Laughed a bit at the game over screen! While I can hear some incredibly faint music (I had to turn up the volume quite a bit), some sound effects would make a game this a lot better. Check out http://www.bfxr.net/
I found the shooting and moving a bit strange and unresponsive, but nice game overall.
As the submission form suggest, you'll have an hard time getting rated if you don't have an executable without dependencies... You really can't make a windows executable?
I've had a hard time understanding what I was doing. If you (like me) didn't had time to make an in game tutorial, you could include a readme.txt explaining the game, or adding it here in the game description.
Also sound would be really nice. You could use to improve player-game feedback.

Loved it. Picking up the old dos is always so nostalgic.
You should let the player jump even if it doesn't stand completely on a ledge, nice platformer though!
I would like to return to the base to repair ship, trading time for health. Nice little game!
I felt that having only three missiles at one time was too limiting, neat concept though.
A little too hard. You could introduce levels one by one.
Could use just a bit more explaining but overall it's a great game!

Neat concept, and I like the mspaintesque hand drawing! Just a little too farmy for my scarce time.
Doesn't work great on win (maybe because I have a dual monitor setup?), but the idea is pretty neat!

Presentation is quite nice, I enjoyed the blobs' banter, but also cuncur with other commenters that having to wait in gun mode while all the enemies were dead was a little frustrating. Good effort!
