I think there was an extra station between general mines and venus city, I got the text for venus city, but the station indicator stayed at the mines. The time between stations could be reduced.
Anyways, great way to show off your pixel art! Well done!
@raphiell Oh great, thank u by the feedback, im working now to fix the bugs, i ill try correct it. Im trying to increase the train speed, that can solve the problem. But, im so happy that you play until this part :) Thank u friend!!!

@rafa-braga I played it all the way through, till at the end the only friend is the end, that's how it went right? Happy to play it!

Cute stuff. I agree the time between the stations can be reduced.
@lerg Thank u for playing and for the feedback. I will work in that :)
Love the graphics and atmosphere!

An interesting game! I think it's a great start - maybe with a few more landmarks you can see (maybe further away, so they scroll slower so you have a chance to see them for longer) and a bit more exposition through text and this could be good! :) I liked the music, really contributed to the mood.
@benji-kershenbaum Thank u for playing! :)
@natpat Thank u for playing and for the feedback! Yes, im really thinking of expand the storytelling and add some challenges in the future. The music was really dificult to find, this song fit perfectly to the game im my opinion, I'm glad you enjoyed it :)

Awesome Game! Loved the music. Good job!
Super contemplative! I truly felt inmersed into this, a super interesting concept that could become a killer game! The music was spot-on also, great for a Jam game, well done! :D
@gorypixels Thank u for the feedback, im glad that u feel that way playing my game, that was my intention when i was thinking about the concepet :)
@the1 Thank u for playnig, im glad you like that! :)

Nice art on this one!
@blackmoodgames Im glad that u like, thanks for playing and rate it :)
@terry Im glad that you liked the art, was my focal point on this project :)
Nice mood, art and storytelling. I got to General Mines and maybe some tweaks are needed to keep the interest going. Or it might be that I'm playing after a day's work and it was so gentle an experience.
I was confused in the beginning that the keys indicated up and down too, but in the end I only pressed forward.
In sum, a very nice experience.
@local-minimum Thank u for playing and rate :) Im working to improve the gameplay, I was planning to implement more controls, but there was no time in the jam deadline ^^ im glad that u enjoyed the experience!

I loved the art style of the game.
@captcunnuk Im glad u liked it, thank u :)
Interesting piece of art - the minimalism in the gameplay (just holding right) shifts the emphasis to the aesthetics, mood, and world. But I had trouble feeling immersed in the game. Julia would occasionally say things that didn't correspond to what was on screen - i.e. mentioning a large number of passengers despite no visible passengers in the game, or commenting on the sunset when there was no sunset. In general, the theme of a long journey visiting many destinations was undermined by every location looking very similar and no time appearing to pass. Julia's unchanging smiling face was often at odds with the sort of things she was saying, and her use of slang and emoji felt out of place. The lack of an ending, with the game just looping at the last station and Julia repeating her final, ominous line about endings was off-putting and dissatisfying - in a game ostensibly about sticking with something until the end, the lack of an end didn't feel right.
While the immersion was weak, the music fit perfectly and the art was pleasant - the train was particularly strong. I like the way light appears to reflect off of it in much the way it would on a real moving train - that must have been a difficult effect to nail down. Though, I would've liked to see a few different looking locations in order to see more of your pixel art skills.
@empty-set Him my friend, first of im so thankfull that u played it all way throug to delivery a great feedback like tha, Thank you very much! To this jam specifically im made it solo, and i have to admit that i make some mistakes, i give so much atention to the art and ambience that was my main interest to develop, and had less time to work on the funcionalities and story telling. I want to make several changes in Julia´s appearance indeed.I spend a lot of time in that train animation and with the speed balance ^^
Your advice will be very useful to me, I intend to continue implementing the gameplay, so, thank u again!!!
Oh you had me after the first screenshot ^^ I love the mood and the story popping up in my head. Good Pixel style and music as well!
@ilikescifi I'm glad you liked it and felt immersive in the game, thank you for the feedback :)
I really like the mood, but I am honestly a bit dissapointment by a lack of things happening. I like the graphics and music so much that I wanted something to happen. I kept going and going, just to find nothing, which is a shame. Hope you can make something even beter next time! See you around!
@hare-software You're right, I couldn't manage to finish all the functionalities, but thank u for the feedback, ill do better in the next time :)
@rafa-braga Cheers! Will check your profile next time!
Great atmosphere and mood. And the graphics were super, and I don't usually like that style. That said, there wasn't much "game" here. Just hold right. Also, I would make the text prompts clickable or something, or make them stay up longer if not clicked. I found myself reading my other monitor waiting for the next prompt and sometimes I would miss them. Also I there might be a bug with which one is displayed. I seemed to start getting messages for the wrong station. Then at I started getting "This is the end" message, over and over again for the last 3 stops or so. So yeah, great mood, art, sound, but it would be nice to have a little bit of game play.
@archimagus I agree with you, the game is incomplete, so i will make some changes when the jam is over. Anyway im glad that you like the art and the mood, ill work to make a better game next time :)
Hey, congrats on creating such a beautiful atmosphere! I actually really like the amount of time it takes to get to another station - traveling takes time and the music and graphic certainly pushed me into a contemplative mood. Thank you for the experience!

I'm really impressed with the atmosphere you built with this game. The art, music and gameplay really combined into something really cool. My only criticism is that it did end up a bit repetitive, but I kept going all the way to Night Fall station because I was curious about what kind of dialogue options I would get (and as I said before, the modd and atmosphere are amazing). Overall really great stuff!

Great mood! Love the way of storytelling that leaves hints of things that happened. The controls are simple, but effective - I did feel that I was the machinist of a night train, just chatting idly with my instructor, with lots of comfortable silences. The stations and graphics hint at a science-fictiony background which I like as well, just traveling through dusk or dawn.
Very good storytelling, nicely done!
@psychedelia @vawer @joror I know that my game have issues and i hope implement several changes to make the gameplay more interactive and fun, but im glad that u guys enjoy and like the mood and atmosphere of the game, that´s really important to me that i could share my vision with you, thank u very much :)
