kind of game.
Could use just a bit more explaining but overall it's a great game!
Interesting game! Very time-consuming. A little bit hard to distinguish building from terrain in my opinion when every block is so small, but overall a very good executed game!
Appealing artstyle, though the mechanics of the game could have been explained better. Would maybe also have contained the concept a bit more as my attention span gets shorter every moment I have to figure out what I am supposed to do.
Awesome!
Nice game, but hard to understand for me(Russian language and stuff like that), but I like the game! She reminded me civilization (Sid Meier's). And that dirt, I search it for a long time...
Played it 5 times in a row. One of the best game I played yet.
The icon-like tiles are quite nice. I was a bit confused with all the different building types and different resources. Some tutorial like hints could make it more accessible. However, it didn't stop me investing some time into it.
I struggled a bit with stone until I read a comment here about exploring caches and ruins.
Despite this, the game works perfectly well on the city building/resource sim side, and I love the Dwarf Fortress-like vibe that I get from the minimalist graphics.
Nice job!
This entry has a great mood and potential. I was amazed by the way it presents itself, but the build unfortunately lacks some balance.
The quickest solution, I think, is that you could add more stone units at the beginning of the game.
I'm saying this because in the "Help" you suggest to build near Dirt and Wood and only "possibly" a Ruin\Cache, but actually without an early boost on Stone you can't create much (everything seems to require lots of Stone)
Anyway congratulations for the amazing job :) I know how hard it is to develop a game like this in so little time!
I took a while to understand, but is a pretty good game, great job!
Thanks for the nice comments so far. The game definitely needs balancing and a bit more of an mid/endgame, maybe more buildings and resources too. First time I really played the game was after some much needed sleep following the submit.
Nice entry. The graphics work perfectly. Amazing work of only 48 hours !!
Very nice game :D It took a while to get things going but i ended up with a settlement of 36 people with growing resources, too bad stone and steel are so hard to get, and to get the area bigger i had to create hut after hut
This is a nice simulation. The first time I did not know what to do... but there is a help button :) Cool Idea. Like it. Very Roguelike!
Really awesome game! I enjoyed playing it... I ended with more than 1000 people, 660 stones and plenty of other materials, but I didn't noticed that woodcutters stopped production and wasn't able to build new ones without wood :D Visual is also stunning... Good job!
Ahhh I see what you are doing!
I played too much this game; i'm pushing my overall rating from 4 to 5. I really would like to see a way to replenish wood (maybe slow grow from other wood cells, so the player has to manage the wood in a different manner)? or make the wood less important in the late game.
This is fun, it was hard getting into it at first. A couple of times I messed myself up by spending all the wood and then the forests I was mining went dry and I hate to start over.
Awesome game! I simply love the graphics and the gameplay is so addictive! Really well done^^
Looks really great but I'm on Linux :(
You have a very nice art style.
Great music, maybe a bit too short, I'm definitelly reminded of dwarf fortress, the graphics are pleasant and I just want to play more!
Just wanted to say it turns out I had another game running in the background and it was its music I was listening too ^^"
I love this game. It is a great take on the one screen thing.
Wow, nice one, very captivating, love it. Sucked my time in like it was nothing :)
Cool idea! Good be really good with some improved feedback. In the compoversion it's kind of hard to figure out what is going on but I saw on the blog that you're working on an improved version :)
This game is wonderful!!! Great job! I love the Dwarf Fortress-like graphics. Good theme, too, with the eco-conservation idea. 5 star game! I had a lot of fun playing it!
I am obsessed with Rim world right now and got the same kind of feeling here. Top down strategy can be a lot of fun! Might have used an easier font to read, but all and all nice work!
Really nice game you got here. However I was losing all of my buildings pretty easily. I don't know if there is a way to better separate them visually from the other tiles though.
Very good game, Sim City style in a low graphic settings. Love the gameplay and the basic procedural generation of this game.
There are some problems by the way. The game depends too much of the curious spot and treasures to get the stone and iron to build the buildings to get more of those resources. And it needs a better game balance. And relaxing music.
Overall, I love this game :D
Love the DF style! good project!
