Really good one, I got a hang out it and had a few good streaks!

Really good one, I got a hang out it and had a few good streaks!
Really fun!
I love the main mechanic, it was sometimes challenging to get the first enemy killed (especially if a few attacked). But once you get a minion the game gets going.
Love the Diablo style health/mana meters.
Music and graphics were nice ! :zap:
Looks and sounds great! Good gameplay mechanics, boundary bugs kept me from getting through the whole thing, but it was really fun and I tried for a while...
Congrats on the compo!
The gamespeed is on crack. Do the enemies drop things that the player needs to collect? I rarely got there in time and didn't see anything change when I think I did grab one.
Also got stuck south of the workshop.
Playing on WebGl.
Nice graphics!
Congrats on making a game in weekend! :)
The premise, dialogue and audio are amazing.
The mini-games are confusing and nearly uncontrollable, which just makes me more befuddled and amused.
5/5 would play again
This was a great game!
Very eerie! (wonderful :musical_score:)
Simple game mechanic that makes a straightforward maze much more challenging...
Good job and congrats!
good job!
congrats on the compo!
Agree with @benbennett, its a great idea!
The story is well written and I am prepared to build up my little world and beat up my older brother!
Alas, it starts off without much to do and I can't help but piss off the empire and they come and murder my poor peasants... :-(
It reminds me of some game I played back in the early 90s... "A Second Universe" or something like that...
This game has the potential for me to sink hours (days) of my life into it!
Very clever game.
Enjoyed playing it...
congrats!
Good premise and design of gameplay... The art is good too!
I tried for a while but kept dying, the platforming is unforgiving...
Really well done!
Congrats on the compo, this was nicely polished and felt complete!
I kept getting killed really quick... then I learned about the turrets... still can't figure out how to build them...
 :cow:
:rocket: :earth_asia:
great game like art eerie score
good story
I like this game, the sounds are funny and the gameplay is fun. Bugginess is preventing my progress.
I played in the browser and it seems to store a lot in the cache or something, because if I close the window and open a new one its the same gamestate!
Making a new game from the options also introduces some other bugs (like the research stuff other folks mentioned)
I LIKE IT
Congrats on your Compo!!
EDIT
Okay,
I thought the money coming in was slow... then I built a second harbor and it took off from there, there were so many brown stick figures demanding party, beach and hunger like cro-magnon frat boys.
:dash:
A lovely game!
Scenario 2 is a big leap in difficulty from scenario 1. If you don't go straight for a gold mine you're screwed!
Woah the gravity thing is pretty mind boggling.
Wonderful look and feel, glad to see you making ROMs.
(and thanks for sharing the link to that online emulator!!)
Good job!
I like the visuals and audio!
I had some problems on Kongregate, the arrow key controls would scroll the browser window, so the game moved up and down as well as the dinosaur!
Groovy beat and funny SFX!
Woah I didn't realize it saved the last chosen planets :earth_africa:, so when I played a second game I had 6 heavenly bodies bouncing amok!
OH THE CELESTIAL MECHANICS!
Really cool! Nice creepy happy birthday music. Cool art, and I like the switching between :cat: and :ghost:.
Really impressive for a compo!
I enjoyed it quite a bit.
Other than some funky physics everything was beautifully polished!
I immediately laughed reading the tutorial.
Good job on your game, congrats on the compo!
I really was looking forward to playing, but had problems with the mouse. When selecting a canteen it would be too far left of the cursor and I couldn't place it.
If I scrolled up I could never scroll back down again...
Will try again...
great pixel art!
This is a good one! If solid snake had social anxiety!
Really nice!
I can't stop playing...
**EDIT**
Oh I finally realized to use the arrow keys and to rotate the pieces... many more possibilities...
:)
It was fun!
I am really bad at sports and gravity is really a challenge in life.
This game reminds me of that.
Good job! Congrats on you Compo!
I enjoyed the graphics and :musical_score: !
The dialogue and overall feel was very silly, funny and fun.
:octagonal_sign: (pretend this only has 6 sides!)
Its a great introduction to a jovial universe!
Congrats on a successful compo!
Very relaxing :droplet: :duck: :ship:
Congrats on the first game/compo!
Cool idea. I had a hard time getting a hold of the controls... well pushing the arrow keys was easy enough, but understanding what was happening was harder.
challenging
:-0
This is a really interesting game!
The voice over is funny/creepy. The whole concept is creepy.
It looks very nice (the UI is well made), understandably the gameplay was not as balanced.
Very nice overall!
The music also reminds me of Starcraft, such a nice touch!
Congrats on the compo!
:robot: :boom:
Congrats on making the game!
Hard to critique as you stated it is incomplete.
I like the main concept.
Having to figure out the puzzles/mazes and then navigate in the dark!
:bug: :bulb: :gem:
Very cool game!
Nice puzzles, and lots of content. :-)
The only nit pick I have is that the SFX are too loud in comparison to the music.
Some people got tacos, most had a tortuous death!
I enjoyed the graphics and watching the little people fly away and scream!
My only nit pick is that its :flag_br: Samba paired with :taco:
looks and sounds great
very pretty
:pen_ballpoint:
congrats on the compo!
This was really nice!
So fun to play a complete, bug-free game.
The mole people are so cute when they wave!
:owl:
Cool concept.
I killed everyone.
:-(
I like the mood, it is a bleak universe.
Excellent game. Congratulations!
Classic art, music and SFX.
Simple concept that plays out very nicely.
Intuitive controls and gameplay.
Also, its fun!
This was a very creepy game.
I also wasn't able to grow any of my body parts except for my spine, it was like I never had enough energy, but I maxed out at 50!
Don't know if its me
:skull_crossbones:
This was fun!
Hard to shoot with a trackpad but thats my fault.
:alien:
This was great!
Fun mechanism with a good sense of humor.
The only thing to change is the controls, I found them a bit inconsistent. Having to switch between arrow keys, the enter button and the mouse to control everything was challenging in a time sensitive scenario!!
I love these kind of games!
Big points for the :zap: vocal sound effect! (SimCity throwback?)
I think it would be pretty hard to lose, but that kind of imbalance is easier for me when playing a bunch of games in LDjam!
Congrats!
Thanks @dagegen! Indeed I made the music, and @seth made all the graphics!
Thanks for the tip on having drunken dueling banjos!
Mac build didn't open :-(
Pretty cool, I got the hang of it after a while. But sometimes there weren't enough stars to keep the star system from going to war... I guess that's life
Congrats on completing compo!
Apparently normal difficulty is too hard for me...
:slight_frown:
:bee:
cool cool cool tower defense on a sphere is a gooooooood ideaaaaaaaaaa
congrats on the compo!
This was a good one!
Congrats on your game.
The only thing missing is some great music and SFX... would love to make some one day

good
puzzles
sounds
words
minimalism
I could see myself playing this on mobile for an embarassing amount of time when waiting at the dentist or :poop:
Great game.
Good graphics, nice music (although the looping is kinda weird), and overall the gameplay is a game that I would normally sink hours into.
I spent all my money on building turrets and making nice apartments for space hobos to live in, and they can't hit a damn red ship to save a shipment of Aether!
Fun stuff, the balancing was rough but otherwise neat!
